If you are reading this review you've probably already done your research and know how good this brand is. What makes this store special is their staff and their service. Abhi took his time to answer all our questions and showed me the value of this jacket. At first I found the price hard to swallow but after learning about the jacket I find it to be a great buy. They stand behind their product and you can tell that Abhi is passionate about their brand.

I had a lot of questions, and Derek was extremely helpful and attentive, offering great advice. I would highly recommend the store to anyone searching for good quality hiking clothing!

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at the Arc’teryx Vaughan Mills and I couldn’t be happier with both the service and the quality of the clothing. Arianna made us feel welcome without being overly pushy. She was attentive, offering helpful suggestion based on what we were looking for. My husband purchased the ATOM Hoody in the Dynasty colour and the Vertex speed shoe in Ginger/Verve.

I had a fantastic experience at the Arc’teryx store at Vaughan Mills! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and well-organized. But the real highlight of my visit was Xavier (“X”). This guy knows his stuff! Xavier was super helpful, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and made great recommendations without being pushy. His passion for the brand really showed, and it made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re heading to Arc’teryx at Vaughan Mills, definitely look for Xavier. You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve visited this store twice and had two negative experiences. I dropped off a coat for warranty issues. The associate took my jacket and told me it would take weeks to receive a response or an update on my jacket. This was on February 14th. Months have gone by and I had reached out to Arcteryx to request an update and I was told the jacket had been lost and received a credit for the jacket value. I appreciated the gesture but I really liked my older jacket and would not have gone through the trouble of sending it just for it to be lost. I returned to the store with the intention of spending my credit. I tried on a jacket and one of the associates just stared at me until I placed it back on the rack. I asked her if she had any similar styles and she said no because “it’s hard to do mountain climbing in a long jacket.” I am familiar with the products and I knew there were longer jackets than the hip length ones. I left the store empty handed and found a better jacket online and matched the credit I received from the lost jacket and what I was looking for.

Best retail experience I’ve had in a while. I’ve been window shopping online for a while and wanted to see the jackets in-person. Was greeted by Trevor, who was beyond knowledgeable in the products, their purposes and details. Trevor was patient with letting me try on everything, as well as helping me understand which jacket would be best suitable for my needs. Thank you Trevor!!!
