I was given a recommendation by a friend & I can definitely pass on that recommendation. All of the food was stunning, cooked and presented beautifully. Our waiter was fantastic and looked after us all evening. He had great knowledge of the food and explained all the dishes as we got the. Definitely recommended if you want a superb meal whilst in Barcelona. Thank you for some great memories and some very stimulated taste buds.

Celebrated my birthday at this lovely Spanish restaurant, and they truly made it a memorable experience. The place is beautiful, cozy, and elegant, with charming decor that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was delicious, and the presentation of every single dish was absolutely stunning — each plate looked like a work of art. The service was outstanding, friendly, attentive, and very professional. Overall, it was a wonderful and special dining experience that I would highly recommend!

We had a fantastic meal at Arcano while visiting our daughter who is studying abroad in Barcelona. From the ambience, energy, hospitality, to service, food and drinks. Irina was our incredible and attentive waitress who made it all happen from accommodating our gluten free requests by bringing special GF bread with a side of tomato so we could make our own tomato bread to bringing a little special appetizer when we asked if papas bravas was on the menu. The scallop dish was beautiful and delicious. The pesto infused burrata was amazing. The group enjoyed steak, ahi and salmon-all superb. Our daughter’s friends rated their Hugo spritzes “best ever”, we enjoyed our Spanish wine and the meal was topped off with our little keepsake takeaways of mini aceite de oliva. Charming.

My husband had been here with friends some years ago so we decided to go together. The food was delicious, intriguing flavours, beautifully presented. It was all delicious. I enjoyed the Smolder espresso cocktail, a sort of espresso martini with added chilli and orange flavour. I ate the roast pluma, (pork shoulder) and my husband had tuna. Both excellent. For dessert we shared cheese and honey, a startling mix of soft Catalan cheese and ice cream with truffle honey. Cheese ice cream tastes extremely strange at first bite, but really grows on you. Thoroughly enjoyed it all and have booked to go again.

We were there to celebrate my birthday and everything met our expectations except the fact that despite the reservation, when we arrived, our table wasn’t ready and we had to wait for a while until they arranged a baby chair. The food was absolutely amazing as well as the service. A special thanks to David who assisted us with professionalism and dedication. Highly recommended!

Visited Arcano Restaurant and overall had a very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is relaxed yet elegant, perfect for a long, unhurried dinner, and the service was attentive, friendly, and well-timed without ever feeling intrusive. Cocktails (non alcoholic) were excellent, and the presentation of the dishes was thoughtful and refined. The food was good overall. Starters and seafood dishes, especially the tuna, were the highlights and clearly showed the kitchen’s strengths. The Argentine ribeye steak, while good in quality, didn’t quite meet the high expectations set by the menu and price point enjoyable, but not exceptional. Despite this, the consistency, service, and overall experience easily justify a rating on Google Maps, and I would happily return to try more of the menu.

We ate here for my birthday and everything from the welcome, the atmosphere and the food was perfect. I mentioned it was my birthday when we ordered cocktails to finish the night and they brought me a truffle with a birthday candle to make a birthday wish.

The meal was nothing short of excellent, and I would happily suggest it for a dining experience worth twice the price. The cozy and unique ambiance sets the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening. We started with a stunning 2004 Pinot Noir, priced at just 76 Euros, which beautifully complemented our meal. The menu is thoughtfully presented in Spanish, Catalan, and English, making it accessible for everyone. We opted for the tasting menu, which requires at least two people to choose the same option, and it was a fantastic deal at 60 Euros. The menu featured a delightful starter—a creamy potato dish—followed by four incredible appetizers: crispy tomato flatbread, duck confit, tuna tartare, and a delicious brioche topped with chorizo and mushrooms. For the main course, I chose the cod, while my companion savored the beef tenderloin, both dishes exquisitely prepared and beautifully plated. Dessert was a highlight, too, with options like a cannoli filled with goat cheese cake and topped with berries, rich chocolate truffles, and a delightful cheese and honey pairing. Every bite was a celebration of fresh ingredients and exceptional culinary skill. The portion sizes were generous, so be sure to arrive hungry! We were never rushed, and our dinner unfolded over a leisurely 2.5 hours, making it a truly enjoyable experience. I've had meals at high-end restaurants, including two Michelin-starred spots, but none compared to this one. It was simply that good! If you're in Barcelona, do yourself a favor and dine here—you won’t regret it!
