Arcadia Village Motel

I just arrived at this hotel and had a great first impression. The service was very warm and welcoming, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. Beautiful room, lovely pool, and a great overall setting. I would definitely recommend this place.

Enjoyed my stay on Magnetic Island and Arcadia was the perfect spot to stay. Excellent location, restaurant had a really cool vibe that transformed at night to the location had good energy to it. Abuts beautiful pristine beaches and heaps of hikes around, will definitely stay again!

We are very disappointed with the service I received. There was absolutely no professional service provided, and it was clear that customer care was not a priority. When I arrived, my room was in a disgusting condition. I had no choice but to book another stay elsewhere immediately upon arrival. To make matters worse, my calls and emails went unanswered, which added to the frustration. This experience was unacceptable, and I expect a proper response and resolution to this matter. Poor facilities evan didn't return my cost or replace another room, instead they sell room to other guest from next day,

Owners and service were outstanding very helpful. Room was comfortable great hot shower but old tired bathroom. Close to hotel with meals and toad racing on Wednesday was a fun activity.

We recently stayed at Arcadia Village motel for a work conference, had 11 rooms booked total - service from Tay and Adam was great, location was incredible and the Motel it self is exactly what you expect for a 3 star stay. We even managed to catch the toad races at the pub next door, which has very well priced food and drink. Highly recommend staying here.

Very upsetting experience. Thrown onto the street for bringing management attention to filthy old blood stained pillow (told it wasn’t blood) cockroaches on the cutlery, old cockroach dirt pile under the toaster (told blandly “there are cockroaches everywhere”), screen door jammed shut was a fire hazard (told it wasn’t jammed shut as all the doors were new, did not move from his seat!) inadequate linen - single dooner for a queen bed. Did not get a chance to mention that I could not log onto the wifi and that I had nil response to text message sent the previous night. Told to get out as I was expecting 5 star experience from a 3 star motel. Manager cancelled my second night without my permission. All I wanted was the room cleaned and sprayed and Adam the aggressive abusive manager finished by telling me I was the aggressive one and I wouldn’t t be getting a refund. At no stage did I raise my voice. I was dumbfounded. I’m 65, my sister-in-law is 68 and school holidays mean that the beautiful island is booked out and we had nowhere to stay. Adam said he could sell our room 10 times over and to get out.

Lovely helpful staff, clean rooms that overlook the ocean. Close to everything and wildlife visits the motel. Best location and price around. Our family enjoyed the stay and will be back!

Just spent 4 night's there seen manager's on Monday then didn't see them till Friday. Rang for 3 day's to get towels toilet paper and extra pillow no response all the time we were there. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a motel no service at all. No one looking after the grounds or pool. Bloody disgusting wouldn't recommend at all. Never stayed in such a badly run motel. Had to buy toilet rolls unacceptable
