Our stay at Arena Beach Hotel in Maafushi was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, every single detail was handled with care and genuine warmth. The room was spotless, beautifully serviced each day, and always welcoming to return to after exploring the island. Rakesh went above and beyond, making sure everything was perfect and comfortable. Dining at the hotel was a highlight in itself. The restaurant and bar service were flawless — every meal was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The staff here take hospitality to the next level, and you can feel how much pride they take in making each guest’s experience special. We have to give a special mention to Rakesh and Hashim, who truly made our stay 10 times better. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality stood out every single day. They not only made us feel cared for, but also made us feel at home — something you can’t put a price on when you’re traveling. Arena Beach Hotel doesn’t just provide a place to stay; it provides an experience — one that combines comfort, world-class service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. The rooms are very nice, the staff is kind, but everyone is so slow that it almost ruins the whole experience. From the time that you order food and until you receive it passes one hour. For a bottle of normal water you wait 20 minutes. They often forget what you ordered and bring you something else but still charge for the food you didn't receive. Overall very nice hotel, clean and the prices are very affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Arena Beach Hotel and would like to especially thank Ritika and Chef Ruhan for their exceptional kindness. Although the buffet offered a variety of dishes, most of them were too spicy for us, and after five days we found ourselves mostly eating pasta. When we mentioned this, Ritika listened with so much care and Chef Ruhan kindly prepared something special just for us. Since we had once tried tortillas and really enjoyed them, they surprised us the day before our departure by making fresh tortillas again — just for us.

Our stay at Arena Beach Hotel was very pleasant, and what made it truly special was the kindness of Ritika and Chef Ruhan. We mentioned to them that most of the buffet food was too spicy for us, and after several days we were mostly eating pasta. They listened carefully and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our meals. On our last day, they prepared delicious tortillas just for us, knowing how much we liked them when we tried them earlier in the week.

We really liked the hotel, staff is polite and very helpful. Everything is very clean. Hasim was the best! He was amazing – very funny, friendly, and he even spoke Croatian! He really made the experience special for us. Got to meet him! We also liked the food, everything we tried was tasty.

We had our vacation on Maafushi Island and we stayed at the Arena Beach Hotel for 3 nights. We had a wonderful time here. The room is clean and tidy, the staffs are helpful, and the hotel offer a range of activities such island hopping, snorkelling, etc. We also took the opportunity to walk around the small island, to see and appreciate the local culture. We has a great time indeed. Will come again, if there is opportunity.

The rooms are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with options that offer stunning sea views from private balconies. The rooftop area is a hidden gem, perfect for relaxing in the jacuzzi or soaking up the sun on a lounger. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our stay, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Special thanks to the activities team for organizing amazing snorkeling and sandbank trips—we made memories that will last a lifetime. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and well-run place to stay in Maafushi, Arena Beach Hotel is a fantastic choice. Thanks a lot I'll come back again

I really enjoyed my stay at Arena Beach Hotel. Everything was excellent—clean rooms, nice staff, and average food. The staff were kind and helpful. Special thanks to supervisor/ Sarah and Front office manager Mr.Ihwan for their outstanding service. Highly recommend this hotel!
