Pack your swim gear and a book and head to an island such as Vrångö, Brännö, Styrsö, or Vargö. Take a walk to find your own private cliff or bay and then dive into the sea. It might be cold, but the cliffs are perfect for warming up against with their smooth, round shapes and ability to keep the heat from the sun. For a Swede, the combination of sea, cliffs, and solitude is bliss. Hungry? Bring a picnic or visit a restaurant like Brännö Värdshus or Vrångö Värdshus."

Absolutely stunning in a sunny weather :) can get with a ferry from the city and enjoy 1-2 hour walk through cute village, yacht ports, small cliffs and hills. Also don't worry about the food - has tiny grocery stores and some cafes around.

Jag har besökt Göteborgs skärgård väldigt många gånger och jag är mycket mycket nöjd med Göteborgs skärgård. Väldigt fina, rena, säkra och välorganiserade öar. Det som är extra bra är att det finns mataffär på öarna så att man kan handla mat där ifall om man bor på dessa öar. Bra att det finns skolor på öarna så att ifall om elever bor på öarna de kan gå skolan där. Trevlig personal. Jag vill gärna besöka Göteborgs skärgård igen och jag rekommenderar Göteborgs skärgård till andra.

Una visita da non perdere assolutamente. Si parte dal porto di Saltholmen, noi abbiamo chiesto informazioni presso la biglietteria, dove una signora gentilissima ci ha fatto questo itinerario. Prima isola quella più a sud Vrango, dove dopo una bella passeggiata tra le caratteristiche casette svedesi siamo arrivati al porto dei pescatori. Qui abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Ripartiti siamo scesi a Donso. Anche qui abbiamo camminato fino ad arrivare a Styrso, un altra isola collegata da un ponte, una passeggiata di circa 3 Km. Quindi al punto di partenza, dove già vi attende il tram.

Das Maß aller Dinge sind die Schärengärten vor Stockholm. Aber auch die Gärten in Göteborg sind nicht zu verachten. Von See kommend kann man sie bei langsamer Fahrt fast eine Stunde genießen bis man in Göteborg im Hafen ankommt.
