Request for Refund Due to Missing Ingredients Hello, We haven’t been back to Arden’s Garden in quite some time, and we were really looking forward to a great experience. Unfortunately, the employee forgot to include the nuts in our smoothies but still charged us for them. Given the oversight, we’d appreciate a refund for the missing items and smoothies. It’s probably best for us to continue making our smoothies at home for now. Also we tried to call the location before posting review and no one picked up after 4 calls. Thank you for your time and understanding.

Their food I had a few times and it. Their açai bowls are also really good and their smoothies are one of the best things I’ve ever had. I love how they fresh food and everything you want. I would suggest you getting the mango and strawberry berries together for the 16 ounce which is a perfect amount and it’s all delicious thank you all so much for everything you’ve done!

My morning breakfast place. The young lady was extremely nice. I was headed out of town, and she wished me the best travel. Smoothies are always amazing. I love ❤️ coming to this one only due to the service.

I love Kirkwood, and this is a staple to the neighborhood. Thank you for my double grand slam! Feeling MUCH better now.

Delicious smoothies, tasty items to bring home and consistently good customer service. When I requested nutritional information due to my kid's health needs they were really helpful. 4/5 for atmosphere because it feels a bit clinical and uninviting, but the outdoor table is a nice feature

We receive very good care each time we visit the store. Everyone is very helpful and courteous. They always make sure we are aware of the discounts and rewards. Actually, we enjoy going to buy the products. Love it. The only problem we have is the parking. Not enough space!!!

My experience at arden's garden has always been great. I loved the juices, but after finding an old, oxidized leaf in my TLC juice I cannot fathom having another juice ever again. Imagine enjoying a refreshing juice to only have an old, crusty leaf nearly float down your throat. It was pretty disturbing experience! Also, to be told by the staff that it's probably spinach or a piece of turmeric skin after reporting it. No one offered me a refund, yet I had to ask for one after being offered a giftcard. Not sure who would want to risk that experience again. Hopefully, ya'll can get to the bottom of this, because that's pretty careless.

The smoothies at any of the locations are amazing & they all have premade juices that you can purchase, I've had a few that are pretty good. If you want some healthy snacks they have those here too & detox's if you're into that. This location you'll have to find parking on the street unless you get some luck and can park in one of the couple of spaces they have in front of the store.

This is the best Arden's Garden location I've been to by a longshot. I prefer their smoothies over any of the other national or local chains. The staff at this location are super friendly, they always remember my preferred order(s), and greet everyone with a smile. There's plenty of street parking and a few places to sit outside. The added bonus of this location is its proximity to Taproom Coffee and Evergreen Bakery. Highly recommend.

As I start my new healthy journey (not too excited abt it lol) I have been visiting this Arden's Garden for abt two weeks now and I absolutely love it and it's so addicting, I jus keep coming back ! With the rise of Covid, I've been ordering grand slams and flu fighter, to try to stay ahead of the game and healthy as i can be ! The grand slam consist of 4 shots; wheatgrass, lemon juice, ginger, and cranberry. the fly fighter is all for shots with and additional shit, "fire cracker" !! I really like the grand slam, it's not the best tasting, but it does what it needs to do. Now as far as the smoothies, so far i've had the Happy Smoothie and the P&J smoothie. The p&j is more tasty but both were good. The cheesy kale chips are a good healthy snack !! The chocolate almond bites are ok overall i love it here !! the customer service exceeds my expectations !!! I'll be coming here more often !!

Arden's Garden may be one of the best smoothie and healthy spots in atlanta. Everything is fresh. The store is always clean and neat. Staff is pleasant and knowledgeable about fruits and which should mix as well as great at upselling the addiction Al powders and such. LOVE Arden's Garden. This store/location was very beneficial when I was starting my Vegan lifestyle change.

One of my weekly stops for sure! Literally come here at least twice a week. Service is ALWAYS welcoming, even when their busy! Clean, good vibes, but small. Their music selection is always pretty good as well :) Just a cool little vibe here. I definitely would suggest stopping by and trying them out. My favs are; the grand slam shots, the hot shot juice, or green machine smoothie (I think that's the name of the smoothie, lol) anywho, try them out! Especially with covid going on and flu season up next, the grand slam will boost your immune system & give you energy! Thank me later :)

Visiting Atl my friends and I met up to eat at Dulce Vegan bakery and decided to stop by in here for some juice shots. Loved it, I was buzzing after! What better shots than fresh squeezed goodness!

Worlds friendliest people work at this place-and the smoothies are good. I'm not a smoothie person and I haven't had one of these in a long time. Was surprised to like it as much as I did. They'll be candid about what you might like and won't like, too-The recommendations don't seem to be attempts to upsell you. If I decide to care about eating healthy, i'll become a regular here for sure

My son randomly came home from daycare requesting a smoothie! I didn't have all of the ingredients so we took a family trip to Arden's Garden. He wanted a chocolate smoothie so I created one with almond milk, bananas and cacao nibs and he loved it! He tasted his father's fruit smoothie and said it was delicious. I'm so happy that our trip to the smoothie shop was a success, hopefully there will be more of those and less to the ice cream shop!

