I am so glad I went with Arctic GM for my tour. The van kept the group relatively small, and both our driver, Abu, and guide, Nikola, were absolute professionals. Friendly, warm, knowledgeable, and extremely effective - they tracked and spotted the most amazing light display! They made it worth every penny.

We joined a Northern Lights chase in the beginning of December and did not see anything, which we understand can happen. The real issue is that this tour should never have gone ahead in the first place. The weather conditions were as bad as they could possibly be, something the guide even confirmed during the tour. Despite knowing there was essentially zero chance of seeing the Northern Lights, the company still chose to run the tour rather than cancel or reschedule. What made it worse is that we tried calling beforehand to reschedule due to the poor forecast, but no one answered, leaving us stuck with a tour that had no realistic chance of success. This felt misleading and unfair. Running a Northern Lights tour when there is no foreseeable chance of seeing anything, combined with a lack of communication, is not acceptable. It ended up being several hours of night driving with no purpose, for a very expensive activity. I would not recommend this company unless conditions are excellent and even then, don’t expect transparency or customer support. The one star is for our guide who tried to make it as nice as possible and at least communicated well about the weather conditions and the almost non existent chance of seeing northern lights!

On a not so promising night they took us out into the dark parts of kvayola, where the skies were clear. Millions of stars and more auroras than I'll ever see or have seen before. The sami driver(m), argentine guide(m) and mexican photographer(f) with svalbard experience (sorry guys, bad with names) really rocked. Safe driving, welinformed, superfriendly and amazing pictures. HIGHLY recommended

Only took us to one place on our "chase" and we barely saw anything. When they took our photos (which were rushed because of the amount of people) they said "wow excellent beautiful", then when we saw them the sky was basically empty. Got better pictures on our phones

Very nice experience! This provider was not our first choice but since our original trip was cancelled they had some empty slots and let us in for this tour. Very good service, warm indoor with leather seats. Travel time and speed was fast for the whale watching location where we spent good amount of time. We spotted plenty amount of Orcas and some humpback whales! Stuff was professional! Trip was overall so immemorial so had to give 5 stars!

They changed the assembly location last minute without informing us. We waited at the original location for more than 30 mins, called them exactly at the assembly time when the guide did not appear, they told us the venue has changed and claimed that they have emailed us, but they didnt. They then blamed us for being late and refused to compensate or arrange another slot for us. This is outrageously unreasonable.

We booked a 2-day Northern Lights tour and had an amazing experience. The photos were included in the tour price. A special thanks to Boris – everything was very professional.

THEY DON’T DESERVE EVEN A STAR!!!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY! We booked a trip to see the Northern Lights, then we drive towards Finland to see the Lights but they were not so visible, anyway..we didn’t took pictures with our devices because we been told from the beginning that they will do “professional photos” for us. I had to send them emails every single day for a week to get ONE PHOTO because they keep saying “technical issues about pictures” and were not able to upload them on the site. After I told them that I will report the payment as scam because they were not able to perform full services which we discuss at the beginning when we paid for it, the pictures has appears from nowhere 😂😂 Is WASTE OF MONEY! Don t recommend this company. They should improve their customer service as the blond “lady” from the main office opposite Burger King in Tromso was so unprofessional. She must find another job, cleaning the public toilets, that will be much appreciated for her😂😂 By the way, we went to their main office where the countryside lady was😂 and they locked the door during opening hours mentioned on the paper from the window. We also told them that if they can t provide the photos we want full refund, but they said that they can give us a 50% discount on second attempt 😂 funny. Ridiculous experience!!
