"Arc’teryx’s new Sabre Insulated Midlayer is the perfect example of a lightweight, synthetic midlayer that can easily be packed away during the sweaty uphill hike and thrown on during breaks and for the ride down. The brand also offers outer shells, like their Rush Bib Pant, which is perfect for keeping snow out on the deepest days."

I am extremely disappointed with Arc'teryx clothing. Despite their high prices, the quality does not match. My husband bought me a pair of hiking pants that cost nearly $200, expecting them to be durable and reliable. However, these pants didn't even last two hikes. On my second hike, they got several tears, which is unacceptable for such an expensive item. To make matters worse, these damages are not covered by the warranty. I expected much better from Arc'teryx, given their reputation and price point. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Found some good deal for women but not many for men, almost original price for men’s wear

As a result of being an Outlet store, the service was not as good as a normal retail Arc teryx store. After season gears got a good deal when I visited.

Will never buy from your greedy company again. I'm telling family and veterans to stay away from all your products and to go with Patagonia instead. Patagonia actually has superior products and will honor their warranties without hassle. Seriously disgusted by Arc'teryx.

Agree with lack of assistance from any employees. Walked around the store for about 20 minutes and received no help from staff. A shame of an experience. For a high end store, I did not receive anything close to high end service.

I recently visited the Arc'teryx outlet store and had a disturbing experience with one of the store assistants. While browsing, I encountered a dog roaming freely without any leash or restraint. As a customer, this was incredibly unsettling and made me feel unsafe. The store assistant seemed indifferent to the situation, showing a lack of concern for both customer safety and store policies. This disregard for basic safety measures is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of the staff. I urge the management to address this issue promptly to ensure the safety and comfort of all customers. I will not be returning to this store until I am assured that such incidents will not occur again.

First heard about this location during a climbing movie showing they hosted at Ubergrippen. Stopped in today and had an awesome experience! Staff were very helpful. I had a lot of questions trying to find the perfect hard shell jacket and they were patient and knowledgeable. Nick was super nice and gave great advice based on my specific needs. Will definitely be back!

Yelp
This isn't so much about the inventory (which was great) but with the customer service. I've been in a couple times trying on/researching a bunch of gear (jackets and mid layers for fall hiking/winter camping and snowshoeing etc). Noelle (sp?) has helped me out twice so far and she's fantastic. She's patient/knowledgeable and zero pressure. If she's not in management she should be. It's pretty rare that I get that kind of service outside of small businesses where I'm dealing directly with the owner. As someone who cares about quality but isn't overly particular about the "new seasons" colors I'll definitely be going back here shortly to make a number of purchases. The gear is fantastic and customer experience is awesome.

Yelp
Very disappointed, the manager was very rude, he had a Gilligan like appearance like from Gilligan's island. I was wanted to buy a baseball type cap and jacket for my son and a pair of pants for my wife. When I asked if they offered any type of military discount, he said it only applied those items that were for me personally and not to any of the items I was purchasing. We've bought thousands of dollars from this store previously. Sad we really like this brand but definitely will be taking our business elsewhere. Will no longer be shopping at this store anymore.

Yelp
Update: 8/23: This "outlet" has turned into an extension of the main store in Denver with almost full price items. The old days of super clearance bargains are gone. Their "clearance" rack is a whopping 15% off.

Yelp
Worst store manager ever The store manager at this Arc'teryx either hates her job or hates this company. What a completely disrespectful and stupid piece of work. Started cussing at us for asking questions about a jacket. And then challenges us to go complain to corporate. Seriously? I guess no surprise there isn't any way on Arc'teryx website to send store feedback.. Done with you Arc'teryx, your store had the worst staff by far of any other at the castle rock outlets.

