Don’t waste your money here. We arrived in Hospet at 6am and were taken to this place by our rickshaw driver, who promised a room for 800 rupees just for the day. However, upon arrival, we were told the cheaper room wasn’t available and were instead charged 1500 rupees because the room had air conditioning. The room was certainly not worth 1500 rupees. It was in poor condition - we have stay in better places for the same price.||The air conditioner initially wouldn’t turn on, and once it did, it functioned poorly. It barely cooled the room, kept switching off, and by the end of the day, it was actually hotter inside than outside. Given we were charged double for AC we felt completely let down when it didn’t work.||The staff’s attitude didn’t help. They were unhelpful when we reported the issue, and toward the end of our stay, became quite rude. Since they knew we were only there for the day, it felt like they were rushing us out as they were trying to make us leave 3 hrs before the bus departure, even though we were half an hours drive away, telling us that we could get stuck at the train crossing and that the bus often leaves early. Which was not true as we booked via Redbus and get a phone call prior to arrival. ||What was most frustrating was the lack of honesty. This was the first time on our trip we were quoted a price upfront only to be charged more later. It left a bad impression.||If you go to Hampi, because it is definitely worth a visit, always ask the name of the hotel your rickshaw driver is taking you to and look it up online first. If possible, make your own arrangements in advance to avoid situations like this.

I recently visited hampi and stayed at this guest house. The restaurant is very nice... The owner and his family members were kind and gave a homely atmosphere. Food is super delicious. Room service is also good... Amazing view of the Tungabhadra river from the dining area.. Must visit...

Very tasty food with a fantastic view. Rooms are basic but functional and mine was clean. But do negotiate about the price :) only thing I didn't like was the owners listening to smartphones/tv very loudly, but that is in almost all the places so..

We didn’t stay there but got opportunity to had meals over there. It was beside our stay. So the food was too good with quality and quantity. Location is too good and quite to have meal. We like it alot that we never explore another place. It was good experience.

Nice homestay near virupaksha Temple walkable distance with great riverside view, affordable located amidst nature.. It was a great experience being there. Owner was kind and humble in nature ... overall u can consider this homestay for your bookings. One more thing this place is couple friendly.

Stayed there 3 nights in a double room with fan. Perfect location close to the centre and the main temple at Hampi. Also, the view from the rooftop restaurant is beautiful. It's family run, the owner is very friendly and it was very easy to communicate in English. He hooked us up for anything we needed (bikes, tuktuks, etc) The rooms are not luxurious but good and clean. The food upstairs is great too. We ate there breakfast, lunch, and dinner a few times. Fair prices (considering Hampi is a very touristy place). Would honestly recommend!

The food was great, the views from the terrace and restaurant are incredible. It's right next to the temple but far enough to be quiet. The rooms are good, normal but exactly what I expected. And the host was extremely nice and understanding, always helping us whenever we needed something ! Definitely recommend !

This property is located just near to the Virupaksha Temple and other temple complexes. And it's just near to Thungabadra river. They got their own restaurent there. In that same street some other restaurents are also there. They should not promote guests throwing garbages to the Banana tree area. That's looks a little bit bad... But my stay was peaceful and calm.