Awesome place for healthy drinks! I stopped by to try out this chain for the first time. I didn't really expect much and was expecting something similar to Kale Me Crazy. Turns out I definitely prefer this to Kale Me Crazy. The options were really affordable. I went with a customized smoothie, where you pick a base juice (I went with the green one) and add 3 fruits (I added blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries). For a pretty big smoothie with fresh fruits, it was only $5 and it was very filling. The service was also really friendly. Since it was my first time, they explained how everything works and allowed me to taste the different juice bases. They also have smoothies on the menu to order, along with some snacks and a small assortment of groceries. The place is small but clearly visible and efficient. Definitely will be coming back here soon!

Love stopping in here, for that good ol' neighborhood vibe. Great customer service every time and like that there's a small private parking lot. The Grand Slam is an excellent boost to start the day and the fresh pressed juices are magnificent. I like getting mine directly from the shop vs. the grocery store, to ensure maximum freshness. If you have not tried Charcoal Lemonade or Jalapeno Bizness you're missing out! I also enjoy the cleanse every once in a while for a reset. Good stuff!

Yummy! Perfect little shop on a Kirkwood street corner. Came here because I didn't feel like driving to get dessert after a heavy dinner. You can choose your base and fruits/ add-ins or choose from a pre-formulated menu of house creations. They offer various samples and have a nice transparent display case with all their fruits.

I really like this store! And I'm particularly partial to this location even though I don't live in this area. haha It was the first Arden's Garden I'd ever been too and this store is just amazing! This location has a little parking lot, but has free parking on the streets surrounding the shop. It's also located in the Kirkwood neighborhood. And has a few great restaurants across from it. Great selection of healthy snacks! They have a case of all of their juices bottled up and ready to be taken home in a variety of sizes. And a large counter that offers seating so you can watch your smoothie being made and then if you want, perch it and drink it! I also LOVE the friendly service! Everyone always has a smile on their faces. They're super upbeat! And they know their stuff when it comes to health food! The last time I was there, there was an employee that knew how many calories were in each individual fruit and vegetable located in a different customers smoothie. I had also asked him about Arden's Garden 21 Day Detox. He knew everything! Didn't skip a beat when it came to the details. And then he went onto entertaining my son...I mean come on. I was impressed! haha Love this location! LOVE the Spinach Slam! And inexpensive!

I don't get the pressed juice hype, but I did like the taste of the juices I picked up here. Could I have made the juices on my own? Sure. Am I too lazy to do that? Yes. Here is where Arden's stepped in, and because they had a sale. Would I go here to purchase pressed juices again? No. But, if I was on this side of town and was thirsty I'd pick one up. Well, if it is on sale that is.

It's Arden's Garden. It's exactly the same as the others except for one thing: there was only one person at the counter. At lunch time. On a warm, sunny day. Particularly on a Monday afternoon when people like myself are trying to make amends for the horrible things we ate over the weekend. Long line, long wait. And why were the 'mystery' juices in the cooler priced higher than the regular ones? Weird. This won't be my go to location.

Customer service isn't good. It's on the route head home so I stop there to get my teenagers smoothies Every other day. I purchased the daily special and it tasted like crap. I ask for a credit instead of refund since I come so often. I was refused credit, refund or exchange. I was offered a shot of ginger to be added to make it taste better. Never going back again.

This is my favorite location of arden garden. The young ladies that work here are very knowledgeable and kinder than the ones I've met at L5P location. The good thing to try is the drink of the week or day. It's typically 2$ off the regular pirces. Their juices are also cheaper by about 50 cents than whole foods and 1 dollar less than kroger. The spicy nuts give an awesome kick to the smoothies and the hemp.is delightfully filling. Then try the shots to get a quick boost and cleanse. They have lemon, ginger, Wheatgrass, and more. I went to YDFM and got the grapefruit juice and it was cheaper to get the 2 day detox gallon than making that juice or mixing it yourself from YDFM juices. so as expensive as it may serm, buying the amount of ingredients needed is way more money. Great location, has its own car park and sweet cashiers.

Wonderful, fresh juices/smoothies that you can tell are made with care and love. My favorites are the cherry and the sunrise. If you can't make it here, they have several other locations and they also retail in Kroger and a few other stores. My favorite is a pineapple based smoothie with mango, peach, and spinach. Delicious, nutritious, and filling!

