We are a family of four- Mom, Dad, and two surfing sons in their 20s. Juan Carlos, Henry, and the staff made us feel very welcome.| Our stay was December 22-27, over Christmas and celebrating my 60th birthday. The sons had a double room, and we had half of the duplex bungalow. Our best memories are of hanging out with our sons on the front porch of our bungalow, complete with hammock and view of the lovely grounds.| The breakfast is amazing with several choices, definitely worth arranging your morning around the 7:30-9:30 AM serving time. There are several small hotels in this part of Tamarindo, but not all serve breakfast! | Accommodations are simple, clean, and comfortable, the cleaning staff is top notch!|There is a lovely short cut path that takes you from the hotel to the main road. The walk to town is part of getting to know Tamarindo. Embrace it.|The security guard is “a sweetheart”, as one of our sons said! We felt very safe knowing he was on the grounds overnight.|Bring a refillable container for filtered water, which is generously provided. Coffee is always “on”- much appreciated.|They booked our private transportation from and to the airport- highly recommended. They will also help with excursions, though we did not book any.|Overall an excellent stay!

Beautiful hotel right off the main street through Tamarindo! This is certainly an advantage if you stay here! At most, the hotel is a 3-minutes walk to all the action, yet is completely quiet and peaceful at night! The hotel itself is very cute, there is plenty of parking at the top of the hotel, and the rooms were so unique / fun. The bungalow hotel rooms each have a hammock and some chairs in front of the rooms entrance. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. Without going into specifics, we had an issue which required us to add an extra night to our stay, and there was no issue helping us get that extra night, thank you! The breakfast at the hotel was really good! We went here as much as we could, but it did close a little early in a beach town in my opinion. We tried pretty much all the options! Overall, I would 100% stay here if i ever came back!

This hotel is nicely set out, with a pleasant pool, places to relax and a bar. It used to have a restaurant, and it would have been nice to be able to buy at least sandwiches or snacks for lunch. Not many options for breakast. The room was very spacious and clean, but a bit minimalist. A couple of pictures and a bit more furniture (especially a couple more chairs) would be welcome. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although the hotel is close to town, the walk into town and to the beach is not nice - along a main road with no sidewalk, and very uneven ground. It's useful that there are several restaurants, a supermarket, bank and drugstore close by.

My family traveled to CR for a wedding and stopped in Tamarindo on our way back to the States. Location was great, rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Freddie recommended great beach bars and local dinners on the beach for us! Highly recommend! Will be back for sure!

Amazing hotel very close to everything in Tamarindo while quiet at night. The pool area was so nice, breakfast very tasty and all who worked there so nice and service minded. We received recommendations for restaurants, places to go etc.

Slightly away from the main street, but that’s even better as you get some quiet and peace. Service was exceptional and room clean, with soft towels and hair conditioner- every girl will understand this perk! Highly recommend. Exceptional breakfast

This was an absolute fantastic little Boutique hotel. If you didn't know where it was you'd miss it but it would be sad if you did. I had to transfer two dogs down to Costa Rica and my niece and I stayed for two nights at this little Boutique hotel. The communication from the hotel prior to our arrival was absolutely amazing. Henry at the front desk spoke very good English and helped with anything that we needed to know. They had arranged to shuttle to pick us up at the airport and take us back to the airport. It's not your Marriott or anything huge like that it's a little Boutique Hotel situated in a good area. It's walking distance to shops and the beach and nightlife. I would go back and stay there again the rooms were clean the beds were comfortable. The coffee pot in the main area was always on. The breakfast was handmade and very delicious. Tamarindo is a beautiful place I've been to the Dominican Republic 16 times but I was so impressed on how clean Costa Rica was the sides of the road were littered with garbage the people were very nice and we were very happy to be received so greatly.

We were looking for somewhere to relax, stretch out and chill after a two week tour of Costa Rica with lots of early starts and travelling. Arco Iris filled the bill perfectly. We had a one bedroom bungalow which was air conditioned and well equipped for a supposedly 3 star Hotel and was only a few metres from the pool. The Hotel itself is quiet but only a few minutes from the main part of town. There’s a decent supermarket close by too. We were able to have a walk in the morning, lunch, then shelter from the heat of the day by the pool before heading back to the beach for a swim and watch sunset.|Breakfasts were excellent, freshly made to order and filling. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We’d be very happy to stay here again.
