Fabulous! Grazie is a wonderful warm host whose enthusiasm for her city and country shines through. The property has been renovated to the highest standard with quality furnishings and linens and design features incorporating all the history of the building with use of natural stone etc.||Location is perfect and although in middle of town no noise. Parking is free about 10 min walk away. ||The trio of Sarah, Nicholas and Jenny serve up a lovely friendly breakfast (from 8.15). The variety is superb for a small boutique B&B with fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt, cereals, fresh Sardinian pastries, breads, local cheeses and ham etc. They will also make eggs to order. The food is of the highest quality and lovely condiments and a variety of teas/coffees etc. ||Highly recommended and we will be back if ever in Cagliari again. ||Grazie Mille!

My hubby and I stayed with Grazia at Arcipelago 41 last week for 5 nights. The location is perfect, central to everything you would need and Grazia was a wonderfully friendly accommodating hostess. Breakfast was pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurts etc but she was more than happy to make eggs etc for us , but we were always too full from the meal the night before!!! Grazia speaks excellent English and is very happy to give tourist info, restaurant recommendations etc. We stayed in the large 3 bed room which has 2 balconies - lovely, comfortable and was well serviced during our stay. In summary, we had a wonderful time staying at this B&B and would recommend it to anyone who wants a very comfortable central location to explore Cagliari. It would be remiss of us to not mention that it is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful old building ,so there are a number of steps to climb to get to the rooms - no lift, so you will be super fit by the end of your stay if not at the start! Grazia does have another B&B close by with more rooms which does have a lift , if a lift is a necessity.

This place is an absolute gem - nestled in the heart of the city, surrounded by cobbled streets with an abundance of the city.s main attractions on your doorstep - along with countless cute restaurants and bars.||||The host Grazia was so friendly and nothing was too much for her. Her breakfasts were fantastic and her advice on the city priceless.||||The room was lovely - beautifully renovated with exposed beams. A decent sized bathroom and modern decor overall in a charming old building.||||Grazia absolutely made our long weekend in Cagliari - I thoroughly recommend this accommodation and simply cannot fault it. Superb!

Booked for a 2 night stay on a road trip through Sardinia. We arrived early around 9am and the host, Grazia, was so welcoming and offered us breakfast even before we checked in! She made our trip, always accommodating and welcoming, and we loved her hospitality. We booked a triple room which was large and comfortable with nice furnishings. The hotel is in a very good location in the heart of Cagliari within walking distance to everywhere.

We stayed for two nights at the Apartment of Grazia. And it was absolutely fantastic. The apartment itself is sooo beautiful and newly renovated. The rooms are great, we stayed at the smallest one which was still very comfortable. The bathroom was cleaner than any hotel room I have ever been to. And in the morning they prepared breakfast for us, which was delicious. We also got some voucher to eat breakfast at a nearby bakery. Grazia is very kind and welcoming. I would totally recommend that apartment.

Grazia the owner is the friendliest, kindest most wonderful person and made sure we had everything we needed. The room is a modern take on what is the original old building, refurbished beautifully. Very central in Cagliari right by the bus station and surrounded by beautiful cobbled streets with wine and cheese shops and every type of restaurant. | Fresh wine from Grazia's own winery to try each day (by the bottle) and breakfast served every morning with pastries and coffee from local bakeries. What was hers was ours as far as she was concerned. A communal breakfast area and kitchen with wine and cheese in the fridge, along with pastries, cakes and fruit on the side at any time of day. |Grazia was full of great tips on where to visit or eat out and was more than happy to help with anything we needed and nothing was too much trouble! We felt as if we left having made a new friend. |A wonderful stay all round and we will be going back!

A highlight of our 8 day trip, and second visit to Cagliari. An old Palazzo that has seen better days, but is gradually making its way back to former glory, thanks to Grazia A. A real gem of a B&B with excellent service and just the right amount of sophistication and value. A great idea to have breakfast provided by the cafe downstairs which was excellent. We will come back again.

What a lovely time we had here for three nights. the owner, Grazia, attended to every detail (under her control) to make our stay perfect. The B and B is well situated, the bed comfy, the shower excellent and the wifi generally good. There was always plenty to eat and drink in the kitchen area for us. However, know there are steps to climb, no elevator .
