We rented a 4x4 Toyota Landcruiser 8 seater (80series I believe).
The vehicle was not in a usable state. The rubber on the rear drivers side tyre was cracked and there was no grip on the tyres. The steering was very loose and I'd imagine, the steering fluid was low as intermittently the steering was very heavy all of a sudden. The full beams didn't work either. These are just some of the issues with the vehicle. We politely addressed these points with the owner when we left the vehicle back and he immediately got very aggressive with me. He shouted, swore and walked away. He also stated we should find our own way back and he wasn't bringing us (part of the service is they drop you back to where you are staying). Fortunately, when the owner was talking to other customers, one of his employees brought us back. All employees were a pleasure to deal with however the owner was amongst the rudest of people iv ever met.
Avoid at all costs if you value your life while driving. I would advise that you pay a little more and go with a reputable company.

When i pointed out the cracks in the rubber, you stated that it was from previous rentals where people have driven it alongside/ into rocks. I for one, did not see any rocks on the roads when driving :) So when you say 'the tyres are all good', i think we both know that this is a lie.
When you sat into the drivers seat this morning, you could not turn on the full beams. You know this is a fact.
My review is nothing but factual, there is no discrepancy in it and no room for arguing any of the points. Please re-read it as clearly, you have struggled to comprehend that i stated 'fortunately, when the owner was talking to other customers, one of his employees brought us back'. Your employees were a joy to deal with however the same cannot be said about your rude, abrupt and aggressive mannerisms.
There is a common theme amongst your car rental reviews. Read the last 10+ reviews you have had for car rentals, all 1 star stating about your behaviour and the condition of the vehicles. I addressed these points with you this morning to rectify what was a poor experience however when you handled it like you did, i had no choice but to leave this review.
Also, a bit of windscreen wash would be nice in the vehicles so we can see out the windscreens clearly. You might put some in for the next person and get the passenger side wingmirror working aswel:)
