While the camping is divine, the 2-bedroom stone bungalows are pure genius for those preferring creature comforts like air con, a modern kitchenette and a private bathroom. Nap in your backyard hammock. Laze on one of the 2 beautiful beaches or boat to one of 3 offshore islands to go snorkelling. Savour the sunset with local wine and fresh seafood. Serenity plus simple style: the best of both worlds. We stayed at Areti in one of the Bunglows for 8 days beginning of September. Georgios and his team have created a unique environment for ultimate peace and relaxation. The complex is gated so the only people around are guests and staff. The private beach is sensational. The restaurant and food is amazing and the team, professional, welcoming and committed to guest experience. We are so lucky to have a place like this to unwind after months of non stop work and look forward to our next visit. Thank you so much George and Jana

Just got back from Areti and it was one of the best experiences. We cannot thank Georgios and his team enough for their welcome and hospitality. Incredibly private, quiet and beautiful location with crystal clear water and green gardens. We stayed in one of the stone bungalows and they were clean and comfortable with everything we needed to self-cater along with AC and Wifi. The site's shop had a range of items, including some gluten-free and lactose-free options, something my wife massively appreciated, and had fresh bread daily. The restaurant was also great, with simple and delicious rustic food, and literally a few steps from the water. We were hoping for a perfect chilled beach holiday, and that's exactly what we got. Would recommend Areti to anyone wanting a quiet retreat in a beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here on 22nd May 2025 Absolutely my favourite, brilliant place, location of our pitch was perfect. Excellent campsite, incredible space on pitches and lovely gardens. Great facilities all very clean, washing machines and washing up sinks. Shop on site with most things you could need, fresh bread too. There is a fish and seafood restaurant opposite a little beach about 20 minutes walk away, excellent food and service. Just a perfect place for some R&R, walking, swimming, etc, very highly recommended.

Fantastic place for camper vans. We were right in front of the beach. Electric and water. Toilets and showers very clean. Laundry is extra. Super little shop on site. Kayaks available and included. Loved the restaurant too. Highly recommend this gorgeous location.

Posting as a former guest. The beach & campsite is beautiful and clean, however we found it true that the managers are not happy with children. We went there with our friends who have a 1 year old, and asked for a place with shade. We were given the sunniest spot at the furthest end, even though there were a LOT of spaces open with shade. We were told they were reserved. While we where there, nobody came to camp on those spots. More than this, after we camped we made friends with a couple that camped on the same day but right after us, on a shaded place, beach front. We asked how they booked the spot, as there are no phone numbers. They told us they came with no reservation. This being said, the campsite is amazing, we are in Sithonia again this year but for how we were treated will not come again to Areti.

This place picks its customers. If they deem you worthy, you will enter. If not, they will just tell you there are no open spots. My experience: two years in a row I tried to reserve a spot, months in advance. But i just receive a “no availability” response. And this is the same for other people I’ve met in other campsites nearby. I see the same in other peoples reviews too. The reason for the bad review is that this place seems to act as a sort of private club, rather than a proper business with good customer service. Maybe next year they will let us in. The third time is the charm. P.S. Instead we picked camping Stavros which is nearby and the experience, service, cleanliness, beach, location and the other guests are 5/5 stars.

Beautiful campsite...well organized, quiet, clean, green and blue next to each other in the nature, delicious food in the restaurant...we loved to stay and definitely would like to stay again...thank you

A beautiful place at the Sea. Nice spots,mostly shaded. We had a huge spot for our car and caravan. They have a little Store with a good selection of food( except for meat). Sanitary is clean and we never had to wait for a shower or toilet. The Restaurant is next to the Beach with beautiful few and good food. The beach is clean and has nice white sand, there are big trees at the Beach that give you some shaded spots. The only thing we didn't like has nothing to do with the Camping and only with the guests. The Beach is big enough for everyone but still people block spots with Sunchairs, Umbrellas. People leave them at the Beach at all time even if they are only there for an hour. It's something that I don't understand,since everyone is staying so close to the Beach that it is no big deal to take your stuff with you. We will definitely come back, maybe in low season and enjoy this beautiful campsite. Thank you Areti for the nice time we had there.
