Forget Gambling and Partying: Spas are the New Reason to Visit Las Vegas

"Like any place worth visiting in Vegas, the best spas are opulent and full of features sourced from all over the globe (like a hammam motherstone and monsoon room at Sahra Spa at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas; fiber optic twinkling igloo and crystal steam room at Canyon Ranch in the Venetian and Palazzo; and heated stone Ganbanyoku beds and salt room at The Spa at Aria, just to name a few)."

I had the Blowout & Beyond service at the Salon and Spa at ARIA and OMG—I’m already counting down the days until I can go back! Lori, my stylist, was an absolute dream. She instantly understood my vision for big, bouncy curls that would last through my entire 72-hour Vegas trip—and delivered flawlessly. I’ve truly never loved my hair more. Not only is she insanely talented, but she’s also a joy to chat with. And the shampoo? Her scalp massage was heavenly. Combine that with the reclining massage shampoo chairs and you’ve got pure bliss. I didn’t get to explore the spa side this visit, but if it’s anything like the salon—light, bright, and modern-lux—it’s bound to be spectacular. Booking a blowout with Lori is officially on my must-do list every time I’m in Vegas. Five stars doesn’t even begin to cover it!

I was blown away at the elegance, and the exceptional experience I had in this spa. I received a very professional and relaxing massage from Steve. (I would highly recommend him!) They give you the option to pick if you are more comfortable with a male or female massage therapist, or have them pair you with whomever is available. The spa itself is massive, with a salt room, and different temperature pools in the men's and women's locker rooms. They provide large or small lockers, as well as an option to put your belongings in a safe if needed. The shower rooms are spacious, private, and every product you could need to get ready is provided. Absolutely incredible experience!

This spa exceeded every expectation I thought I might have. The ambiance is beautiful, the staff was amazing.. very professional, sweet, and accommodating. My service provider Moriah was the most thoughtful, caring, and GENUINE person I have ever had a pleasure of working with. She made me feel so comfortable as I if I were catching up with an old friend. So knowledgeable and sincere!! 20/10 Recommend!!

Google
Absolutely the best spa on the strip hands down. I did signature massage with scalp massage and a collagen mask. Both the additional options are going on at the same time as the main signature massage, so you don’t need the extra time. I 100% recommend showing up at least 1 hour before your appointment. You can come at the opening time of your appointment date to take advantage of the amenities in the spa like the salt room, hot bed, hot tub, sauna, and the bathroom. The infinity pool was closed when I went but I will be back when it’s open back up.

Piper is the single most spectacular human I have met in a very very long time. I would fly back to Vegas just to book a massage with her. Kind, intelligent, powerful, skilled. Thank you so much for holding space and for providing exceptional care, attention to detail, and guardianship.

What a wonderful spa. I made the huge mistake of incorrectly booking my appointments, and got a call on my way to Vegas being asked if I was going to show up for my appointment. As someone that has worked in hospitality I was mortified. The staff were able to provide a one time courtesy to push my appointments to my intended day. Then, I had a huge freakout regarding my lost wallet that I discovered was an issue upon spa check in. I ran around the hotel and thankfully it was turned in at L&F. During this 15 minute scramble I was an emotional (and sweaty) mess and continued to be during check in and the entire staff was kind to me when in reality I was probably a confusing and concerning customer. I am just very thankful for people out there to remain kind and always do the right thing. Thank you for the amazing service.

My third favorite spa so far in Las Vegas. There are so many great things about this spa. One of my favorite things is the co-ed area where you have hot stone beds and the salt room is pretty cool, with six massage chairs in there (although I don't know how to make them recline, because one of them was reclined but there's no easy switch to find the mechanism. We also were big fans of the waiting/snack area. They have this crazy good granola mix that had dehydrated goji and gold raspberries, tiny chocolate chips, banana chips, and dried coconut chunks. It was one of the best trail mixes I ever had. They also have a Nespresso type machine and infused water which is nice. We enjoyed the spa, which has a super steamy steam room (it felt like it was big, but it was hard to see through the vapor) but it needed more eucalyptus because it just smelled like boiled wood. The dry sauna was nice and hot, and of course they had the hot tubs and cold plunge (which could have been colder, but was a nice temperature). They had ice towels for the dry sauna which I always love. But one of them best features is the outside hot tubs and cold that is nice and warm and overlooks the pool. This is the first time I saw an outside area to a spa in Las Vegas and it was gorgeous and calming, until the beats from the pool area drove us back inside. We bought a red light treatment so that we could get our spa day pass and our assistants were very sweet. My assistant forgot to turn on the music, which my sister said you could adjust to get different styles of music. Even without it, I liked the red light treatment, which they say helps with back ache and collagen production. I don't know if that's true, but I enjoyed it. I will definitely want to come back because the spa is relaxing, modern, and has a great vibe.

