Argyle Motor Lodge

It is an older style motel but it is immaculately kept. It gets an A++ for cleanliness. The staff are lovely and the reception staff member was friendly, incredibly helpful and just plain nice! The location is superb - close to the inner city and surrounded by so many fantastic places to eat. There is an on site laundry for guests, that was so convenient. The room was spacious and well appointed. We stayed there for two weeks and found nothing lacking.

We were very happy with our stay here. Room was clean and comfortable, reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Undercover parking available for motorcycles too. The motel room decor is a little dated but the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated. In room wifi worked well. We will definitely stay here again. Book directly with reception for the best rate.

Clean rooms, great staff, no issues with WiFi, good parking and close to town. My go to every time when travelling down to Hobart.

Greta location, had everything we needed. Nothing to complain about with the rooms. Just a bit old and run down. Staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful.

Friendly, efficient service, clean room, great location. only problem was a dodgy television remote. Good value accomm.

Very convenient location and easy to access any major sightseeing spots. The motel keeps things clean and tidy. Great size of rooms and very happy with the customer service. Has got amenities, towels, tea/coffee, plates, cutlery, microwave, dishwashing liquid and some towels. Amazing service for the price. Just a bit noisy from the road when traffic passes and noise from neighbours as the wall is thin. Other than that, very happy with the accommodation.

A good value motel about 20 mins walk from the CBD..Plenty of places to eat , dine and drink nearby.Joanne the receptionist made us feel very welcome.Yes I would recommend
