Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow

This review is long overdue. We had a fantastic stay at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, where the customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was consistently clean. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helped with all our requests and reservations.||||Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with the option of champagne each morning, and the restaurant on the higher level offered excellent meals as well. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow.

Absolutely Amazing ! 11/10 hotel. Excellent customer service from all staff. Lavish rooms and bathrooms. Great amenities. Beautiful location- just a short walk to major touristy areas and shopping.

I stayed at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The room was full of dust everywhere — I even have photos showing it. My 4-month-old baby kept sneezing constantly because of the dust. The floors were never cleaned, and they didn’t provide water or tissues in the room. I raised the issue about the dust, and housekeeping cleaned once, but after that I stayed four more days and nothing was cleaned again. Every day they just came in, made the bed, replaced towels, and left. That is not the level of service you expect from a 5-star hotel. This hotel absolutely does not deserve five stars. The housekeeping is extremely poor, and the management clearly does not care about guests’ comfort. I would not recommend staying here.

For a 5-star hotel, I was really surprised that they wouldn’t even help us get a taxi. Transportation in Moscow isn’t the most convenient, and instead of supporting us with something so basic, we had to walk over to another hotel just to get assistance. Honestly, that shouldn’t happen at a 5-star hotel. On the positive side, I do want to thank Leo—he was the only one who truly supported us and was extremely kind throughout our stay.

Hi, I stay with my family at this hotel for one week. The rooms always clean and they serve for free fruits. It’s very nice. The hotel is quite you have upstairs. There is a restaurant in the roof.I have to say thanks to the chef the food was very delicious I recommend this restaurant to try it. You will love everything , pizza pasta, and grill meat. Really they are perfect big thanks to the chef. Also, there is a restaurant for breakfast so if you want. I will come again to this hotel for sure. Thank you a lot from UAE.

Absolutely the best hotel experience ever! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was perfect – Truly the best staff I’ve ever encountered, so kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel receptionist was cheerful and gave us a nice explanation about the hotel services and facilities for staying at the hotel. In addition, all the employees were extremely respectful, polite and kind.

I really enjoyed our stay there. The staff is very welcoming and the facilities were clean. My disappointment is down to three things. First, as a muslim family, we do not appreciate having alcoholic beverages in the room especially since we have children. Hence, i asked the guest services to empty out the mini bar inside the room. My astonishment was when they requested 2000 rubels to empty it. Its a very unreasonable request. Everywhere i go i do this service without fees. Especially in a high end hotel like this, to ask fees for this is very cheap from you. Secondly, due to us arriving late, we ordered pizza from room service. The margarita pizza was terrible and its a very easy dish to do. We never ordered anything from room service again. Thirdly, the hotel entrance does not have a ramp for strollers. The hotel doormen had to lift the strollers up the stairs every time we left and entered with the babies inside them. There was a lift for handicaps but it was not working. Side note, booking was not possible online we had to go through agencies.
