I know its sounds strange but I have been there 1 year ago,Archer in Modena is undeniably a stunning venue with a fantastic concept. The design is modern and sophisticated, creating an atmosphere that immediately draws you in and sets high expectations. Unfortunately, the service completely ruins what could have been a remarkable experience.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were dismissive and, frankly, rude. There was no warm welcome, no acknowledgment of our presence for several minutes, despite the venue not being overwhelmingly busy at the time. When we finally flagged someone down, we were met with curt responses and an obvious lack of interest in helping us.
Simple requests, such as water for the table or clarification about the menu, were met with eye rolls and sighs, as if we were inconveniencing them by asking.
The disorganization was evident, but what made it worse was the sheer lack of courtesy and care. It felt as though we were being rushed through the experience. Any attempts to provide feedback were brushed off with a dismissive attitude, leaving us feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
While Archer in Modena is visually impressive and has an innovative concept, the appallingly rude and unprofessional service casts a dark shadow over the entire experience. Until there is a significant improvement in how staff interact with guests, I cannot recommend this place. A stunning venue deserves better, and so do its patrons.
