I had a great experience here. The smoothie was good, and since I was the only customer at the time, the atmosphere was calm and quiet. I ran into an issue while redeeming a reward, but Anu handled it promptly and professionally. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. No complaints whatsoever! I also picked up a couple Immunity shots.

I wanted a smoothie so bad from here but they were moving entirely too slow for me. I’m not sure what’s hard about ringing someone up when you have another person making the smoothies. When I finally made it to the register, the employee didn’t say sorry for your wait or anything. Zero acknowledgment of how slow the service was. Please do better.

Been a loyal Arden gardens customer of 7 years, first time at the vining location. Meet Anu, she was the best! Forgotten a smoothie I had gotten before, she patiently helped remake it. Definitely will be coming more often!

The service here is AMAZING! Hope is fantastic and she deserves a promotion. I’m a regular and she always remembers my order. If I have any questions she goes above and beyond to get an answer. The smoothies are delicious and consistent. Consistency is key for me. I can make the smoothie at home but I enjoy coming here.

My go to smoothie is the shake with PB… literally soo good! The price keeps creeping up though, which is annoying, but I do like that they have a pretty solid reward program.

Got a smoothie this morning. As always prompt and very helpful. Tried some new choices such as the brownies and power bowl. Loved them both! Arden’s is one of my favorite spots

I am not usually one to really enjoy smoothies but Arden’s garden was great! The service was a tad slow, but it was pretty busy when we went. The smoothies were great and I like the fact that you can see all the ingredients right in front of you. If you have the time I recommend reading the founder’s story!

Went here this past weekend for the 1st time. Two informative young ladies assisted me in making my choice for two smoothies. Although my smoothie did not taste as good as I expected it was very healthy.

The service here was incredible. The associate was so friendly. The smoothie was very good and made right.

This juice bar is located in a small shopping plaza. As such, the parking is a little tight. One thing I can say about this location is every time I walk into this location it smells like they just finished cleaning! The store always looks and smells extra clean!! I have to be honest, I typically come in for the snacks. I love the energy bites. I have tried the fresh juices and enjoy them too! If you are in the area and desire a healthy snack or meal this is a good spot to check out!

Been Loving Arden's Garden since Arden was in the Garden. She would be proud of what her daughter has done with this amazing nutritional empire. It doesn't matter which AG you go to ... It's a WIN! My personal fav is Scary Carrie with Freckles (cacao nibs)

One of my favorite Atlanta staples for fresh, daily made, organic, healthy juices & small bites which are plant-based. Back in the day, my go-to was the combo shooters of pure Ginger, Lemon & Cranberry juices, the Sweet & Spicy Nut Mix & bottles of the Oops & Pineapple Apple Ginger juices. Fast forward to the present day, AG is still serving up fresh ingredients, delicious raw foods - I am now hooked on the Taco Salad. The menu is not vast, yet selective. The store is in immaculate shape with friendly employees throughout, whether stocking the cold case, blending the smoothies, or just welcoming customers in. Today's visit, I picked up the infamous 2-Day Detox, one of my favorite products that give your digestive system a boost & a quick cleanse. Other Cleanses include Wellness, Weight Loss & Liver maintenance. As far as local sourcing, AG has two processing plants in the East Point area making fresh juices almost every day. You can also find the juices/smoothies on the shelves at Whole Foods & Kroger with similar price points. AG also offers home & business delivery with shipping nationwide. Although my first time to this location, I have frequent the Buckhead, Kirkwood & Midtown locations for many years & as with this visit, it's always a pleasant walk in the garden.

Done rightly everytime!! At every location. Treat yourself right & stop here for fresh juices & smoothies.

Parking is very limited here. Large store with many smoothies to choose from, they are on the healthy side so don't think it's smoothie king. Customer service was great, knew about their products. I am trying a gallon of the 2 day detox so I will give an update on that *fingers crossed* soon. Smoothie was good as usual but this detox I'm scared & excited at the same time.

