Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites

Aressana was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the second we walked in… and were given an ice cold towel and lemonade… to the moment we left the service was first class.. unlike anything I have ever experienced before. The front lobby staff were always friendly… and helpful at anything we asked. They helped us book some tours and were always pleasant. The breakfast served was beyond anything we ever could have imagined.. and the staff who served us were just amazing. Although we were only there a week I felt like I was part of the Aressana family… worth every penny… and the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

A perfect hotel in a great location for our first trip to Santorini. This hotel is amazing and the staff are top notch. From our arrival on day 1 right through our stay the staff across all parts of the hotel from reception, breakfast, pool area, dinner etc were amazing. So friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the suites with shared pool and it was perfect! The rooms were spacious, bright and so clean! Food was great! Breakfast was my favourite. Location is great, with the famous sunset view literally around the corner! Would highly recommend this hotel and will hopefully get back again soon!

I absolutely couldn’t fault our stay – from start to finish, it was pure luxury.||From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were treated like VIPs. We were greeted by someone holding a sign with our name, who immediately took our bags and escorted us to a spotless, comfortable minibus taxi. On arrival at the hotel, we didn’t even need to touch our luggage – everything was taken care of seamlessly.||Rather than the usual check-in rush, we were warmly welcomed and guided to a comfortable seating area, offered refreshments, and personally greeted by the reception manager. She was incredibly welcoming, calm, and professional – the perfect introduction to the hotel and a tone-setter for the rest of the holiday.||Our room was absolutely perfect – spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches. We had bathrobes, slippers, fresh towels daily, and all the amenities you could need. The housekeeping was flawless throughout.||The pool area was gorgeous – sunbeds were of high quality, pool towels were plush and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was so relaxing. Every single staff member we encountered was polite, friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. Nothing was ever too much trouble.||Breakfast each morning was a treat – delicious food in a stunning setting, with attentive service and a lovely variety of options.||This hotel is a true gem – beautifully run, immaculately kept, and delivering five-star service across the board. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and can’t wait to return.

What a great hotel, couldn't recommend highly enough.|We were part of a large wedding party of mixed ages and the hotel were exceptionally accommodating and friendly. The location was fantastic, right in the middle of things. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms very clean, if lacking a little in storage. The pool area was quite small but served its purpose. Overall the hotel was a perfect base on this stunning island.

What a lovely boutique hotel tucked away in a quiet corner near all the hustle and bustle of Fira. Where it’s situated is so convenient to easily and quickly walk to almost any of the shops and restaurants in Fira without having all the noise. |The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are accommodated at all times. They are friendly,helpful,efficient and after a few days of stay you feel like they’re your friends. |The pool area is lovely albeit ever so small but this is Santorini and space seems to be limited. |Although the rooms are suites with two rooms they are a bit small and not very comfortable. I believe they are meant to accommodate more people than the 2 we had but it was a queen bed and one side was up against a wall so when one person had to get up they had to scoot to the end of the bed to leave it. |The living area had two large cushions on a bench like structure up against the wall. Not all that comfortable to lounge around. I suppose it’s great to use as additional bedding for children. There also were no drawers or cabinets to put any clothes so we basically lived out of our suitcases the entire trip. There are hangers for clothes in a closet area. |My only other criticism of the hotel but it shouldn’t be a deal breaker is that they have limited rooms with a view of any kind. There are some,but most rooms are within the courtyard of the property. But the views abound nearby so it really didn’t feel like a big issue. |Overall a lovely place to stay with a lowkey vibe to relax within the compound but be close enough to walk to anything you want to go to nearby.

The staff were amazing, they made our stay at the hotel perfect. Our trip was to celebrate my parents 60th birthday celebrations and the hotel went out there way to make the stay one of our favourites. The hotel is beautiful, the pool and food was beautiful, would of loved the pool heated as it was cold but we went in May so I’m sure in the height of summer you’d love that refreshing pool. The location of the hotel was perfect, you come out and you’re exactly where you need to be. We will all be returning and will be counting down the days until we do. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Thank you for a wonderful honeymoon. From the second we got to the hotel we were pampered and treated like royalty. Anything was perfect from the room to the food. Very prompt to provide anything we needed and the hotel was very clean and beauty. The location was perfect for the events we wanted to attend to and they were always quick to take us where we needed to go. Maybe the only thing is to remember to book your spa treatments the day you get there.

Stayed 3 nights with my wife and friends. Fantastic location near the Caldera views & restaurants. Aressana had amazing & friendly staff, fantastic food and a lovely pool to relax in after a day’s sightseeing. Our room was very stylish, quiet and our bed mattress soft and comfy. An amazing boutique hotel to end our Greece travels.
