Had a great experience with Aratamete from start to finish! 👍🏻 Zainal served us at the shop and helped us to select fabrics for curtains and Roman blinds for our new place. He was a great help and we are so happy with how everything looks after installation. Yan Hui and Ket helped to coordinate the project and everything was done very smoothly and on time. I was very lucky to have been assigned Zainal when I contacted Aratamete for an appointment. He has a remarkable eye for design as he was able to immediately choose colours and textures that not only fit the design of my home but further elevate the entire look and feel of it. It was a great relief at this point of my renovation, that I have completely exhausted myself with any design decision, to have met Zainal who could tell me precisely what to get. I didn’t have to go through every single sample in the showroom to find something I liked as the ones he selected were already perfect options. He also gave valuable advice on other soft furnishings in my home which my mum greatly appreciated. Zainal’s passion and expertise on home decor and design clearly shone through during our meetings and it made the whole experience a very fulfilling one. Thank you Zai, Yan Hui and the team, for making the curtain selection and installation a smooth process. The curtains and roman blinds are of very high quality and suited the look of the house. We found a chalk stain on the curtain right after installation but they were also very quick to rectify the issue!

Exceptional service provided by Le Yi from start to finish! She is a very friendly and meticulous lady to work with. Provided me with a lot of valuable suggestions and honest opinions on the type of curtain and blind I should go for. Very thankful for her having filled up the “gap” I was missing when my ID stood up on me for the soft furnishings aspects of my home renovation. Worked with Aratamete for the curtains and blinds for my entire house and they were fantastic. Great service, tasteful advice and an elegant selection of quality materials. Installation was smooth and expertly done. 3 years down the road, all is well, no breakdowns or maintenance issues at all. I had a great experience purchasing both blinds and curtains from Aratamete, and working with Zainal made the entire process seamless from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the showroom, we felt well taken care of. The store itself is beautifully laid out with a wide range of options, which made browsing enjoyable.