Today was our first time here. Good location, a real healthy menu unlike others like Smoothie King! Fresh, and delicious! The staff was great especially Joy, she was amazing. We will be coming back here because around the corner is a SweatHouz (Infrared Sauna) and we like a smoothie after we sauna. Only disappointment was no seating. Need to get seating!

Service sucked at this location. I frequent AG almost everyday and get the same thing. I asked if the ingredients- particularly the base- were what I asked because the color was off as if there was more almond milk than pineapple juice. The lady making the smoothie said cynically "what you asked for is in it." Uhmm ok. Then her co-worker decided to jump in to say "our fruit is seasonal so customers shouldn't expect the "color" to be the same every time". I almost said "Bish! I know that!" but decided to walk out and write this review. First, I saw the base. There was very little pineapple juice. Now, I'm drinking a smoothie that tastes like milky fruit. AG is supposed to have employees that are "friendly". The one in East Point as the best. Howell Mill is awesome too. So is the one on N. Decatur. Stay away from Vinings. These two were far from friendly. Nor do they understand the concept of customer service. I could've made a big deal. I could've asked them to make it over. I did not because their energy was super weird. Gonna throw this one away.

I absolutely love coming here! Now granted the parking is pretty limited, there's usually a few spaces available since there's only a few other business in the small shopping center. This is one of the bigger locations that I've seen and there's a space to sit and enjoy your smoothie or snacks if you'd like to take a break from the outside world. The young lady who took my order was helpful, friendly, and quick. She also further explained some of the ingredients and their health benefits. I ordered the Happy smoothie and while I don't remember everything that went in it, I know it was the first time I tried it but I loved it! I do know there was spinach and some berries in there though. Anyway, it was delicious and I'll definitely be back soon.

I traded smoothie king for Arden's Garden, the best decision I made! Granted, there's a price difference but it's worth it. I been visiting Arden's gardens locations over a year now. I'm never disappointed, I'm always pleased with my smoothies and service. The environment is so vibrant, the air feels so clean. The staff is patient and friendly. They are good knowledge of their products. Generally, I get a smoothie and a wheat grass shot but as of lately I been getting the shots that are premade. They always have two to three different ones. My favorite smoothie is the HAPPY SMOOTHIE!!!!! Don't mind the color, it's amazing! I wish it could come in a smaller size however, it only comes in the large. Other than that, I love it!! Try it out, you won't be disappointed!!

I wanted to buy a smoothie but lady said: I can't make smoothie because I'm closing in 5 minutes. I was so looking forward to have my spinach slam. If you close at 7 close at 7 not 6:55. Thank you.

Have you ever just been craving some thing? Well I was craving a smoothie. I visited Arden's garden before but I usually go to the location on Howell Mill. I love the one on Howell Mill by the way but I was pressed for time and decided to visit this location. Granted I got there five minutes before close so the young lady was starting to clean up and prepare the location for closing. Totally understandable. However she told me the smoothie section closed at 5 o'clock and that I could take anything from the refrigerated case if I wanted some thing. Well, if I wanted the prepared items in the refrigerated case, I could've gone to the grocery store. If you stop serving at five why does your storefront say you close at six? The young lady behind the counter was very polite I thanked her and left. I'll likely never visitors location again. Do you want a customer or don't you?

I have enjoyed Arden's Garden products for years, but had never been into one of their stores before. I decided it seemed like a great pick me up this morning and stopped in Vinings. Pros: tasty, fresh, quick Cons: crappy parking, not the most helpful staff, pricey (caveat-I expect the price for the fresh produce) There was only one customer finishing when I walked in. I made my way to the counter, and the girl asked what I wanted. I told her that I loved their products but had never actually been in their store before and... Crickets. Typically, that is the social cue to start recommending things. I even told her one of the smoothies that I had like to before, and the fruit that I didn't prefer to have in it. She did say that I could customize a smoothie, but that was all the help I received. I picked my green and asked for recommendations on the fruit, she told me which ones were sweeter and which ones were not as sweet. I asked for one and then she told me I could have up to three. I asked for another recommendation and she just looked at me. Overall, I was not super impressed and not super dissatisfied. The girl that helped me was not very helpful, but that would not detract me from going back again. Perhaps she doesn't like smoothies.

