I really toyed between 3 & 4 stars for this review,. If there and been a 3.5, I would have opted for that,||We booked this “cheapy” half term break, with a neurodivergent child with us, we wanted somewhere quiet, small and that would be a party place, this hotel ticked all the boxes. It was a mix of older people and families,||We had a room overlooking to pool and it had 2 bedrooms which was spot on,||The rooms were dated and dark (but clean). Not enough storage for toiletries and other bits and bods. There was a spacious wardrobe and a 4 chest of drawers, No aircon but ceiling fans in the room.||We opted half board. Breakfast was decent, freshly made omelettes and pancakes.||I like fresh fruit; at the beginning of the week there was melon offerings, but as the week went on that disappeared and tinned options were available ( there was uncut apples, kiwi and bananas).||We didn’t like evening meals, the quality and choice for us was not the best. We ate out 4/7 evenings.||The staff were amazingly brilliant.nothing was a problem. Special shout out to Eva in reception and Tony in the bar. Both went above and beyond.. a credit to the hotel!||Never had an issue getting a sunbed, plenty of umbrellas too. Pool was clean, also an indoor pool. However, so many wasps, all flying round the peripheral of the pool (I’m talking multiple dozens), 2 of our party where stung and we saw others where too. It’s not ideal. ||This next bit was probably bad luck on our part but on the evening, if we opened our patio door, there was a strong stench of cannabis. Again not what you want, we hit badly with people around us obviously! But around the resort it was a common smell. ||I don’t know if I would come again. The wasps were the main put off for me. I would defo come b&b if I did come again.||The staff make this hotel, so friendly and accommodating,
