Really great brunch / weekend space and restaurant. I’ve eaten here a few times, and even worked with the team who are incredibly supportive, kind and pleasant for events. Thank you for your continued collaboration, and Happy New Year ✨

The food was overpriced with small quantities. The chips are costly and barely there. The chicken nuggets were too hard. The playground was a bit too small and risky. I saw 2 kids get hurt. I loved the tortoise and the bunnies. Something should be done to make the playground safer like no concrete at all.

A fantastic spot if you're dining with kids! To be honest, the food is fairly average – nothing special. BUT, the reason to come here is the incredible play area for children. They have everything: slides, swings, a drum to beat, even slime to play with and bunnies to feed! My little ones had an absolute blast and didn't want to leave. It's the perfect solution for a stress-free meal where the kids can have fun. Highly recommended for families!

I recently visited Arbor for a work meeting and was impressed by the beautiful garden setting and calm ambiance—perfect for conversations. The staff were friendly, and the menu offered a nice variety of dishes. Unfortunately, I experienced some discomfort after my meal, which was unexpected. While my client had no issues, I believe this might have been an isolated incident. I truly hope the restaurant continues to maintain high standards of food safety because the environment and service are excellent.

I visited the restaurant in a Monday afternoon and had a great experience, sat by the lush garden which was so serene. Our friendly waiter recommend some dishes, and the food arrived quicker than expected. The meat was juicy, soft and delicious. One aspect I appreciated was when we wanted a larger portion of meat, they only charged for the extra portion, which was very reasonable and didn't break the bank. I definitely plan to return, this time on a weekend, since I noticed they have a play area for kids, along with some bunnies and a tortoise. I believe my kids would really enjoy it!

This is what i would consider a true hidden gem. Great location, a wide variety of food and drinks(both alcoholic and non-alcoholic)and the staff is just amazing! Great service overall. The sits are more functional than aesthetically pleasing, but hey that's not a deal breaker for me. It's almost always never crowded which is a huge plus for me!

Good food, great ambience. The service was a bit slow, however. They need to include Kenyan meals to their dishes, being in Kenya. Ugali, for instance, shouldn't be too hard. We don't all have to eat potatoes as the only starch.

I have been visiting this hotel since before they closed the original location during COVID-19, and I can confidently say that my most recent stay was just as delightful as my very first experience. The hotel’s ambience is nothing short of enchanting, surrounded by lush greenery and trees that sway gently in the breeze. The air is refreshingly crisp and clean, providing a serene backdrop where you can unwind with a good book while savoring your favorite drink. The staff truly deserve a special mention for their outstanding service. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. It’s evident that they take pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere—kudos to them! When it comes to dining, our order arrived impressively quick, and the food was nothing short of fantastic. We indulged in succulent pork chops and perfectly cooked pork ribs, both bursting with flavor. Accompanied by crispy potato chips and hearty wedges, the meal also featured a creamy spinach dish on the side that is a must-try; trust me, once you taste it, you'll understand the hype! They offer a diverse menu with an array of cuisines, ensuring that even the pickiest eaters and children will find something to enjoy. That being said, it's absolutely worth noting that in recent times, the food prices have been consistently skyrocketing, making dining out significantly more expensive for everyone, while simultaneously, the food portions are noticeably declining. This trend is fundamentally wrong and unfair to the diners who expect value for their money. I mean, let's be fair and reasonable here—if you decide to increase your food prices as a business strategy, you absolutely should not decrease the portions that you serve. It's like stealing from the customers who trust your establishment! Speaking of families and especially children, this restaurant is genuinely family-friendly, making it an ideal place for a large group. They have a truly delightful playground area where kids can safely play, run around, and have endless fun, which is a thoughtful addition that allows parents to sit back, relax, and catch up with each other without the constant worry of keeping an eye on their children. This welcoming atmosphere ensures that the whole family has a pleasant dining experience, making it a favorite spot for many families. While I found the washrooms to generally be clean, I must mention that my last visit left me a bit disappointed—there were some areas in need of attention, which could be improved. There is ample parking available, so there's no need to fret about your vehicle, and the security measures in place ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your time. . If you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and give it a try—you won’t be disappointed!☺️
