Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites

I have been to many resort/spas and this is by far the best one! Beautiful facilities, pool, rooms, but what really makes it special is the staff! We felt thoroughly spoiled and it was very hard to leave and return to reality. It is near many restaurants and shops but away from the hustle bustle. One thing to note is that it is on top of a pedestrian walkway so drivers, etc. can not bring you up to the hotel. They have a golf cart which is ready to transport you and your luggage as needed.|The spa was also wonderful. One day after touring in the morning and sitting by the beautiful pool in the afternoon, we got massages and facials. Truly one of the most relaxing days in a very long time!|Special mention to the Front Desk staff of Elena, Eleni and Yannis. They offered great recommendations for restaurants and meals to eat...all within walking distance! They also seemed to anticipate our needs, even offering beach towels when I mentioned we would be visiting the beaches in the southern part of the island! They quickly became like family and we shared big hugs upon our departure.

Spectacular boutique hotel in a perfect location in Fira. What a great team of employees. Everyone helpful, courteous and friendly. We had a room with a balcony, overlooking the square at the end of the Fira "strip". A short walk to the overlooks of the caldera, restaurants, shops and tourists. |We spent a few hours at the fabulous pool. The breakfast buffet, which was included in our stay, was excellent. As was the wait staff. |We had an early morning transport to the ferry, and they provided 2 "to go" breakfasts for our travels. Just advise the front desk 24 hours before your anticipated departure time.|Hubby has some issues walking uphill, staff were kind enough to bring him up the road in the golf cart. |As an fyi, if you are doing any excursions vehicles cannot come up the road to the hotel. We were picked up down the hill, at the first corner.||Special kudos to front desk personnel Eleni and Gianni !!!!

Just spent 3 nights with my family. We loved it. The staff was absolutely amazing. Starting with the front desk, they were welcoming and helpful. They had great dinner recommendations and got us reservations. The staff at the restaurant/breakfast/pool were great. They immediately recognized us, were very attentive and friendly. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back.

I had a fantastic time at this Hotel. My swim up room was fantastic. The front desk staff was amazing. They helped me find restaurants to eat at during my stay. The only problem is they are at the top of a hill. They will come down to get you and your luggage, but its very inconvenient because the golf cart they use seats only the driver and one passenger. Otherwise this hotel is in the perfect location for shopping and dining.

What a memorable and delightful time we had at the Aressana. The hotel has been renovated since last I was there, and I must say it was everything we could have asked for.||Perfectly located in Fira -- though thankfully, not in the thick of the crowds -- it was an easy walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go. But the setting was so lovely and serene that leaving each morning was hard to do, as it would have been very tempting to sit by their gorgeous pool all day and order food and drinks from the poolside bar. Luckily, we managed to do both: sightseeing and lazing by the pool.||The rooms were spacious, beautifully appointed, and immaculate. Equally superlative was the friendly and experienced staff. Eleni, the Concierge, was a stand-out, as were Elena, Nikos, and Theodosia. Never before have we experienced such warm interactions with such a lovely staff that seemed so intent on doing anything and everything to enhance our stay.||Breakfasts and meals were amazing. We hadn't experienced such luscious and flavorful tomatoes, strawberries, and rich Greek yogurt in decades!||We are left with beautiful memories of the Aressana and its staff and one day will be back!

This was the best hotel stay I have ever had. I travel all over the world and this blew new away. The hotel is beautiful, the location cannot get any better but what sets it apart is the level of customer service! Every single staff member from the driver, front desk, to restaurant and pool staff were there not only fulfilling every request but also constantly anticipating your needs. The restaurant food was amazing. Every single thing was top notch!!!! Do yourself a favor and book this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

This is our 9th stay at the Aressana and we would never consider staying anywhere else when in Santorini. Service, cleanliness, spa and food quality has always been outstanding at this resort and each year the owners make sure there is something new nd different to experience! The facilities at the spa are amazing as is the overall staff at the hotel. Our every wish was catered for and nothing was too much trouble for management. We cannot recommend this hotel enough, from the outstanding location to the restaurant and spa facilities, congratulations Aressana you have again made our stay a wonderful experience we did not want to end! Thank you, thank you, thank you, see you all again soon!

We had the best time staying here for our honeymoon last year. The most beautiful hotel, gorgeous rooms and pool. Great continental breakfast and the pool bar was great too. The location was great as well as it was right in the centre of the city. Would 200% recommend!