Arden's Garden does smoothies well. But what I like most about this location is the bar that has folks sidled up drinking wheatgrass and ginger shots. Something about that is kind of cool. It's what locals will call Downtown Kirkwood. There's a weird sort of parking configuration because it's at a point of where two streets diverge -- no yellow wood though. So there are like 6 parking spaces on a point. Even though it's across from a gas station, it's also adjacent to a local police headquarters, so it's as safe as most places you'll go in Atlanta. Inside, the baristas? are always pretty friendly, of the 3 that I've seen. I am not really into fasting or veggie diets. But they've been knowledgeable about the product and cool to deal with. The actual smoothies are fruit juice based, either orange or pineapple, and have up to 3 fruits. (You can also buy a variety of pre-made juice drinks.) You'll feel healthy and like you've done the right thing having a healthy and tasty smoothy. Now, you might ask the same question I always ask: Couldn't I just buy frozen fruit at home and do the same thing. Yes. Yes you can. But you can guarantee that theyll make something tasty. Plus, I doubt you've got wheatgrass and ginger sitting around for a push shock to the system.

Stood in line behind two young girls the guy at the register was helping. When he was done, he immediately turned to help a family of four that came in after me and never acknowledged my presence. Maybe my skin color was too dark for him to see me. The family clearly knew I was before them but they didn't say anything either. I was going to make this my regular stop for smoothies and juices but I'll just go to an establishment to that treats everyone with respect.

Great prices, favourable variety & wonderful staff. Top of my go-to list and conveniently located opposite my favourite vegan cafe!! Hehe!

OMG, I feel Good! I have been battling the cooties all week, when my bff told me about this place. I went there and got a Grand Slam and some Complete Recovery! That was this morning! NOW, I feel like new money! This is the best I've felt all week! Thanks, you guys Rock!

Menu was hand written which is cool but it was difficult to choose a drink. The drink was amazing tho!!

What terrible customer service. The manager charged me for the wrong order and then refused to refund the purchase when I pointed out her mistake, stating that it was store policy to not offer refunds, only store credit. I was forced to pay for her mistake, and left with a disappointing $17 smoothie. To top it off, the bases are all pre-made and the fruit is frozen. Nothing fresh about that! Arden's Garden used to be a great local healthy choice, it is too bad they have gone the way of Jamba Juice. Step it up, Arden!

Their Summer island breeze is amazing! Everyone must try it!!! Great service and worth every penny.

Arden's Gardens is great for healthy smoothies. I stopped in recently to try their Grand Slam which is 4 total (non-alcoholic) shots with one each of: Wheat Grass, Ginger, Lemon, and Cranberry. The counter attendant was very informative about the benefits of each, and surprisingly I was a big fan of the wheat grass shot which has a ton of nutritional benefits. I wasn't a big fan of the other 3 items, but it made for some laughs as I chased them with the bonus pineapple juice chaser. The ginger shot goes down warm and if I didn't know better, I'd swear it was really liquor from the warmth! For the whole healthy "experience" at less than $5, it's definitely worth swinging by with someone to try.

Delicious fresh organic juices. The Grand Slam is a great pick-me-up, soo healthy and good for you. Their wheatgrass is amazing, definitely the best in Atlanta! I could guzzle their pH Solution all day long. Customer service is always spot on. Word on the street is that Arden's Gardens juices are excellent for dealing with hangovers. My favorite time is right when I wake up or after a work out.

Staff is super friendly and chatty, I like good conversation with my green juice and shots of wheatgrass, I look forward to my trips here I recommend the grand slam and the yoga 1, come for the juice stay for the good times.

I love Arden's Garden juices but the service here is especially wonderful! I've been in twice, once on a class trip with a group of Kindergarteners and today to grab some "2-Day Detox". While there, my 2-year old spilled his just-made juice and it was cheerfully and quickly replaced. Thank you for being a child-friendly, healthy shop in Kirkwood!

I love Arden's Garden! The juices are great and the smoothies are awesome. I also love that this place is near my home.

I could talk about the delicious smoothies and juices, but the most striking thing about this place is the service. I've never been to a business where the staff were so friendly (not counting places where they take their clothes off). I'm not the friendliest person yet somehow I always have a really nice conversation with whoever is making my drink. I don't know how they manage to always hire such nice people, but keep it up!

I stopped in Ardens Garden a last week to sign up for their 21 day detox. I was told from a friend that it was $195. When I asked the person working she told me that was correct. So I payed my $195 and was on my way with juice. I went in yesterday to refill, and was told that I was told wrong and I only got 13 days worth of juice. Yeah I saved a little money, but the fact that I was misinformed by the untrained staff is why I will never go back to Ardens Garden. On the plus side they do have good smoothies.

This a true gem in the neighborhood. Products are always fresh (as they should be), store is always clean and the staff always friendly and knowledgeable. Love the 2-day cleanse. Something I will continue to build into my regimen monthly.
