I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in the beginning of October. The hotel is very close to the bus terminal and port - 3 minutes walking (use the passage by Albatross Restaurant). The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, and check-in was a breeze. The rooms are located upstairs and there is no elevator, however, someone from the staff helped me with my luggage. I had a double room, which was very clean, the bed linen and towels were rather luxurious. Breakfast was incredible – it was my favorite. They give you a menu and you get to pick everything you want from it – which makes it more like a brunch. A little suggestion: leave plenty of time to eat if you plan on having breakfast. However, if you have no time to eat, there are plenty of places around the hotel where you can grab something to eat, whether it is breakfast, lunch or dinner. The hotel is in a very nice location, close to places to eat, shopping, transportation (both local and to other cities) and sightseeing. The staff are incredible and accommodating. It went above and beyond my expectations and I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at the Argonauta Hotel in Parikia Paros for 4 nights in Sept 2024 as a couple.|What we liked:|Check-in: quick and efficient. Our rooms were on the first level and our bags were carried up by the front desk man(apologies I forgot his name, but he’s also the owner of the hotel). There are no lifts but it’s an easy walk to the first floor.|Location: Hotel is right in the heart of Parikia, a flat 4min walk from where the ferry drops you off and right in the old town. There are restaurants just outside the hotel and a 2 min walk will take you to many restaurants that are on the ocean promenade. The promenade is pedestrian only. It’s also a short walk to the old castle. The main bus terminal is also a 2 min walk with buses to many beaches, the airport and Naoussa (the other main town of Paros). It is without doubt the best location. If youre into shopping the location won’t disappoint, as soon as you step out of the hotel there are shops in every direction.|Rooms & Hotel: We stayed in a double room overlooking the narrow streets of Parikia. Room wasn’t large but perfect. It was super clean and had everything you needed, including a çomfy bed , safe and great quiet air-con. Breakfast was included with the room and this was served at the front of the hotel facing the large square. The breakfast was amazing and we would highly recommend including it with your room booking. Big shout out to the breakfast staff they were simply the best.||We would highly recommend the Argonauta Hotel to our family and friends.

I spent 3 wonderful nights at this lovely hotel. Located just one city block from the ferry and the bus station made it so convenient. The rooms and common areas are immaculate. Memory foam mattresses and large fluffy towels and well functioning AC make for the perfect nights sleep. In the morning a made to order breakfast is provided. The food served is of quality. In addition every staff person I encountered was friendly and welcoming. Truly a beautiful and well managed hotel.

Our friends and we spent 3 nights before and after a week sailing through the Cyclades. What a delightful boutique hotel! ||The rooms, although on the smaller side, are well appointed, very clean with comfortable beds. There is a very nice public area upstairs with patio furniture which was a great place to kick back in the afternoons.||The breakfast (which was included in the very economical room rate) is amazing.||The hotel is just 3 minute walk from the very and very close to great shops and restaurants, both on the waterfront and in the back streets and alleys.||We highly recommend the Argonauta!

My partner and I stayed at the hotel for five nights in September whilst island hopping and I can say it was really good.||My first impression was horror when I realised I had to take my 30kg case up to the top floor via stairs. I fell twice doing this and it started the stay off on a sour note. I don’t remember seeing any mention of there being no elevator. Please bear this in mind when booking - don’t come with a lot of luggage! ||That was the worst of it though and the hotel was really good. Nice and comfortable bed, room was really quiet (no noise from street) but the best had to be the breakfast. There was a large a la carte choice each morning. Breakfast was mostly served by the lovely lady. She made our stay very nice.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in early September. Because we were so impressed we also returned for an afternoon whilst awaiting a ferry at a most reasonable room rate. The hotel is situated convenient to everything – a short walk enables access to the ferry, to bus station, to shops, to restaurants and bars, and the main sights of Parikia. The hotel has 16 rooms set over three floors. The ground floor is made over to reception, a capacious soft seating area and an interior breakfast room. The first floor contains most of the rooms, with outdoor seating and sun-loungers. The second floor appeared to have only one room. The hotel is contemporary throughout. We had a room on the first floor overlooking a side-street with double doors opening onto a narrow balcony and we experienced no problems with noise. There was no inter-room noise and only occasional noise from the stairway. Some rooms overlook a large public square and might well be a little noisy. We reached the hotel by ferry - although the island does have an airport – and there was no need for a taxi because the hotel is nearby. The room was clean, comfortable and with efficient air-conditioning. There was a small desk and the room is provided with a small fridge and a safe. Storage space was adequate for our stay but might be challenging for longer stays. We used the hotel’s laundry – which was good value for money but ironing is not always on offer. The bed linen was satisfactory and was changed during our stay. The bathroom was small and not unlike most Greek bathrooms most services in the bathroom became wet when showering. Soap and shampoo were provided and towels were soft and generous. Housekeeping generally was very good – the whole hotel was clean and tidy. Wifi was fine. During our stay breakfast was taken outside in a space also available to the general public. We could have dined in the hotel but the outside space is attractive and comfortable. Breakfast is a la carte with waiting-on staff who are professional, friendly and efficient. The selection on offer includes both hot and cold food and is both generous and delicious. It inclines towards a Greek breakfast rather than an American – certainly there was no restriction on the amount of coffee we could drink! The restaurant also serves a Brunch from 08:00 to approximately 14:00 which again we enjoyed at lunchtime with a glass of wine – it was good value. There is no evening restaurant. Staff were unfailingly helpful, all had good English and cannot be praised too highly. From what we observed there were no tour groups but many returning visitors. Guests with mobility problems might have some difficulties in the hotel but we are sure the hotel can advise on this. The cost of our stay was quite reasonable and in all respects met or exceeded our expectations. Where we to return to Paros we would head straight for this hotel. Highly recommended.

Return after 15 years, rooms seem smaller, stairs steeper- there is no elevator - |Location , 5 minutes walk ferry terminal and many restaurants and old town.|Newly renovated, very pleasant colour coordination.|Room comfortable with flat screen tv - two English speaking channels, air conditioned with ceiling fan, secure wall mounted safe|Comfortable beds|Balcony - off room with pleasant outlook over square.|Bathroom is very small and shower tends to flood floor and toilet. Wall mounted toiletries. |Breakfast, is served 8 - 10 am, a la carte limited choices but delicious and adequate.|All staff encountered during our stay, friendly and helpful, especially the lady, whose name escapes me at time of writing, very helpful, efficient and friendly - thank you 🙏🏼

Our experience at Argonauta Hotel was excellent. A great location, close to everything, really caring and helpful people, nice design of the room, exceptional breakfast. We loved every detail and we considered it the best price-value ratio we could get. We'll surely come back as Paros was a charming discovery.
