Our stay at Arena Beach Hotel was absolutely perfect! The staff made us feel incredibly welcome from the very first moment. The service was beyond expectations – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Room 5111 was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made every morning special. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh and clean throughout our stay. Breakfast and dinner were delicious with plenty of options, and the beach just steps away was pure paradise. Special thanks to the staff who checked on us daily to make sure we had everything we needed – their kindness really made our experience unforgettable. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Arena Beach Hotel to anyone visiting the Maldives! 🌺

Dining at the hotel was a highlight in itself. The restaurant and bar service were flawless — every meal was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. The staff here take hospitality to the next level, and you can feel how much pride they take in making each guest’s experience special. We have to give a special mention to Rakesh and Hashim, who truly made our stay 10 times better. Their attentiveness, kindness, and genuine hospitality stood out every single day. They not only made us feel cared for, but also made us feel at home — something you can’t put a price on when you’re traveling. Arena Beach Hotel doesn’t just provide a place to stay; it provides an experience — one that combines comfort, world-class service, and a team that genuinely cares about its guests. All over experience was very good..starting from airport receive to speed boat transfer and check in process was good. The hotel is exactly located at most beautiful bikini beach of the maafushi island. And the beach infront of the hotel is extremely nice shallow and non wavy. We had sea view room and that was extremely good view. Room was nice with all basic things. Staff was extremely polite and responsive. The food was only thing which was basic or you can say not up to mark. The hotel restaurant is in the making process so they have form tent like structure in the beach which is full of house flies and the food is also ok..but i would also mention that food is ok in whole island…don’t expect too much is you are foodie. This island only belongs to the people who wants water sports, scuba, etc

We stayed as a couple, and our experience at Arena Beach Hotel was absolutely wonderful! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. We stayed on Maafushi in the Arena Hotel for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time. The hotel itself was great. It was very clean, modern, and had it's own beach. There were many excursions on offer. What stood out for us the most though was the staff. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic service.

Overall, the stay was actually good, comfortable and clean. However, the only downside is that it’s very difficult to make a booking (it would be better if booking could be done through WhatsApp). BUT WHAT REALLY DISAPPOINTED ME WAS ONE OF THE RECEPTION STAFF (I believe she’s from the Philippines). I’m extremely disappointed because she leaked my and my partner’s personal information to the resort where I work. I’m very upset about this.||The resort where I work found out that we both stayed at your hotel, and this could cause problems for our jobs. Please take serious action against employees like this. I’m a hotelier myself, so I fully understand that disclosing a guest’s personal data to others is a serious violation and the hotel can be held legally accountable for it. This is a matter of privacy between me and my partner, not for public knowledge (especially not for people at my workplace to find out).||Even if the intention was to coordinate something like a flight or any other reason, it would have been much better to ask for the guest’s consent first. Therefore, I’m extremely disappointed with one of the staff members at this hotel who failed to protect guest privacy. This has truly damaged the reputation of Arena Hotel. thank you so much

The rooms are very nice, the staff is kind, but everyone is so slow that it almost ruins the whole experience. From the time that you order food and until you receive it passes one hour. For a bottle of normal water you wait 20 minutes. They often forget what you ordered and bring you something else but still charge for the food you didn't receive. Overall very nice hotel, clean and the prices are very affordable.

We had a wonderful stay at Arena Beach Hotel and would like to especially thank Ritika and Chef Ruhan for their exceptional kindness. Although the buffet offered a variety of dishes, most of them were too spicy for us, and after five days we found ourselves mostly eating pasta. When we mentioned this, Ritika listened with so much care and Chef Ruhan kindly prepared something special just for us. Since we had once tried tortillas and really enjoyed them, they surprised us the day before our departure by making fresh tortillas again — just for us.
