The hotel has the nice territory and the rooms are fine. However, the restaurant is below any expectations-the dinner tasted worse than any canteen. The service is rude-I had to fight with the waiter to get a glass of water on the breakfast at 11.05 when they stopped serving anything. The manager Maxim was also far from friendly. Please, fix the attitude!

This place has an old school country resort feel to it, that dates back (at least to me) to that 1960s-early 1970s. This is not a bad thing. Rooms are spacious. Furniture and carpeting outdated, but clean. Yet, Everything worked. Buffet breakfast huge with good choices. The people were efficient. I felt like I went back in time a bit. I imagine Russian families on holiday in the summer enjoying this place immensely. There are activities inside and out, and just off the lifts ping pong tables, pocket billiards, and an ironing room. ||There was a business party here (of which one night was ours) and it was perfect for this as well as our business event. It was loud in the room until 10:30pm or so, but was quiet after that. There are further facilities, including bowling in the basement.

I stayed here in December the 5th 2016 for one night only. ||Hotel is a bit far from the city and in a very quiet district, well it is more like in the middle of the forest which is nice for people who enjoy silence and nature. ||Their restaurant has nice food but portions could be a bit bigger; however I suppose it's different for everybody! Breakfast starts at 8 which is not very ideal for business people who have early meetings, considering the travelling also. I saw the gym and there is a swimming pool as well as the sauna etc but I couldn't use it so cannot comment. Rooms are very big compared to many hotels. Overall I would give it 4 /5 and stay there again.||

We had a seminar in this congress hotel and everything went very wel. The accommodation is perfect, location not too far from Moscow, sufficient possibility for relaxation (sauna, swimming pool, bowling, biljard) after all the work. Food is good, excellent large buffet and the restaurant serves excellent dishes. Hotel possesses a large park for quiet walks in the morning and evening. Seminar staf is adequate and helpful, the service by the waiters great. Excellent.

Everything was perfect. Various and delicious food, entertainments. Big pool. Rooms are clean and neat. Everything is new, comfortable and pleasant. As a minus I can mention the small sport gym. But it has all required equipment. The one free sauna is also very small. Recommend for everyone, and every season.

My family and I stayed for 2 nights in Areal Congress Hotel in December 2018. Our stay was motivated by a tour inside Star City which was planned on 24.12.2018, so we stayed from 23-25.12.2018. We got a large room with view on the very quiet park, all was white as much snow and quite cold outside, but is was a real Christmas time then !||There is a swimming pool and a bowling/billard area which can be used. We liked the large restaurant buffet which was offering fresh and tasty food every day. The place is not very much non-russian speaking fan, as almost everything is written in russian... So, better to speak russian or to be with someone who is fluent in russian ! We had a little problem while ordering a taxi from the hotel to Star City on 24.12.2018 : the day before before, we were told by reception that taxi is possible to order and would come in 15 minutes... However, when we asked for taxi the next day, we were told that they were not going to Star City !!! Then we had to urgently call for a local Star City taxi, who took 30-40 minutes to arrive, putting us a in a big stress as we were then late for our meeting in Star City... So, wrong information received from the reception staff led to not nice situation for us to deal with...||I will soon post some photos of the hotel for you to see what I'm talking about. This hotel is really nice and good looking, mainly made for locals who seems to enjoy in with their family and kids.||We will be back during our next trip to Star City ;-).||otterboris

Stayed there for business purposes, but enjoyed it as a tourist at free time. Business support is very well organized - perosnal manager is always there to help and answer your questions. ||Bowling, wellness center with pool, sauna, gym, beauty center is available. If you forgot your swimming suit you can buy it for reasonable price and even have a choice of bikini.||Choice for lunch, breakfast is good and for dinner we had barbecue in the street - so well prepared, with everything served in time and really tasty (which is really valuable - they don't have competitors on the territory and nearby and many others could use this fact to cut the expenses on the quality).||Service is good-they are always there for you. I felt myself like in the best European hotels (the hotel itself is looks as European one and even posses itself as "Alps in the Moscow region".||The only thing you should consider prior going there-traffic jams which appear quite often on the way to the hotel.

Nice location with good food and friendly staff. Breakfast was rich, with lots of different things from cold cuts, cheese, different styles of eggs and muesli... Rooms were very spacious, mine with balcony, as most are from what I've seen. There's a small zoo and wellness area. The location itself is a bit far from Moscow downtown. If you're there for sightseeing another choice might fit more. If you are going to relax I guess you have found the place.
