Our favourite hotel of our whole Greek trip. The room was stunning, very individual decor, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect and the free parking a bonus. The welcome was lovely and they couldn’t do enough to for us. Nice to sit outside in the courtyard with a relaxing drink. The breakfast was the best and in a gorgeous room.

Perfect stay, wonderful room, clean and with everything you might need , offered local delicacies on our arrival (and not only) as well as a bottle of wine. Very nice decoration not only in the room but in the whole place. Excellent breakfast to start the day. Very kind personnel, willing to help and suggest things to do. Just next to the lake and Very close to city centre. If they could have some drinks and small plates at night it would be perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel which is an oasis of calm, good taste, where you feel that the staff strives to give you a carefree stay and to get the maximum value for your money. Recommended with all my heart, I am more than sure that every day spent in this hotel will be an unforgettable day

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The interior was beautiful, but it was also practical, and our room had everything we needed.|Breakfast was served downstairs, and you could order freshly made eggs and bacon, plus a large assortment of other items.|The back entrance to the hotel led to the lake which was handy.|The hotel had it's own parking area at the hotel, and further along the road.|The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great hotel in close proximity to the city centre. The rooms are clean and modern, and equipped with an AC. The breakfast buffet is great and, if you like, you can have frehly prepared orange juice. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They helped us in every way possible!! It is possible to park at the hotel, but the street and drive way is quite narrow. The staff help us every time to park the car! All in all: simply great!

A lovely little boutique hotel. Our room is rather small but beautifully decorated, just like the rest of the hotel. In spite of the room size the bed is quite large and very comfortable. So is the bathroom (shower only). The location is great and we only walked and walked in order to discover the old, even ancient town with its rich history.

I can't think of a better place to stay in Ioannina. ||||We stayed for 5 nights here in July and came away very happy. A great location, beautifully decorated, and friendly staff makes this place a winner. ||||Location: It is down a narrow alley but was driveable even in our wide car. The hotel has a limited number of parking spots which is very valuable in this location. It is just one block back from the waterfront and very walkable to downtown. Unless we wanted to drive outside of the city we just left the car parked at the hotel. There are too many restaurants, cafes, and shops in the area to list. ||||Arrival and check-in. When we arrived and entered the hotel. The lobby is beautiful, decorated in a traditional style, and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by a very friendly young woman who was wearing protective gear. The hotel had hand sanitizer and face masks available for guests that didn't have them. Traveling is a time of Covid-19 is strange but at this hotel, they really do it right. This young woman became a favorite of ours. She had excellent English and superb customer skills for someone so young. She provided great advice, made us laugh, and felt like a friend by the end of our stay. ||||Room. Our room was very large, especially the bathroom which featured dual sinks and a large soaking tub. The room itself featured a large bed, really classy decorations, and a cute balcony with a small table. Everything was spotlessly clean. It was 30+ degrees our entire stay and the Air Conditioner worked great at keeping the room cool.||||The hotel also provides breakfast. There is a small patio in the back and a restaurant in the basement. In addition, on some days they served breakfast at another hotel they own which is a 2-minute walk down the same street. Breakfast was very good as well, a nice selection of hot and cold foods and some very good coffee. Breakfast cleanliness was also taken seriously. All staff had masks on and customers were directed to just point at what they wanted. The system worked well and gave one a feeling of safety. ||||Location. Its literally a 2 minute walk the lakefront which features a beautiful walking path and bike path. There are many great restaurants here, and we never had a bad meal. It's about a 10-minute walk into the shopping area of town, and may major stores are there. ||||Overall we came away very happy with the hotel. If we are ever back in town we will surely stay here.
