A Hidden Gem in Gyumri – Aregak Bakery & Café While exploring Gyumri, we stumbled upon the cutest little bakery—Aregak Bakery & Café—and it instantly became one of our favorite spots. Tucked away on Northern Avenue, this cozy café had such a warm and inviting vibe, perfect for a relaxed break. But what truly made our visit special was the sweetest waiter, who honestly felt like the star of the place! We’re not sure if he was the owner or a relative of the owner, but he carried himself with so much warmth and pride, making every guest feel at home. He didn’t speak English, but that didn’t stop him from going above and beyond to accommodate us, and his kindness made the experience unforgettable. And the baked goods? Absolute perfection—chef’s kiss! Every bite was a delight, and we left wishing we had more time to try everything on the menu. If you’re ever in Gyumri, Aregak Bakery & Café is a must-visit!

Delicious pastries, refreshing lemonade, great view of the main square. What more could you ask for? Oh, they also hire disabled employees, so you get to contribute to that as well. Strongly recommend

A must-visit place! Everything is super delicious and the service is great. It’s so much better than a lot of bakeries in the center of Yerevan. The idea behind the place is also phenomenal, they recruit people specifically form the special needs sector and this the place that proves that all you need to do is create an equal opportunity and the people will thrive. Although the place is based on such a great idea, you visit again and again simply because those are one of the best pastries you’ve tried!

Cozy place near the Towns Square. Outdoor seating is so relaxing. Kudos for their values. Coffee could improve.

Fabulous, we had pastries and coffee. There is a wide range of baked goods. We tried a number of different flavors and they were all great. The cappuccino was lovely.
