I want to sincerely thank Crystal for the outstanding service he provided when I brought in my winter jackets for cleaning. From the moment I walked in, he was warm, welcoming, and attentive. He took the time to explain the process clearly, made helpful suggestions, and handled everything with great care. It’s not often you come across someone who goes the extra mile to make sure customers feel valued and well taken care of. Crystal’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference, and I left feeling confident that my jackets were in good hands. Thank you again, Crystal — your excellent service did not go unnoticed and is very much appreciated!

Extremely poor service by Danae at this location. She acts like she is doing us a favour with cleaning when it is an included service. To quote her regarding stains: “you know this won’t come off right?”. I told her that was okay and she looked like she didn’t want to do her job at all and processed the jacket very unwillingly. The manager Will was apologetic but offered no real solution. I hope she finds a job outside customer service if this is how she talks to people.

I’m extremely disappointed with the discriminatory experience I had at this store. On two separate occasions, I inquired about a specific clothing item, and both times I was told by a blonde white female employee (approximately 160cm tall, with a nose ring) that the item was sold out for the day and I should come back at opening time the next day. I followed her advice, only to find out later from another staff member that the item had been sold out long before I even asked. This repeated misinformation felt intentional, and I can’t help but feel that it was racially motivated. It’s deeply upsetting to be treated differently based on appearance or background. There is absolutely no place for this kind of behavior in any business. I hope the store takes this matter seriously and provides proper training to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

ArcTeryX carries tons of high quality outdoor sport clothes and accessories. The store is mice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m happy with the winter jacket I purchased. Keeps me warm and quality is really good! Keep it up guys! Highly recommended.

Worst experience. Do not buy these coats! I had mine 2 weeks, spent a fortune and sat down at a soccer practice and got a one inch tear. I was told to drive downtown an hour to drop it off and then they called me to tell me, weeks later, to say they won’t be fixing it but would send a patch. The patch doesn’t even match the colour or fabric. I will never buy from their products ever again! Their jacket fabric is not designed for busy Mom’s or active people. Complete rip off and disaster! At these prices they should fix their fabric issues and not have the customer deal with them!

I went to the Burrard store just before closing and was helped by Joshua who was filling in for the Burrard store employees who were on a company skiing event. Of course, the company is fantastic. Speaking of that. Joshua. HOLY COW MAN!!!! I have never met someone so product aware. He gave me so many choices and purpose of each coat he led me to. Incredible. Also let me know Arc'teryx will help w washing my winter Therma coat. Just the best. Thanks Joshua. Thanks Arc'teryx!

Liam and Darby are phenomenal employees. These two individuals went above and beyond to help me with servicing my product. Both individuals were incredibly kind, resourceful, and really knew the products that the company carries. They both were able to help curate items that matched the applications I needed to use them for. Thank you very much to the both of these amazing individuals!
