Another wonderful and relaxing getaway! This hotel outshines all other properties on the island and is continually making improvements. A new Chef has also improved the food quality, taste and presentation. The staff is attentive to your needs, efficient and very much excel with their Caribbean style of hospitality. Make a 60 second boat ride (or swim) out to the floating bars just off the shore for fun and a different view of the island.

If you have the opportunity to go to Corn Island and stay at Arenas Beach Hotel I recommend you SKIP IT The worst hotel my husband and I have ever stayed at, the price is too expensive for the quality of what they offer; your room is an egg on cheap wood, the bed is super noisy and hard, the bathroom smells horrible, you have no privacy because everything can be heard, literally if you want to fart, you can't do it. We had a TV in the room but no remote control and the safe did not work, so it was part of the decoration? And finally, the supervisor in charge of the staff and WhatsApp is a total disappointment, it seemed that we were begging her for information, she did not answer the calls, nor the messages, she always had an excuse, we can understand it once but several times??!!!!!

The rooms are very good. You have everything you need. The only thing is, that you can hear everything. Every morning I got waked up by music from one other room. The service ia catastrophic. I hate it when I’m looking at the menu and the Server is standing next to me, ready with the pen and give me stress. One evening we ordered food and they told us we had to wait around one hour. After One and half hour we asked were our food was, they didn’t really talk to us. When the food finally came, it was cold and really bad. So honestly, the hotel and the beach are good, but the stuff and the food not. In town you can find much better spots to eat.

We had one of the worst experience. Very expensive for what they offer, if you want one of the worst experience I can recommend this place. The room is small and you can heart everything, we can hear each other farts, you can hear your neighbours talk, and if you are an early bird you can’t go to sleep because of the noice The food is terrible I’m writing from the toilet right now The only good thing that we enjoy it was the reggae music and the servere from restaurant and the beach

Incredible location and staff is mostly friendly. The only BIG downside is the kitchen service. The wait times for food are very long, even during slow season. I didn’t see a manager on site that was taking care of guests.

We started here last month. The place is truly beautiful, with a privileged location. The rooms are very cozy and have an ocean view. Unfortunately, the customer service leaves much to be desired. The person at the front desk is not friendly at all, and in general, most of the staff, when you ask them for something or have a question, start speaking among themselves in their own dialect first, which is disrespectful to the customer.

We did not stay here, but we came for dinner. We waited almost 2 hours for a pizza, salad and a piece of fish. service was horrible and slow. The bugs were eating us alive at the tables outside. and with only a few food options available in the area, it was a very big disappointment.

We stayed here early December 2024. The place is awesome as of location, beach accessibility and stay. Our bungalow was clean, private and safe. However, we consider that the food was overpriced. There are other places on the island owned by the locals with better food options and at reasonable prices, plus you’re actually helping them too. Breakfast was included with our reservation and it was okay. You can get your hair braided while enjoying the beach there from 5 to 30 dollars depending on the style you choose. Enjoy aquatic activities for around 30 to 35 dollars but they might depend on the weather. We visited Little Corn Island to do snorkeling there, but the ocean didn’t let us as the current was too strong. The trip there was heavy—would not recommend it to someone with back problems or who is pregnant.