Went Monday for 5 hours with the wife. Massage for both of us and used the amenities for the rest. We loved it so much we came back on Thursday. Such a GREAT way to spend the day in Vegas. If I were to complain, having the spa pool right over the party pool (liquid) was a design flaw. Be aware wed-sun, Liquid DJ’s will blasting hip music right over the spa pool. lol. We didn’t mind but I’m sure it bothers some people. Granted, not many people seem to use spa pool anyway so it was nice to be there all alone. The rest is amazing. Loved the massage, steam room, hot rock room.

Yelp
We recently visited the Spa at Aria for my husband's birthday, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Check-In Process: The spa is conveniently located next to the Aria pool area. Upon arrival, we checked in at the front desk, where they handed us a folder to bring to the second-floor check-in desk. For added convenience, they also have safety deposit boxes available upon request. Facilities & Amenities: After checking in, we were given slippers and directed to the locker room, where plush bathrobes awaited us. The spa provides a range of thoughtful amenities, including makeup remover, clean brushes, toothbrushes, razors, and shower caps. The locker rooms also feature changing areas, showers, and a private hot tub. Everything was clean, organized, and luxurious. Couples Massage: We opted for a custom couples massage, and it was the highlight of our visit. Kai and Melinda were amazing! Kai, in particular, worked wonders on my knots, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing deep tissue work. The aromatherapy options were lovely, and the heated massage beds added an extra layer of comfort. The soothing music created the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Post-Massage Experience: After our massage, we had access to the salt room (which is coed) and the meditation room, where we were able to unwind even further. The meditation room is perfect for napping or simply relaxing in peace. Overall Experience: The experience was top-notch, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious spa day. A bonus: if you're a local, they offer a 20% discount. Just keep in mind that gratuity is included in the bill at 20%, which makes it hassle-free.

Yelp
Melvin is a rockstar! I came here once for a massage and had maybe Maria is her name about 3 years ago. Her pressure was so light and i was less than impressed especially for the cost i paid for any stop massage. We always stay at Aria and prefer to use spa here as it's so convenient. I called and spoke to receptionist i was honest and explained how i prefer more of a deeper pressure but also somewhat relaxing. With her recommendation i got Melvin. Wowza i was so impressed and will forever be a client of his until he retires! I got his full body massage the one hour and next time I'll definitely do the hour and half. He started at my feet with ful

Yelp
Initially, they couldn't accommodate a last-minute couples massage due to being fully booked, but the evening before, they followed up and were able to schedule us after a cancellation, which I appreciated. Upon arrival, the front desk staff at the spa was very courteous and guided us to the area where we needed to prepare for our massages. For couples massages, men and women are taken to separate parts of the spa for a brief tour. The staff providing the tour were professional and polite. The facility itself was impressive--clean and well-maintained, with numerous amenities including a eucalyptus steam room, a sauna, three Jacuzzis, and a coed infinity pool. For my massage, I requested extra attention to my neck and scalp, and my therapist did an excellent job focusing on those areas. It's worth noting that they may offer an additional scalp massage as an upsell, but you can ask your therapist to include it in your session without increasing the massage duration. Both of our massage therapists were professional, and the room was calming, with aromatherapy offered beforehand. Overall, the experience was very positive. Of all the spas I've visited, I would definitely recommend this one. The only reason for the 4-star rating is the high price point.

Yelp
We love coming to this Spa when we're in Vegas. Our massages were amazing and we absolutely love the facilities here! The salt room is so relaxing. They have Ganbanyoku Beds ( hot stone beds) that feel wonderful. There's are various therapy pools, Sauna, and Steam room. The outdoor pool was nice and heated since it was cold this time we came. Check it out, you'll love it!

Yelp
Came here for our anniversary. We booked the couples massage which came with full access to the spa amenities. Upon arrival we were offered a refreshing water with fruit. They do have 3 different temperatures of pools but they are private and not co-ed. We booked the 100 minute couples massage and it was fantastic. I have Melvin as and he was great with adjusting the pressure and making sure I was comfortable. We relaxed in the salt and then the granite/heat room but I'm not personally sold if it has benefits. Overall great experience and staff was very friendly.

