Found there’s no room for me when arrived, though the person at the reception was very helpful, and sent me on a taxi paid by the hotel to another hotel to spend the night. In the morning I was asked if I want to stay, or go back to my originally booked hotel, and I went back, as it was close to my appointments.
When o arrived, there was still no room for me, and I was left to wait in the lobby. After about an hour I decided it’s time to contact the manager via phone, and in 15 minutes I got a room, though it was smelly.
Left for my business and kindly asked the smell to be fixed, or to move me to a different room.
Happily on my return the smell was not that prominent, and I managed to sleep well the last night.
Quite a bad experience unfortunately, and the situation was quite badly managed.
