Always thought Japanese are very polite with good customer service until I tried to go several shops to find Arc'teryx products this time.
Saw 2 staff at Arcteryx section and showed them the product pic and the lady staff straight away said no and continue her chatting, while the male staff saw and pointed at the other section.
When I asked if have other colours or other products with the same functions, the male staff then appeared annoyed and brushed me off by saying everything is on display and randomly pointed at a jacket and told me it’s the same function and continue with their chatting, but when I googled it, it’s totally not.
What’s the point of having them there when they don’t bother to assist the customers
