I want to highlight the excellent service we received from an employee on the bottom floor of Arc'teryx. He was friendly, attentive and very professional. Thanks to his treatment, we decided to purchase two jackets, and I have the receipt which I will attach as proof of our purchase and positive experience with him.
However, the experience upstairs was the complete opposite. We waited at the checkout to pay, while several employees chatted amongst themselves, not paying attention to us or making the slightest attempt to help us even when we were at the checkout ready to pay. Their attitude was completely indifferent even though they were right next to us they were more attentive to their conversation than to the customer.
An establishment of this standard should offer consistent service in all areas. I hope they take note and improve the attitude of the staff upstairs because customer service makes a big difference.