Horrible Experience. You enter the door and 3 staff are scream at you " M A S K M A S K. M A S K". Will never consider them again.

I am a frequent customer at Arden's Garden but mostly at a different location and I get the smoothies from in stores. Since moving to the area I have frequented this location multiple times. Each one the customer service has been rude and off putting. This last visit will be the last time spending money here. I walked in, there were three employees standing behind the counter. A petite woman with black hair and glasses with a mask, a man with brown hair and a light skin woman with curly hair... a no one said anything to me. Not a hello... or welcome in... nothing. Once I stood there and made my choice I proceeded to tell the gentleman who made my smoothie... I walked to the kiosk so that the girl with the mask could ring in my order. She seemed annoyed and irritated, I even asked her if she was ok. I tipped over and walked back and waited. Someone walked in after me that I guess was a regular and they were immediately greeted with hellos! And hi!!!!. Once my smoothie was done the gentleman told me to have a nice day and swiftly turned back to a conversation he was having with the other woman behind the counter. Once I walked out and got to my car I realized that I forgot a straw and had to go back in... I could see that they were all behind the counter laughing and talking....immediately as a walked in the door it got silent again... it was such a strange vibe in there. Not welcoming at all and unfriendly unfortunately.

I go here Wednesday morning to get my favorite kale salad to go for lunch. The staff is amazing the music makes you smile. Sometimes I do a day cleanse and this is my go to for my fresh juices. This is my Wednesday jam.

Very happy that they opened an Arden's Garden in Vinings. So far so good. I have stopped in 4 times and each visit has been fairly consistent. Often times they are low on juices and don't seem to carry all of the same varieties that the Mt. Vernon location carries. People are likely coming in to buy in bulk and shipments are probably less frequent here. With that being said. I will caution you to be sure to check the expiration date on the refrigerated juices. If you forget and get on home and the juice doesn't taste fresh you can always bring it back to the store for a replacement. Arden's garden will not give you a refund, but they will give you store credit . This location gets a 4 because of the fireball that works behind the register. As a new location she should assume that it's everyone's first time. On my first visit she was very pushy, kinda rushy, and was all about getting people in and out versus friendly and educating customers like the other locations. My advice to her would be to "just be cool" say hello versus "would you like to try a smoothie today." Slow down and be more personable. Share your knowledge with people, you seem smart. Be a little more customer friendly and I'm sure people will continue coming back. That is all. I still say check it out. Having an Arden's Garden in the neighborhood makes me happy.

I love the product but the customer service was bad. I walked in right after 9 AM and was the only customer. Jakima, the girl that was working behind the counter did speak, but she seemed disinterested and was very dry with me. Not engaging at all. I asked if I could do the Grand Slam with peaches instead of mangos. She told me right away that you couldn't do ANY changes to the GS and that you had to buy it the way it came. Literally a minute later, an apparent "regular" comes in and her whole disposition changed. She was friendly, polite, and even started up a conversation. As she is still "supposed" to be helping me she starts taking the woman's order as if I was standing there trying to make up my mind. I was standing there at the fruit waiting for her to finish taking my order. The woman says, I'll take the Grand Slam, but "can I do half PH and half Pineapple?" "Sure!" As she stops making my smoothie to start building her base. She does take a blender over for me too and puts Pineapple juice in it. She then starts making the woman's smoothie and looks at me and asks. "Do you know what you want?" I politely respond "Yes." Anyway, she was rude to me. Love the product but was very offended by how I was treated. This isn't the first time I have encountered someone rude or indifferent at this location. I frequent a lot of the Arden's Gardens and have been a customer for MANY years before they became main stream. This is my least favorite location. Management needs to speak to their employees about being welcoming to ALL customers. As for the smoothie, I chose to do a 24 oz custom smoothie with Pineapple Juice, Spinach, Blueberries, Peaches and Strawberries. It was a good smoothie. Thick and filling. I think next time I'd try it with an Apple Juice base instead of Pineapple juice because it was very tart. Overall for $6 it was good. Other than the customer service another point to mention is the parking situation. The parking lot is very small and narrow. Some of the spaces are reserved for the surrounding businesses. I always seem to get a space but I think that is because I usually come in the morning or early afternoon. Getting out of the parking lot is also pretty tricky because there is only one way to leave and it's on a very narrow corner where there is a constant flow of traffic coming from both directions. I think if you're in the neighborhood and you really want fresh juice or a smoothie this isn't a bad place to come, and you should really like what you get, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. There are several other Arden's Gardens locations in Atlanta and they have MUCH better customer service!

