I love their sliders they have quite a few options but even more so they're beefing cheddar is amazing but you have to tell him like Arby's sauce The curly fries are always on point and would a crisp Bev hits the spot every time

Cashier made us feel rushed. Was trying to look at the menu and decide and she was yelling like it was an emergency decision. Calm down a little. Hard to enjoy the atmosphere as she just kept yelling the whole time.

Waited for 20 minutes in reserve spot while they sent 5 other cars through with their orders and one was a huge order After waiting a few more minutes and going in to tell the manager I just wanted a refund he had an attitude with me and said maybe we should just cook our own food at home Kinda crazy and very poor service

If you go inside, expect about a 20 minute wait, but watch endless drive up orders - same items, go out the window because it's more important. One sandwich prep person stated she doesn't care how long counter orders wait.... if someone has time to come inside, they can wait. Happened to us more than once. IF we go back, we will order at drive through and after getting it quickly, will park and go inside to eat it. Easy enough. Tables were sticky, ketchup pump empty.... each visit. Krinkle cut fries are nubs....but still better that curly.

I went here for lunch and about forty minutes later I got a message from my bank saying someone was using my credit card. Im not saying they did it, but any shopping I do online is through PayPal. So im not sure where else it could of gotten leaked from.

2 FANTASTIC Classic roast beef sandwiches.. combined with crinkle-cut fries and a fountain soda for $13.00

I don't like being the one to complain about fast food as someone who use to be in that line of business. To keep it simple: asked what's on one of the sandwiches, they failed to tell me everything, luckily my kid isn't allergic to anything. Had to wait 10+ minutes for Luke warm food. Figured I'd get fresh fries!! Had 3 other cars get served before us.. we ordered two meals. One of the orders where bigger than ours! And wanted to try the boneless chicken wings and... they looked abit more than pathetic. I was expecting abit more wing.. alittle less scraps..? (The small pieces are the size of my pinky nail) BUT Arby's food always taste good so it would be wrong of me to put only 1 star.

Sandwich could have been put together a little better, more sauce is desperately needed. Barely any on it at all. I had the brisket sandwich and it was pretty good, imagine how much better if it had a decent amount of BBQ sauce instead of the half teaspoon that was on it.

Food is as expected, service is pretty good but they always forget food that we ordered and we have to go back so it's ways annoying but we expect it at this point lol

Well I've heard ppl over the weekend got sick from the food a few are ppl I know and it's just gross this place needs to fire there manager and staff and start fresh that place is bad

One of the worst roast beef sandwiches I've ever had....The bun tended to want to slide off the meat/cheese leaving a barely warm portion of meat and a thin layer of cheese on a stale bun. The curly fries looked as if someone had taken a Ginsu knife and chopped them into smaller pieces leaving mostly chunks and crumbs behind. I arrived hungry and left feeling nauseous leaving the remains in the wrapper they came in. There are other fast food choices in the area and I will make different choices in the future. Mike C.

Yes My fault, I Did not look at the current prices for the 5 piece tenders. But if they were not extremely tough & overcooked I would not have bothered reviewing a franchise I boycotted 10 years ago , So two 5 piece "tenders" and 1 Regular & 1 Large shake came to $27.43 Not worth it, Back to Wendy's 1/8th mile away,

Just picked up an order of a Roast Turkey Swiss sandwich. By the time I got home(10 minutes), the bread was soaked because the lettuce and turkey were wringing wet! The sandwich was a sloppy mess. Why aren't these workers shown how to make a sandwich The ingredients are placed haphazardly inside the two pieces of bread, instead of neatly, making the sandwich almost impossible to eat without remaking the whole thing!

I ordered a large lemonade they gave me a medium the man taking my order could not hear me at all I had to correct him multiple times and my burger didn't even come with onions when that was the only thing I wanted on it. very disappointed

Driving through Fulton we took the opportunity to stop at Arby's since we don't have one near we live. Unfortunately , when we're got home we discovered an item was left out. I called Arby's in Fulton to let them know and I spoke to Kylie. She was so gracious and intent on making it right that when our call was finished I wasn't even bothered about the mistake. People like Kylie make a difference. And our food was delicious as always.

You're in upstate NY, where you going to go and eat? Arby's of course since your choices are limited in this town to chinese food, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts and Arby's. Let's just say I'm a fan of their buffalo chicken sliders, they're damn good with a side of curly fries. This was my very first time having Arby's and I'll definitely go back for two orders of buffalo chicken sliders; thinking of it now it making me crave it. Must search for an Arby's on Long Island stat.

Fantastic. A great meal. I got a pork belly sandwich. Perfect in every way. Everyone was so friendly. She could see that we were unsure and offered to walk me and my son through the ingredients. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Dining room was clean and inviting. I would definitely come back.
