Best hotel in Karpathos! The Hotel is located right at the heart of Pigadia and is fully renovated, the rooms are brand new, with all the amenities, and offering a direct sea-view and a balcony. The rooms were very comfortable, we enjoyed waking up to this amazing sea-view! Also, there are many restaurants and shops next to the hotel, so everything you need is in walking distance. Last but not least, the amazing personnel and the kindest hotel-owners we have ever met. They let us check-in earlier and were very helpful and friendly. We will certainly come back!

SPECTACULAR! Simply Spectacular! This Luxury Boutique Hotel is in the Heart of the Main Town of Pigadia! It is Completely Brand New! The Decor is extremely Chic and Luxuriously Comfortable! There is a very cool Restaurant and Bar on Property for your 5 Star Dining Experiences! This may sound silly but, the bathrooms at this establishment are immaculate! All of the Staff are extremely warm and inviting! Bravo to Arcus and Sonam for bringing this level of elegance and class to the stunning Island of Karpathos!

The best hotel in Karpathos! The owners and the personnel are very polite and professional, ready to assist you in whatever you may need! Totally renovated with fantastic decoration and direct sea view! The rooms are very clean and the best part…the cafe and restaurant, don’t miss it! From today I will be a repeater in this hotel!

An amazing small city hotel;all rooms with balconies overlooking Pigadia harbour in KARPATHOS island.Rooms are spacious,comfortable double bed and big and easy to use bathroom.Owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is perfect and served outside in a big veranda.|They also serve dinner in their hotel restaurant which is not included in the price of accommodation.|All in all excellent value for money I would highly recommend it for your stay in KARPATHOS island.

The only negative thing i can say about this hotel is that they make it very hard to find a better one next year. Since you keep comparing every hotel to this one.

The Arcus Luxury Suites in Karpathos town (Pigadia) is a modern, well-managed hotel with high aspirations, centrally located in the harbor with a spectacular view. The rooms are clean, spacious, and elegantly designed, with amenities such as air conditioning, breakfast, a safe, and care products included. The staff is very polite, making you feel like a valued guest. The breakfast is adequate, offering basic items to start your day. While the service is generally good, some staff members lack the professionalism the hotel aims for, which might be a generational issue that will hopefully improve over time. Booking a package deal offers good value and is a helpful tip for prospective visitors. Special thanks to Yiannis, Yiannis, Costas, and Michaela, who make a real difference.

We had a great week staying at Arcus in August! We had booked a room for two and the owner offered us an upgrade, so we stayed at the top floor suite which has an amazing view to the port. The people were all so kind and welcoming. We also tried the restaurant and I have to say the Steak Sandwich is the best I’ve ever had. Will definitely visit again!