The vibe as soon as I walked in was just bomb, the people working were super helpful and didn't make me feel as indecisive & annoying. They gave me great recommendations based on how I was feeling too!

The one star is for the drinks, as they are typically good here. But the rudeness?? The service here stinks. There is one person who has been nice. But other than that, the workers at the Paces Ferry location seem rushed, indifferent and not welcoming at all. One time I came in and the girl working there was putting new plastic bags in some containers behind the counter. To open the bags she gave her fingers a lick, multiple times. She then proceeded to make smoothies without washing her hands. How about a little bit of someone else's spit with your smoothies? Eeeeeew! I haven't been back since.

I love checking out smoothie and juice bars in Georgia when I visit. This tastes heavenly. I loved that the lady at the counter knew what she was talking about and she offered suggestions. I enjoyed my smoothie and plan to return when I'm in town again.

This is one of the worst Arden's garden in the city. We have been a couple of times in the past month as we transit through Vinings. Both times we stopped in the place wasn't busy but the employees are completely inattentive. Most recently the woman working the register started trying to finger everyone to pay while the guy who had helped us with making the smoothies just had us go wait in the line and then he got on his iphone. The woman at the register started getting people to pay but not everyone knew what they wanted so she was working with them. We waited TEN minutes in line to pay while his jerk (if you're the manager this was Sunday, Nov 5 @ 1:45 PM and this guy in his smartphone was a white guy with a dark beard) just looked at his phone leaving his coworker there to take care of everyone else in line who didn't want a smoothie. It was a waste of our time and disrespectful. Poor customer service.

Gotta love Arden's Garden! First time to this particular location... just as pleasant as they've all been. It had been a while since I was last at one so I asked about the order of the 4-shot Grand Slam; not only did I get the order, I got some good info on the why and how it works etc etc. It was great! Also got a variety of good brunch recommendations as well! 5 Stars!

Was very disappointed going there. It was my first time and although the lady was friendly she blended my smoothie than told me she forgot the protein. Added the protein blended it more and at this point it was just slimy thin juice. Not a smoothie. Not worth the almost $10

I go almost every day. It's so convenient it's close to to me. I get there shots and I am Really impressed with those prices. I did wish they had more of an organic selection. But this is a good place if your a health conscious person like me on the go. I like how you can chose your base to your juices or smoothies. However some of their pre packaged juices are loaded with sugar. I just love this place. The staff are informative and friendly. Their is a book on the counter that describes the benefits of the juices and my favorite part. It is a local company!!! I send my fiancé in there daily for me and now Mr. Meat is hooked on juicing too. ;) I can smell and organic converter in the near future lol anyways check them out.

I've only come to this location due to the fact it's near my job. Plus all Arden's Garden, correct me if I'm wrong, opens up as early as 7 am. I usually come here to purchase the 2 Day Detox. I try to detox once every few months. I have purchase their smoothies before but just not here. Usually just one person works and as early as 7 am, sometimes there is already a line to purchase or get made-to-order smoothies. Customer service has always been great. Parking does suck, even I'm not a fan of location but because I come extra early, I don't have that problem.

