Argyle Guest House

What a lovely guest house. Parking is very convenient, friendly host and the room was excellent. I cannot fault it.

I've stayed at Argyle House twice now, the first time with friends and a second time with my partner. ||Bills guesthouse is wonderful! The beds are super comfortable, the interior of the rooms are amazing and quirky and Bill is a fantastic host. ||He was flexible with check in letting us check in nice and early with out bags ensuring we could spend the day walking around whitby. ||I would recommend Argyle House to anyone and I will definitely be back! Thank you Bill.

Location is great. Room size is reasonable and the water heater for the bathroom is great and easy to use.

Brilliant stay good size rooms not bad for parking not far from the beach

Me and my Son stayed at Argyle house for three days 5th-7th August|The B&B was really nice, very clean too. The host Billy and his staff were very helpful and the breakfasts were lovely. Lots to do there and only being about 5 minutes from the town centre and a couple of minutes from the sea front at West cliff.|I would definitely recommend Argyle House to anyone visiting Whitby.

Excellent location. Quiet neighbourhood. Very warm welcome from friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Excellent facilities. Lovely home cooked breakfast. Free street parking. Highly recommended.

Arrived at 9am smooth check in. Our room was ready bill the owner is lovely, even kept our friends arrival a surprise for my partner. |Spotlessly clean room, lovely and clean with everything you possibly need. We had booked the attic room which is a bit of a hike but lovely. Breakfast was nice and cooked my fussy partners eggs just has he likes them. Can't wait to return, nothing was too much trouble thankyou! Can't wait to return

Visiting Whitby for an anniverary weekend, and received a warmwelcome from Bill the owner. We were shown to our room, which was very nicely fitted out and quiet at nights - except for a stool there was nowhere to sit except on the bed. |The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the cooked breakfast was exceptional - the eggs par excellence!
