We had an amazing shopping experience at Arc’teryx today. Lu, the sales associate who helped us, was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and took the time to understand our needs. She gave us a clear and detailed introduction to the products, explaining every feature with patience and expertise. Her passion for the brand really shone through, and her friendly smile made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to her thoughtful recommendations, we found exactly what we wanted. This was by far one of the most pleasant shopping experiences we’ve had—highly recommend this store, and especially Lu!

If you are reading this review you've probably already done your research and know how good this brand is. What makes this store special is their staff and their service. Abhi took his time to answer all our questions and showed me the value of this jacket. At first I found the price hard to swallow but after learning about the jacket I find it to be a great buy. They stand behind their product and you can tell that Abhi is passionate about their brand.

Staff is so helpful. Nick is the best, he’s very helpful he made me decide to buy more items with his excellent advice. I would 100% comeback excellent products, excellent customer service.

I’ve visited this store twice and had two negative experiences. I dropped off a coat for warranty issues. The associate took my jacket and told me it would take weeks to receive a response or an update on my jacket. This was on February 14th. Months have gone by and I had reached out to Arcteryx to request an update and I was told the jacket had been lost and received a credit for the jacket value. I appreciated the gesture but I really liked my older jacket and would not have gone through the trouble of sending it just for it to be lost. I returned to the store with the intention of spending my credit. I tried on a jacket and one of the associates just stared at me until I placed it back on the rack. I asked her if she had any similar styles and she said no because “it’s hard to do mountain climbing in a long jacket.” I am familiar with the products and I knew there were longer jackets than the hip length ones. I left the store empty handed and found a better jacket online and matched the credit I received from the lost jacket and what I was looking for.

I had a fantastic experience at the Arc’teryx store in Vaughn Mills. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, an I’m really happy with the quality of the clothing. I had a lot of questions, and Derek was extremely helpful and attentive, offering great advice. I would highly recommend the store to anyone searching for good quality hiking clothing!

Kudos to Sully and Ahmed for answering all the questions we had and helping us choose the jacket we needed. Both are very knowledgeable. Ahmed is very passionate about gore tex so make sure you ask him if you're curious to know more! Thank you again.
