3 stars does not do this hotel justice! It’s beautifully located right next to the beach. Staff are amazing always polite and smiling and helpful. Food is lovely always a variety to choose from even with fussy eaters like my wife. The cleanliness is 5*!!!! Staff still around cleaning the windows at 9pm…Definitely don’t get that in England hotels! I’ve been here twice now, once 10 years ago and it hasn’t changed at all in those 10 years…It is still beautiful and a perfect holiday! Weather a little cooler in the mornings and the evenings but glorious sunshine throughout the day. Perfect place to tan, relax and read a book or going out to party with lots of bars near the hotel to choose from. Great for kids to attend as well with 2 pools and the sea right out front. We paid for a sea view room as it was our belated honeymoon and it did not disappoint with an amazing view every day which never got old or boring. Beds are comfortable and if you need extra pillows like I did then you can ask at the reception. ||We also went on a boat trip which we found on a wonder to the shops and it was an amazing day out!||We will definitely be back in the future!

On the positive side, the reception staff are friendly and the hotel is in a good location if you like to be in the centre of Ibiza! |However, room 328 was so depressing, black floor tiles, dark brown old fashioned wardrobes, shabby wooden side table and dirty cushioned chair and twin single hard beds on wheels with brown bed covers and very distressed wooden headboard! There were no kettle / tea coffee facilities and no fridge! The bathroom shower was outdated and the lighting was very poor! It is in desperate need of a complete overhaul to bring it up to date as it looks like nothing has been updated for 50 years!| The view from the balcony is good but the noise from the school kids canoeing every day and the deafening sound of the men working on engine strimmers on the beach in the morning forces the doors to be closed! The air conditioning is awful and wasn’t even working on our first night! The sun burns high on the balcony between 5 and 8pm so it’s impossible to sit out or keep the door open. |The music from ocean club every day and the noise of all the drunken people leaving there and other clubs all night can be very disturbing and annoying; not to mention the hotel entertainment which is blasted through the building on certain days! |The constant banging of doors all day as well as the scraping sounds of beds being moved by the cleaners from early morning is unreal! |The food is soggy, cold and tasteless. You’re not allowed to even drink your own water around the pool unless you have purchased it from the hotel itself which is all overpriced! They have a very enthusiastic security man watching your every move if you dare!! |We’ve been going to Ibiza for over 25 years and this hotel is the worst one we have been to and is definitely not worth the money! Even though we paid half board we had to eat out regularly instead! |We will definitely not be returning to this hotel and hope they take on board the feedback and do something positive to improve their facilities soon.

I really love this hotel is next to the beach. Fantastic view every day 😍. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. Food is fresh and everyday is something different 🍲🤤. Many clubs are around the hotel so everyone will find something nice.

+ Location is great specially if you don't want to use taxis or rent a car, you can find whatever you want in walking distance, breakfast and dinner buffet are really good, variety of choices, staff are very nice and helpful Rooms are big and clean, nice indoor and outdoor swimming pools, easy access to beach - Internet connection is terrible, beds are too small, shampoo and body cream is not enough for shower of one person let alone two. Small strange packs of shampoo All in all I recommend,

Service is perfect. People from the bar to the reception are super friendly. Always willing to help if you know how to communicate like a human being. Would defenitly recommend.

The staff at this hotel were an absolute model for any similar business and the service plus the cleanliness of hotel Arenal has to be seen to be believe, we will definitely be back

Fabulous position, well worth booking sea view room. Friendly helpful staff, great food and plenty of choice. This really is a fabulous hotel, great size balcony, room and 4 piece shower room. Dining room at breakfast spoilt for choice and always fresh food on offer. Dinner choice, salads, meat course, fish and themed each night, even the fussiest person is well catered for. Will be back for certain, love it xxx

Hotel staff are extremely friendly nothing too much hassle. |Eva on reception was extremely friendly and very helpful on my arrival. She is a credit to the Hotel and Tourism in Ibiza.|The hotel maybe a bit dated in the rooms but they are spotless. |All areas of the Hotel are very clean.|Buffet Dining with plenty choices and very fresh food.|Night staff are also very helpful. Always visible at night and available. |I was leaving early and was missing breakfast.|Romeo who was night reception offerred me a coffee before leaving. I really never expected this. Although I declined it was a very nice touch.|I didn't spend a lot of time at the hotel but the entertainment that I did see was pretty good.|Would I return to this hotel ?
