I had a very disappointing experience at this store, primarily due to the attitude of one of the associates, a guy with hair almost to his shoulders. When I asked about a jacket, he impatiently claimed it wasn't available, but I found it on the other rack in just 30 seconds. Initially, I thought he might just be unfamiliar with the products, but it got worse when I inquired about sizes. He was reluctant to check the stock, even after I mentioned that another store referred us here because they saw several stocks in this store. After some prodding, he quickly checked and said there was nothing available. I told him that the associate in another store had told us this store had plenty in stock. His was incredibly rude and impatient: "I genuinely don't. What do you want me to do?" At the very least, he could have checked the system or offered to arrange shipping. Overall, I do not recommend this branch due to their POOR and HAUGHTY customer service.

We went in Christmas Eve.. 10 minutes before closing..and the customer reps were patient and didn't rush us at all! Although they were not that busy, I still had to ask for directions to some jackets I wanted to try. Overall, the not rushing me was greatly appreciated and I was able to pick out something I really liked in the short time which led me to making a purchase a few days later. I had young kids running around and they just accepted us and let us stay until the end. Very good experience!

I went into the Kitsilano store with issues with my winter jacket. Darby went above and beyond to help me address these issues and offered great solutions. As a loyal customer of Arc'teryx, I'm really happy and thankful for the solutions provided. Thankyou Darby!

Went to get a few of my jackets washed, because of fear of destroying them. The service tech Joshua, was amazing and very knowledgeable. Took the time to coach us how to wash and care for the jackets. I always purchased performance garments from them…this experience really reassured why, and I wasn’t wrong about this brand. Happy to continue supporting.

Finally decided to give Arcteryx a try for this upcoming season and had the most pleasant experience. Specifically, I came in on Wednesday looking for new ski attire and Leslie was one of the most helpful employees. She was not only considerate, but friendly and educated. She went above and beyond to make easy to understand conversations with me about jacket functions and how to maintain care. Although I didn’t buy anything she was still really positive about my visit and treated me as a friend instead of a customer. Great store and will visit again!

Came on to talk about the great experience we had picking up a rain jacket here. Christine helped me out and showed us amazing customer service. She was attentive, very knowledgable with helping me choose a suitable shell for my activity, and her bubbly personality made our shopping experience very enjoyable. Thank you Christine!

I liked how they use to occasionally have free washes for your technical jackets. Recently, I accidentally made a mess on my Atom LT eating Shanghai dumplings. They gave me helpful tips on how to clean my jacket. I notice at this location they also now have two sets of washing machines and dryers in store. Handy for emergencies.

ArcTeryX carries tons of high quality outdoor sport clothes and accessories. The store is mice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I’m happy with the winter jacket I purchased. Keeps me warm and quality is really good! Keep it up guys! Highly recommended.
