If you are reading this review you've probably already done your research and know how good this brand is. What makes this store special is their staff and their service. Abhi took his time to answer all our questions and showed me the value of this jacket. At first I found the price hard to swallow but after learning about the jacket I find it to be a great buy. They stand behind their product and you can tell that Abhi is passionate about their brand.

Best retail experience I’ve had in a while. I’ve been window shopping online for a while and wanted to see the jackets in-person. Was greeted by Trevor, who was beyond knowledgeable in the products, their purposes and details. Trevor was patient with letting me try on everything, as well as helping me understand which jacket would be best suitable for my needs. Thank you Trevor!!!

Thank you, Joanne, for the excellent services. I was looking for warm winter jackets for my family, not knowing which one is the best to pick as many models are available. Joanne was very sincere in explaining every little detail, she is friendly and very knowledgeable. The right size was not available in the store so she helped me to order 4 jackets online. She spent a good amount of time helping me, thank you for your patience. All questions were answered, and an excellent service I walked out of the store with satisfaction and a happy face.

Very helpful and personable staff. I called ahead of time to check their stock and they were very responsive and nice. When I came in store I was helped my a second associate who took his time to explain the features and compare multiple coats. I left very happy with the with the Patera Parka! A about a month ago I had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan who helped me with deciding which gloves would suit me best for certain needs. He was very knowledgeable about the selection of gloves and was super nice to talk too. 10/10 would recommend.

Supply is low on certain models, can not really find a suitable jacket for the right size or colour. Joanne was super friendly and informative, she spent some valuable time with me and gave me bunch of advice, she helped me picking the right hoody, again, now is just the matter of when and where I can find one before resellers.
