After more than 20 (!) years my beloved Theta AR jacket started showing some signs of age, some of the taped seams came off on the hood, the hem and the cuffs. I bought it back in 2004, and it has seen quite a bit of the outdoors. So I headed to the Kitsilano store hoping that something could be done, and to my surprise it was possible to make this repair possible. The main zipper was changed out, all seams reworked and re-taped. So basically that whole jacket was rebuild and was just given a second life! And the best: all that at no cost! Thank you so much for the excellent service Arcteryx, and a special thanks to the local team in Kitsilano and the repair team!

I love the store, the customer service, and the product, which is second to none, especially for Vancouver weather and year-round activities on the coast. Unfortunately, these security guards have to put up with the people who come in and mess with them. The reality is that if they don't keep a keen eye on things, people will try to crash through the doors and run away with thousands of dollars' worth of goods.

ArcTeryX carries tons of high quality outdoor sport clothes and accessories. The store is mice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m happy with the winter jacket I purchased. Keeps me warm and quality is really good! Keep it up guys! Highly recommended.

All you pay for here is an overpriced brand name. The clothes are not any better than you would get at a different outdoors shop, just that they have the Arc’teryx logo on them. If you are young at all you will also have the privilege of a security guard starring over your shoulder the entire time you are at the store. Go elsewhere, don’t support this blatant overcharging.
