This is the location to bring gear for a repair. I had a broken zipper. They replaced the slider in 5-10 minutes and I was out with my fixed jacket. I love my jacket so much, and so happy to see they give you this extra value and repairs for your purchases. Also, I learned they have a gear washing services. Guess it’s one item per visit, will definitely be using that in the future!

Nice products, but their warranty sucks. My daughter bought an expensive coat from them, and when it prematurely developed some manufacturing issues, they would ot warranty it. In other words they don't stand behind what they sell. Walk across the street to Patagonia for great products and a lifetime warranty.

Brought in my beloved Arc’teryx Veilance Field Insulated jacket (not made anymore) to the ReBird zone as after 12+ years of abuse I was starting to get a delamination and the zipper was jammed. Danae and Malcom both explained my options and Malcom even fixed the zipper on the spot! Give these legends a raise!!! 10/10 experience 👏

First thing you’re greeting with upon entering the store is a super aggressive looking security guard staring you down. Dude was intense. Put me off entirely from wanting to shop here. Surprised this is the vibe management is going for. You can have store security and not have it be this intrusive. Truly awful.
