Arc'teryx Piccadilly London Store

My guy Ashley - thank you so much for taking the time to advise me on several items I was looking to purchase. Technical expertise was second to none, very personable, down to earth and made some sound suggestions. Nothing was too much trouble for ANY of the staff, from fetching stock out back for me to making small talk whilst shopping - all done with a smile. Great vibe, definitely friendlier than Covent Garden Arc’teryx. 10/10. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I went to Arc’teryx last week with my dad to get a ski outfit after a 12 year break! We both had a great experience. Susan helped us and was really helpful, and made sure we got the right things. All members of staff were very nice, I was very happy with the service and items.

Sebastian went above and beyond, delivering a retail experience that was second to none. Was thoroughly impressed by his in-depth knowledge of mountaineering equipment and he made me a bona fide recommendation that has been delivering so far. Will be back soon!

I stopped by Arc’teryx recently and was blown away by how incredible the staff were. Jo was especially fantastic—super kind, patient, and very knowledgable gear. It made the whole experience feel easy, and i felt confident in what I was buying. If she isnt a manager already, she should be!

This Friday, I went shopping with my boyfriend to get a hard-shell jacket. Jess is lovely and listened to my needs carefully. She is patient, and is not overly pushy. I got a great experience shopping experience because of her. Thank you!

Absolute garbage, not the store but the quality of their products. I recently purchased a cerium hoodie and it developed 5 micro tears after wearing it twice. Compare this to a North Face diablo vest which I've owned for over 2 years without a single tear. How is this even acceptable, especially for the price tag? AVOID this brand. It's just hype.

I had an exceptional experience at the Arc'teryx store thanks to Yuxing, James, and Fraz. I visited to change the zipper color on my jacket, and they assisted me with great care and professionalism. What truly impressed me was how warm and friendly they were throughout — it felt like shopping with knowledgeable friends who genuinely wanted to help me find the perfect piece. Their thoughtful recommendations led me to a jacket that I’m extremely happy with. Outstanding service and a truly enjoyable shopping experience. Thank you again!