I was so excited when I heard an Arden's Garden was going to be near my office! Lately, I've been drinking more smoothies during lunch.. since I haven't had much of an appetite. Before Arden's Garden - I'd go to Smoothie King/Planet Smoothie, but now I'm willing to drive the extra 10 mins for a better smoothie :D Why I said a 3 - Parking here is bad. The lot is TINY. The spots are also labeled with "Suntrust" or "Cleaners" customers only. Sad. The lot is also awkwardly shaped, so it's tougher to get out. Not sure about you guys, but I prefer not to be in a rush when I get my food/items. I hate having the thought of "damn, I hope I don't get booted/a ticket while I'm here". But that's just me. The people and smoothies are fine. But the folks tend to move a little slower. But then again, I'm in a rush when I come here since I park at a marked spot... so moving faster is a priority for me haha. I'll definitely be coming here for my smoothie fixes though during work hours.

My ultimate pick me up spot! I always have the Grand Slam...I try to get it twice a week but I'm going to start going every morning before work since they open up so early. I live this place!

Customer service is completely unacceptable. I would rather super smaller/local biz but if Whole Foods treats customers better then that's where I'm going.

Had a terrible experience in which my boyfriend and I were not acknowledged for about 10 minutes. A set of people were taken before us although we there first. The cashier Jonathan was very rude and didn't seem interested in helping us. I love the smoothies and I come often but today will be my last visit.

Great smoothies, bad parking... They staff was helpful, even suggesting I try my smoothie before walking out the door, since I chose the PH base, it wasn't as sweet as a thought) then gave me an excellent recommendation (mangoes) to make it perfectly sweet. I'm grateful, otherwise I would have walked out the door pretty unhappy. Since I was the only one in the place, a few women before me just left, the staff paid attention to what I was purchasing from the display fridge to make sure I knew what they offered and what I was buying. I wish there was a place to sit and enjoy my smoothie while reading the book I purchased, but no such luck. There seems to be room for a small table and chairs for just that occasion.

The manager and entire staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about the different ingredients. This is always a great place to go

Absolutely love Arden's Garden Vinings. I'm absolutely addicted. I love Carlitos Way and their bottles juices. The best healthy drink in a bottle. They definitely don't disappoint :-)

This is by far my favorite Arden's Garden, I frequent the Buckhead and Sandy Springs locations and the service here is great. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

I have been to this location on a regular basis since they opened. Sometimes if you don't go early in the morning the selection of juices is not the greatest but for the most part it is consistent with other Ardens Garden stores I have been too. The staff has always been nice and helpful and the smoothies are good - they are however a bit pricey. The only drawback is the terrible parking. Very few spaces and a tight area to get in and out of.

Worst customer service. I am a somewhat regular (only because of location) and every person I have encountered at this store has been incredibly rude except one girl who I have only seen once. One visit I was with my son and he accidentally spilled his brand new juice. The team working did nothing to help nor offer to replace it. Me and other customers cleaned up the floor with the napkins from the counter...as we were done, a young girl (the one nice one) came from the back and saw us and came over with a mop to help...all while the girl at the counter (crazy colored hair) did nothing but have a bad attitude when I apologized for the mess. I hate going to this location because of the people but do love the product and always go to another location if I have the extra time. It's really unfortunate as the juice is awesome!

1st time coming in, Arden's Garden used to be a vendor of mine & therefore, I wanted to check out the brick and mortar store. The store is very cute, My smoothie was great, however, the girl running the register this evening made it very obvious that I was an extreme inconvenience. If it weren't for the girl that made my smoothie this evening, who basically apologized with her body language, I would never come back. Lastly, no public restrooms?! I'm driving to Peachtree City & had to go find somewhere else to stop before hitting the road -- pretty ridiculous.
