We are very disappointed with the service I received. There was absolutely no professional service provided, and it was clear that customer care was not a priority.
When I arrived, my room was in a disgusting condition. I had no choice but to book another stay elsewhere immediately upon arrival. To make matters worse, my calls and emails went unanswered, which added to the frustration.
This experience was unacceptable, and I expect a proper response and resolution to this matter.
Poor facilities evan didn't return my cost or replace another room, instead they sell room to other guest from next day,
