Arcs Suites & Residences | Mykonos

just want to say that i cannot express how wonderful and exciting my stay at the arc suites were. we came at the end of July for 8 days. the staff were exceptional and unbelievably accommodating to our every need. Elton and his sister Swada took such great care of us and our every need and request. THE manager Fila was so friendly and always attentive to our needs. looking forward to returning back here in a few years after i retire and spend more time visiting other islands also.

We booked a one-week stay at Arcs Suites and Residences and were first assigned to room 101A. This room had two bathrooms, and at first glance, everything appeared relatively clean and fairly new. However, upon closer inspection, we discovered that the entire ceiling in the first bathroom was covered with mold. In the second bathroom, the shower head actually fell off when I tried to use it. We immediately reported these issues and requested a new room, as the conditions were simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, our request was only fulfilled a day later, as we were told that no other rooms were available. When we were finally moved, the new room was noticeably smaller, but at least there was no mold on the ceiling. The staff claimed that the mold problem was due to the island’s humidity, which is simply not true—the island is actually quite dry. The real issue is clearly the lack of proper ventilation in the rooms and the absence of windows. What was even more concerning was that on the same day we had to leave the mold-infested room, new guests were checked into it. The mold had not been removed at all. Aside from that, the stay was relatively fine. The reception hours, however, were quite unusual and inconsistent. For example, it was supposed to be open again after 7 p.m. and until 2 p.m. during the day, but this seemed rather arbitrary and unreliable. Breakfast was another weak point. On one morning, it was simply forgotten, as we were never told that we had to order the same breakfast every day. The selection is extremely limited and identical every morning, which might be acceptable for a short stay of two or three nights, but certainly not ideal for a longer vacation. On a positive note, the lady who served breakfast was exceptionally friendly and kind. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the rest of the staff. Communication was poor, and we were given very little information about anything. We had to ask about every detail ourselves. In summary, our experience was mixed. While the place looks nice on the surface, the maintenance issues, poor communication, and questionable hygiene make it difficult to recommend for more than a short stay.

Arcs Boutique Villa Hotel in Mykonos was truly exceptional and exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Suada made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She was warm, attentive, and informative and she truly set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed with a private pool, outdoor lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail was taken care of: fresh towels and robes replenished daily, tidying up before we returned each evening, and an overall atmosphere that made relaxation effortless. The location is perfect—scenic and peaceful, yet close enough to walk or hike into the city center if you’re feeling adventurous. Mornings felt extra special with breakfast delivered right to our villa, while evenings were magical with breathtaking sunset views from our private pool. What impressed us most was the staff’s attentiveness. Whether it was promptly bringing ice, arranging transfers, or ensuring we had everything we needed, they were always quick to help. They even gave us great recommendations for places nearby. The private pool was also so peaceful and intimate. Overall, Arcs Boutique Villa Hotel is the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality. I left wishing I could stay longer—and I absolutely plan to return.

Me and my friends stayed at arcs suites and residences for 4 nights. Both our rooms were amazing with a gorgeous view of Mykonos. Everyone was super helpful and kind to us. The location is amazing, it’s really accessible to everywhere on the island and both our rooms had everything we needed. They even have their own hotel taxi which can take you anywhere you need to go. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you for making our first time in Mykonos the best time ever ❤️

We stayed at Arcs Suites & Residences in Mykonos and it was absolutely amazing! 🌟 It’s a family-run business with incredibly warm and welcoming people, super friendly service, and an attention to detail that makes you feel right at home. The rooms are spacious, brand new, beautifully maintained, and designed with such style that you never want to leave. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay – without a doubt a 10/10 experience!

My fiancé and I stayed at Arcs for 6 nights and ABSOLUTELY LOVED every minute! We stayed in the Ecstasy Villa, with the beautiful sea and sunset view, and large private pool (we didn’t need 2 rooms, but we wanted this view and pool). Waking up to this view and seeing the sunset from the comfort of our own pool was simply AMAZING, and so romantic! We would definitely stay here again!! The whole villa was very spacious. We rented a car, the hotel provided free parking (the steep road down is not for the faint hearted, but so is all of Mykonos) and we were just 5mins from the center of town. If you drive up for 5mins, you are rewarded with a GORGEOUS view of Mykonos town (“hidden” viewpoint). Every day we were taken breakfast at our chosen time. Everything was always delicious and plenty for us. You can pick from an assortment of eggs (scrambled, sunny side up, omelets), croissants, white/whole wheat toast, chia pudding/yogurt, fruit, coffees/tea, Greek salad, etc. Housekeeping also came by every day to tidy up and keep everything clean. The staff…NO WORDS, just THE BEST!! :) everyone always had a smile on their face, were extremely friendly and personable, and always very helpful. We dealt more with ARETI & cannot find enough words to describe how amazing and professional she was! She provided us excellent recommendations for sightseeing, restaurants, trips…and we indulged in very enjoyable conversations with her. Overall, the perfect experience at Arcs! Thank you for making our first time in Mykonos so memorable! :) * If we could give a suggestion, would be to have a restaurant on site. Perhaps by the bar area.

No second thoughts, just go to Arcs! The hospitality provided by Suada / Milton and the staff was beyond expectations. They are just awesome and strive hard for the comfort of their guests. Leading with genuine care and kindness, these people deserve lots of praise and we highly recommend this place. The location is just right as it is not in the middle of craziness and yet quiet, clam and close to all activities, and the city of Mykonos. Breakfast was tasty, healthy, delicious and is served in your room with a smile.

The hotel itself is stunning! Quite remote. Rooms are beautiful and comfy, private pool/jacuzzis are amazing, nice complimentary breakfast was served to your room. Staff was very helpful. Only bar service needs to be improved. But we had amazing time here regardless. We got bottle of wine as a gift for my partner's birthday. Thank you! ♡♡♡
