Just back from a lovely relaxing stay at Hotel Arenal. I was a little bit dubious about booking as I usually ensure any rooms I book have a balcony as I like to sit out & see things & to be able to dry out my towel & swimwear. However the single rooms here dont have balcony's but they do have big windows that fully open & the inland view i had was amazing as i could see San Antonio & also part of the beach & sea & although I was on the side by Linekers bar the loud music didn't bother me I'm a bit hard of hearing anyway but the last few nights seems they weren't open anyway. The hotel is in a good location, close enough to walk into San An & its a lovely walk the other way round to the Bay where there are more beaches, bars, shops & restaurants. Check in was quick & easy, I was given lots of hotel information by the nice young lad on reception ie where the restaurant, pool, bar etc is, what time breakfast & dinner was served, about the free safe (just a €20 deposit which you get back at end of stay). My room was great, very modern, open plan, lots of storage & lots of room, very different to the picture they had on the Tui website which was a little dark & dated so yes I was very happy, couldn't fault it, apart from no balcony but as I said I booked knowing it didn't have one. Breakfast & Dinner are what you would expect, lots of choice, everything I had was tasty & warm. The restaurant staff again were all very attentive & welcoming, especially the lady at the door & the older lady, one night they came round offering free Sangria. The cleaners came every day again I couldn't fault their service & friendliness. The English lady on reception & the gentleman on night duty always had time for a chat or to help when I asked for any information. The pool area was good, always plenty of beds & shades available didnt see many towels reserving beds, there's also beds on the terrace at the front of the hotel which some people preferred. All in all I enjoyed my week at the Arenal & if I go back to San Antonio I wouldn't hesitate to book here again. Thanks to all staff at the Arenal Hotel for a great week.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the warm and family-like atmosphere made us feel right at home. The location could not be better – it’s right on the beach, so you can enjoy the sea from morning till night without ever needing a car. The food was another highlight: fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety to please everyone. It really added to the overall experience. What impressed me most was the excellent value for money. You get so much in return – comfort, friendliness, and a perfect location – at a very fair price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxed, welcoming place to enjoy a beach holiday.

Great value hotel. It's classed as 3 star but I would rate it a 3 star plus at least. It's clean and light. It was also in a prime location with stunning views.||The staff were amazingly friendly.||The waiting staff, who were supervised by Olga ( a particularly friendly member of staff) were helpful and would always take time to have a conversation. ||David and Merzel were great fun and made us laugh and made our time at the hotel really enjoyable.||If there is one thing that could be better is to perhaps have more serving staff around the pool as when ordering during the day, service times were slower. I was, however, happy to wait a little because it allowed David and Merzel to interact with us more.||The reception staff are also very welcoming and friendly.||Romeo, the night receptionist, attends to his job with calm efficiency and a pleasant smile and friendly conversation.||The buffet breakfast had the usual fair and was of great quality. At dinner there was a more limited choice and vegetarians may find that even more do. You will not however go hungry. ||Azul who worked in the dinning area was like a motherly figure seeing to people's needs.||Rooms are comfortable with those facing the sea offering great views.||One improvement I could suggest is replacing the towels in the rooms as the ones available were on the small side and not very absorbent.||The hotel facilities are great offering two pools, one outdoor and one indoor. There is a small gym (free) and sauna (chargeable). I didn't use these but did have a look and would say whilst the gym is very limited in what it could offer you could do free weights well enough.||There were also plenty of sunbeds, however, the management may want to consider replacements of the parasols as quite a few were broken.||The maintenance guys (Jose the older and Jose the younger always had a friendly word when I saw them.||||So if you are coming to Ibiza you could do a lot worse than the Arenal

This hotel is rated as a 3 star but is worthy of so much more. |The location is amazing and its definitely worth paying a little bit extra for a sea view room where you get to witness beautiful sunsets. |The staff were so so friendly with a special mention going to David, Merzel and the older lady in the restaurant. |If I was to criticise anything it would be to upgrade the towels in the rooms, think about introducing a towel hire service for pool towels and have more vegetarian selection at dinner.||Many of the guests have been going year on year which tells you something!

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Arenal in Ibiza! 🌴 From the moment we arrived, we felt the warm and very family-like atmosphere. The staff, both at the bar and in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and attentive – nothing was ever too much to ask. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and offer a stunning view that makes you instantly relax. The owner is truly lovely, and you can feel that personal touch everywhere in the hotel. The food was delicious, and every meal felt freshly made with care. Overall, it was an amazing experience that exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be coming back! 🌟

Upon arrival I was told by Jessica and Anna that I was upgraded as I'd booked direct via the hotel's website. The view was just breathtaking overlooking the sea. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious with a little foyer and large bathroom. Ava on reception and Luisa in the breakfast room were so warm and friendly. There is a convenience store directly opposite the carpark and Lidl within walking distance and the bus stop is pretty much near the door step. Breakfast buffet for around 20AUD was perfect with a wide variety. I would come back here in a heart beat. Thank you Arenal xx
