Argot Prati

Fantastic atmosphere in this very well creatively decorated place. They have a lot of specialty cocktails but I found the wine selection to be a little bit too Limited for my taste. Unfortunately the biggest drawback here was the service we were finished and we sat there for at least 10 minutes and had to just go up to the bar to get somebody to take our bill everyone who worked there was outside talking and not paying attention to the customers. Perhaps we just had bad luck that night I hope that is not their normal process.

TL;DR: Wouldn't recommend, but this is probably my fault. My father and I were tourists looking for some food to eat. We ordered some bites and lamb. The lamb tasted flavourful and high quality, but I am disappointed in the bites. The bread wasn't crunchy and did not look high quality. The portions are a tad small for the price. I noticed that what we ordered was different from Italians, who had cocktails and a platter. I can't say I recommend this restaurant because I might've ordered some things wrong, but for other tourists: please ask the waiters for some recommendations. The staff were pleasant and the ambience was enjoyable though =D

Nice local cocktail bar, but they do not have the right ice cube (as you would normally see at proper cocktail lounges) nor fresh juices which is a must to create certain cocktails.

I was not expecting to find such a good restaurant and Italian food in a place like this, with an awesome atmosphere for a date, or to go out with friends and am outside area that is warm and cozy. Food was also really good and in the correct portion.

The food was actually fantastic. The portion sizes where smallish but not Michelin star tiny so no complaints there and the service was fantastic. BUT the entire place smelled like a cigarette which was nasty so sit outside.

Went as a last minute “hey let’s have a drink before dinner” thing. We had a couple of cocktails (really great) and a small plate (stewed meatballs delicious). Denise, our waitress was amazing with her recommendations and personality. We made reservations for a couple days later and left for our other reservation. When we arrived at the other restaurant to find it closed. Lucky us we went back to Argot Prati and Denise welcomed us back. We had an amazing dinner. Best we’ve had in Rome. Denise was so amazing with her recommendations and then helped us with getting reservations at another place she recommended. Could not be happier with Argot Prati. Should have taken more photos.

Didn't eat anything, so cannot speak to that front, however the drinks were delightful. A friend and I each tried one of their custom planet themed cocktails and greatly enjoyed. Very good atmosphere, lovely staff, overall nice place!

The place is a real gem in Prati , a nice atmosphere . The menu is original , i however I would increase the quantity of each entree , they are really small , like tapas and the price is not adequate . Overall very nice experience . The cocktail bar is great
