Every incredient was so tasteful.
The tomato sauce so delicious and the dough outside crunchy inside fluffy.

This is probably one of the best pizzas I've ever had in Italy and it may even be better than the most famous pizzerias in Naples. The staff are friendly and attentive, the restaurant has a wonderful ambience, and the food is incredible. Can see why people rate it so highly!

Archestrato di Gela is a guarantee: excellent pizza and cuisine, prepared with quality ingredients and great care. The pizza is truly delicious, light and full of flavor, one of the best in the area. The place is welcoming, and the service is always friendly and attentive.

The prices here are indicative of the quality and the pizzas were our favorite on our trip. This spot is certainly a local favorite as delivery drivers were constantly picking up orders during our time there. We arrived without a reservation during the low season, however we would recommend getting a reservation as it filled up quickly. Service checked in on us at regular intervals.
A lovely restaurant that is a welcome break from the touristy feel of the main Palermo strip.

The pizzas and desserts were truly exceptional, among the best I've ever tasted. While the venue is pleasant and the service is decent, I expected a bit more. The "coperto" charge seemed a bit high considering they didn't provide anything to justify it. Despite this, I'm awarding 5 stars solely for the outstanding pizza and desserts.
