Arcades Shopping Centre

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from arcades security. Behaving like yobs, unlawfully detaining, imprisoning, assaulting and battering a member of the public for filming inside. Go here at you peril.............

I've been security for over 15 years and the security at this place are an embarrassment, shocking and illegal behaviour from your so called security, they should be stripped of thier badges and imprisoned for thier behaviour., do you condone this behaviour , are they working in house or for a 3rd party company if so can we please have the company details to complain

I go to Vics in the Arcades quite regularly as I meet up with my daughter, we sit and have a brew before she goes to school for my Grandson. The people are always nice and friendly.

Stay away from this place as the security may attack you as seen on youtube.Terry is violent towards the public and the other guy thinks he can demand someone delete stuff from their phone.(must be a judge) Both clueless and VERY dangerous.

Alright, there cheap shops & what you need there, also clean which is nice

Parking is cheap and easy. Lifts for disabled access. Run down, barely any decent shops open now. Staff are friendly at the shops we needed to go to. Doorway to downstairs exit is absolutely filthy with people congregated around smoking, sat in neighbouring cafe outside dining smoking and 5 homeless people sat outside food outlets. Not somewhere I like to frequent often and I'll go if I need a specific store.

Everything that I Need is within this shopping centre. Good to see as iam not from the area and the one at home is non existent with bare minimum.

Good range of shops and restaurants. Good public toilets and the car park is reasonably priced.
