Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow

This review is long overdue. We had a fantastic stay at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow, where the customer service was excellent. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Our room, as well as the entire hotel, was consistently clean. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helped with all our requests and reservations.||||Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, with the option of champagne each morning, and the restaurant on the higher level offered excellent meals as well. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you, Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow.

Absolutely the best hotel experience ever! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Every detail was perfect – Truly the best staff I’ve ever encountered, so kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay.

Everything was excellent in terms of location, room cleanness, size, breakfast and hospitality. The only downside was the check in process, where we arrived at 11am from an overnight flight and we were very exhausted, they made us wait until 3pm to check in, it was a horrible experience that we were taking naps in the lobby.

I really enjoyed our stay there. The staff is very welcoming and the facilities were clean. My disappointment is down to three things. First, as a muslim family, we do not appreciate having alcoholic beverages in the room especially since we have children. Hence, i asked the guest services to empty out the mini bar inside the room. My astonishment was when they requested 2000 rubels to empty it. Its a very unreasonable request. Everywhere i go i do this service without fees. Especially in a high end hotel like this, to ask fees for this is very cheap from you. Secondly, due to us arriving late, we ordered pizza from room service. The margarita pizza was terrible and its a very easy dish to do. We never ordered anything from room service again. Thirdly, the hotel entrance does not have a ramp for strollers. The hotel doormen had to lift the strollers up the stairs every time we left and entered with the babies inside them. There was a lift for handicaps but it was not working. Side note, booking was not possible online we had to go through agencies.

Hello , Would love to thank the whole members of the hotel starting the with people who are accommodating the guest at arrival at the front door to all other employees . The staff , the room service , the employee at the gym , the employee at the breakfast Buffett . To be very honest all of the staff meet the standards and professional. This is my second time to be staying at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow absolutely perfect this is my choice of stay whenever I am at Moscow

Ararat Hotel is one of the most special hotels I stayed at in Moscow. I really liked the cleanliness and the high level of service. The staff were extremely friendly and always smiling. Also, the location is very strategic and convenient.

It was my second time staying at Ararat Park Hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to the lovely team—especially Mariam and Ilya—for making my business trip so comfortable and enjoyable. Looking forward to my next stay!

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ararat Park Hyatt. All of the staff members that I interacted with were professional and friendly. The accommodation is elegant and comfortable, and meets the latest standards. It would be difficult to find a flaw in what I experienced as a seamless five-star service.
