You can book at the site or the counter of office de tourisme to go up on the 'Arc de Triomphe' or you can go during the days of journée de Patrimoine ! Interesting experience !

It was built for the British Indian Army in the past. Well this is a classy looking building with the old architecture.

A great vantage point. We booked a climb to the top through the tourist office for €5 each, very much worth it.

Very cool experience driving under the arc. Have visited and stood atop the large one in Paris, but this one is still pretty cool.

Definitely worth seeing while you're in Montpellier! It gives off a mini-Paris vibe and adds a grand, historic touch to the city. Great photo spot and right next to the Promenade du Peyrou — easy to visit both at once.

Very amazing triumphal arch, Big story of Arc de Triomphe triumphal arch, big place and it’s worth to come, such a beautiful sculpture what they designed on the triumphal arch it’s wonderful, the good thing for the place is you can talk photos in the middle of the traffic road, the good second good thing is it’s near by big shopping center So nice to visit here

You can't miss out on seeing this. The Paris one has more fame but this is one of Montpellier's famous attractions. Also called the Porte de Peyrou, it was completed in 1693 and depicts four separate events from Louis XIV's reign. The structure itself has panels and words on both sides of the arc. It's just a really beautiful landmark among a few others in the Jardin de Peyrou.