Yelp
I love this store. The manager always has a smile, comes over and chats and honestly it makes you feel quite special. This is the outlet, so many of the new colors and designs may not be there, nor do they get all sizes. But the prices are very very good. Arcteryx has different models and if you need help, they will answer any questions for you. As an example, they had the Sidewinder SV, and although it was expensive, if you need a severe weather shell, this coupled with a Cerium LT, and a Delta LT was nothing short of amazing in -25 degree weather. I have a lot of Arcteryx, for my work it has worked exceptionally well and has been more than durable. I did have one issue where my Beta SL, was wetting through. I contacted Arcteryx and sent it in. They told me it was defective and sent me the brand new model. It did take a while, but was very happy they stood behind the product. Whenever I am in the area, will always stop in to see what they have, if there are any sales as the inventory changes quite often. Sometimes they do not have my size, but if I was willing to pay full price to get my size would just go to Denver to the main store. Just remember to ask questions if you are unfamiliar with the different models such as Alpha and Beta and what SL vs SV mean and what situations you use each one. Just bought another Delta LT yesterday as they were having some on clearance at 50% off. Seriously a great deal as I love this lightweight pullover. You just have to check back often to see what they have in stock, but this is a premium brand, so be aware of that too.

Yelp
This is a tiny outlet with limited selection. They had only one person working on a Sunday and she couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone. No greetings, no acknowledgement that a customer had entered the store. I tried indicating to her that I needed help but this lady was buried in her phone. Not impressed, I'd stick with American brands. the Nortface next far better.

Yelp
Very kind staff at this location! I went in on Thursday and the female employee was so helpful and helped me pick out some pieces for my big move to Seattle.

Yelp
I'm Canadian. Arc'Teryx is Canadian. And this was the first time I've ever been into a store that sold only Arc'Teryx stuff. I wasn't impressed. The selection was quite limited. And sizes were also rather limited. Plus, for an outlet store, the prices were insanely high. Here's the thing with Arc'Teryx ... they have a wide variety of outerwear that all look the same, but are technically different (different materials, different purposes, etc.). But, when you're looking at a rack of Arc'Teryx coats, which are all mixed together, it's hard to grasp why one coat is $150 and another one, which looks exactly the same, is $550. Obviously, the labels would outline the differences, but that requires a lot of work on the part of the customer. Instead, it makes a LOT more sense or organize the racks and coats by type and have signs to distinguish which ones are which. I had been really excited to visit the store, but after visiting, I will not be back.

Yelp
The selection of sizes at this store is rather absurd. Shirts are generally available in either small, XXL or XXL. The discount is only about $10 off retail. Save yourself the trouble and order online from Arc'teryx or go to REI and get a better selection and sizes that fit.

Yelp
I spent over an hour in here deciding what jacket to get. The employees were helpful, but not pushy or trying to over-sell me. The store has amazing deals!!! Loved my experience, can't wait to go back.

Yelp
Outstanding!!!!! I live in Whistler, Canada. Myself and my family are avid outdoors people and huge fans of high quality tech gear like Arcteryx and Pantagonia. My husband and I went to the Arteryx outlet store expecting it to be like other many other outlet stores, high prices and over runs of gear that wouldn't sell. I was shocked, this was not the case. Although there was more selection at the time for women than men and the popular sizes were fewer we still managed to walk out purchasing over $1600 of amazing quality ski gear. (Our sizes...men's large, my daughter and I small/xs) I did the math and figured all in considering currency exchange and taxes we saved $5000!!! Yes, you need to know what is what because Arteryx makes gear for different seasons and sport requirements, one black shell may look like another but the weather rating is vastly different. Google while you shop. In Canada Arteryx only goes on sale twice a year and then you're very lucky to get %25 off. My purchases were 50-75% off and I love what we walked away with. For the serious outdoor enthusiast this is a find. I will make a point of going there anytime I am through Denver, seriously worth the drive to the outlet.

Yelp
Great prices for high quality gear. Be very careful about their return policy though. I tried to return an item I wore for two hours and decided was too small. They said it looked worn and scrutinized it for every piece of lint and said it looked dirty--which it was not. I had purchased it the week earlier and kept it in its bag. They want ALL of the original tags. They effectively don't accept returns. Read the fine print for sure.

Yelp
I've been in this store before, but haven't bought anything until today. The staff was Extremely helpful! Very knowledgeable on clothing and the brand itself. Not to mention the prices were fantastic! Kevin was especially accommodating and because of his outstanding customer service, I will be back!

Yelp
Great deals on quality gear! Do your research beforehand as an employee recommended a cerium jacket as a good "wear around town" piece, but otherwise very friendly and solid discounts!