Yelp
The ultimate relaxation! It'll cost you $150 for a spa day pass, so just opt for a massage at $190 instead! The service fee is included in the price, so you don't have to worry about tipping. I opted for the custom massage and it was glorious. I'd never been to a massage where they reclined the massage bed while you are on your back. It was a really nice way to end in a slightly elevated position. This spa is incredible! There is an outdoor infinity pool that is coed. This pool overlooks the regular Aria day pool so it can be loud outside and not as zen. But, once you're back inside the facility, it's very quiet and peaceful. There's a cold plunge pool and a warm and hot jacuzzi. There's a steam and cedar wood sauna. The sauna was large and a lot of people could fit inside. My favorite part was the salt room. This room is filled with Himalayan salt wall and lamps. As soon as you walk in, the air just smells so so good! It's great for people with allergies to clear their respiratory tract. There was also a stone bed area. Besides all of the spa areas, there are great shower amenities and snacks! I enjoyed getting to sip on warm tea and then was able to get ready for the rest of my day. They had nice showers and an area with hair brushes and hot tools to prep. Such a lovely experience and I'd come back to Vegas just for another spa day!

Yelp
I had very fond memories of going to the Aria spa not long after it opened. At that time, I just did a day pass that was maybe $40 (I was staying at Vdara and their spa was booked but I was able to get into Aria). I remembered the infinity pool the most - a really fun place to hang out. Well, not as great with a temperature of 95 (not the fault of the spa of course) - it was like sitting in a warm bath. Still it was fun. They have a couple of co-ed meditation rooms and also hot, warm, and cool jacuzzis, and wet and dry saunas. I will say that this spa is one of the most well-stocked in terms of drinks and snacks of any I've been in at Vegas. In addition to room temp and cold water, they had a big variety of tea, fresh fruit, different tiny pastries, and a goji berry trail mix. Also the hang out rooms were nice. I got a 50 minute massage since it was the least expensive and it was a good massage. They offered a choice of what scent to use and I picked peppermint and it kept me awake during my massage so that was awesome! The staff in the spa were great - very helpful. They keep the place very neat. Just wish it was open later than 6 - would be fun to sit in that infinity pool at night time!

Yelp
The actual spa is great! Very clean lots of options and had coed options (little outdoor pool with lounges/salt room/meditation room) which is awesome as I'm often with my husband. However my $200 massage was not good, I had Christine and it literally just felt like she was rubbing oil on me. I asked her specifically to focus on my upper back/shoulders and relieve tension, she hardly massaged them. She spent a really long time on my feet just barely rubbing them, seemed like she was distracted or just trying to pass the time. For a nice spa/hotel that isn't cheap I expected a lot better! I've had a lot of massages and this was honestly one of the worst, especially for the price.

Yelp
This review is to shout out for some staff here who are super nice, friendly, professional, and willing to assist the customers as I mentioned in my previous review, 90% of the reception staff are NOT friendly and pretty cold, and high turnover, I guess. I normally prefer to work with the same people for the massage, facial and nails. But I had 3 nail techs here, 2 were not good, very rushy and definitely not friendly. But here I want to show my appreciation to the Spa Receptionist, Kaitlyn Galima. She is the only familiar face I saw here within my couple of visits. Unlike her coworkers, she is nice and helpful to work with the customers' available time for the appointments. And she knows what to do when the hotel staff messed up the billings. Hope her management reads this review and gives this lady a nice recognition for her good work. I also want to recommend three masseurs: custom massage, go to Jessie. For ASHIATSU massage, ask for Maria and Pam. They are all very professional and worth the money and time you spent here.

Yelp
This is probably my umpteenth time visiting the Spa & Salon at ARIA. And each time has been just as good as the last! I always do the 50 minute massage for $200 and take advantage of all the amenities that they offer. Including my absolute favorite, Japanese hot stone beds (ganbanyoku), which I was told you can't find anywhere else in the country! I don't know how true that is, but truthfully, I have never seen any other spa offer this! The only downside of this spa is that I have to travel to Vegas to go there. Otherwise, if I lived any closer, I would definitely get some kind of membership and be there at least once a week. This is my favorite spa on the Strip, and I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
While staying at the Aria and my husband being in a work conference I decided to pamper myself at the spa. I made an appointment for a massage for 10am. I came in about 9:30 and the front desk was very pleasant checked me in and sent me upstairs. While upstairs I was given a locker and a tour of the spa. They have some coed areas where you have to have your robe and some others that are gender only and clothes are optional. My massage with Jeffrey was amazing and super relaxing. After my appointment I spent like 3 more hours in the spa. I used the infinity pool , sauna, the hot tub, the salt room and the hot stone room. They provide water, coffee, tea for drinking and madeleines, chocolate, apples and trail mix to snack. The service was so great that I decided to book a facial for the following day which was equally excellent. The showers are packed with anything you could possibly need as a woman including sanitary products, shower caps, spray deodorant, shampoo, conditioner , shower gel. There's an entire spot with blower, flat irons, gels or anything else for your hair if you want to get ready. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend.

Yelp
Couples Massage with CBD add-on, haircut w/ blowout and anti aging facial. Everything was excellent! All of our help was delightful. The staff was so thoughtful and considerate. Informative and supportive. Inside was relaxing with so many options for you to choose from. My only issue was not giving myself enough time to enjoy the whole facility.

Yelp
Aria Spa is truly closer to 3.5 stars, I live in Tampa, we have several hotel spas that are more affordable and offer significantly better facilities and amenities. Especially when factoring in the value of this facility. Check in process: They make you pay before your service and a 20% gratuity is automatically added again before your actual service. The check in desk was rude dismissing my concerns about policy and not offering me a tea or really any genuine customer service. The spa itself: the lockers are narrow operated by a digital key, hundreds of lockers are available, but they tend to put people in nearby lockers. The amenities are small pieces of white chocolate, a pastry, trail mix, water, tea, and ginger ale. Some basic fruits are available too. There are 4 small hot tubs at various temperatures, a large but dirty steam room, and 2 meditation rooms. The coed area has a doctors office visit flair, not very interesting or spa like. My facial- on the weekend my signature facial including tip was $240, weekend prices are higher.::my facial was excellent, but for $240 it would be crime if it weren't. The facilities are a bit dated and need a refresh, but if you want average facilities with potential for an excellent service this could be worth a visit.

Yelp
LOVED our experience here! We initially booked the spa merely out of logistics sake because we were staying at Aria. Another friend who is picky about her spa, had some reservations but went along with it. We were pleasantly surprised. The spa is clean and has nice amenities. There is a tea, coffee and snack service up in the lounge. There are whirlpools and cold plunges, a sauna, a steam room and an outdoor wading pool. All of these you could use before and after your treatment. My massage was an athletic massage, maybe another term for deep tissue. Terra was my therapist and she applied just the right amount of pressure. She made sure to ask if it was okay during the service as well. The treatment room was roomy, well kept and inviting. At the end of your experience, there are showers and full amenities from hair brushes, razors, deodorant, toothbrush/toothpaste kits, to hair dryers and curling irons at your disposal. Plenty of bottled water everywhere so you can stay hydrated in the desert. One of our friends misplaced her Apple watch and one of the kind employees stayed after closing to help us dig through towels to help us find it. In the end, the watch was with another friend! But we appreciated her willingness to help us locate her watch. We were really surprised at the offerings here and would highly recommend their Spa should you need staying at Aria or a property next door.

Yelp
Edit: Because this is *the* spa for my hotel, my wife had booked us a couples massage for latter in the week. Having actually gotten to see the facilities and service, it clearly is very nice. I'm still keeping a star because you need to answer your phones. Original: Seriously disappointed that I made an appointment online 8 days in advance just to figure out that it wasn't actually booked. If you'd have just answered the phone when I called the first time than I wouldn't have messed up the "did you know, that now you can book online?!" Endlessly repeated on your hold music. Totally lame. Ruined a haircut experience that I was very excited for. Leaving a screen shot of how long I had to hold just to be disappointed that, yes, my online reservation was messed up. "We have an opening in an hour..." ...no thanks. I do not recommend. Too risky.

Yelp
Oh my goodness. This might have been the best day of my life. We each got a 50 minute massage. The massage itself was relaxing, and made my body feel like butter. I truly almost cried during my massage because it was so good. Afterwards, we enjoyed the complimentary spa services such as the meditation rooms, the hot tubs, and the steam rooms. During our long and wonderful day at the spa, we were able to have delicious tea and sparkling water and tasty pastries that were all in the lounge. Once our day of luxury was concluded, we showered and did our hair and make up within the spa's fancy locker room. The showers and vanity area themselves were enough to make me want to stay forever. If you are looking for a day at the spa, I could not recommend this place more!

Yelp
Well a few months and a couple of visits later I'm circling back just to update my review because I didn't want to start out the new year without giving some credit where credit is due. While I still have a few of the same issues with the spa, which I firmly put on the company, not the staff, they have made efforts to keep the outside pool a lot cleaner and also brought back snacks which was literally my favorite thing pre-Covid. Well, that and the swimsuit dryer, and the eucalyptus that used to be in the steam room, but I digress. I absolutely adore the ladies who work on the women's side of the salon and any of the men I have run into have been very amicable as well. I would love to give a special shout out to Melvin who is one of the best masseuses I have ever been to. I don't want to forget about downstairs though, because I also have frequented the nail salon this past year, and I absolutely adore Ryann. She is really friendly and always delivers above and beyond. The staff at the nail salon are all so nice. The chairs are comfortable, and they give you tea or any array of beverages. I might also add that the check-in staff at both spa/salon desks are very friendly, as is the gift shop team. Everyone is always very helpful and ready to answer any questions you may have. And I probably have more questions than anyone, which is wild considering I probably know all the answers but I just like to always verify my information lol. Blame it on my ADHD, not my heart. I love y'all for putting up with me all these years and I hope that more people check the spa out as it continues to glow up!

Yelp
I visited the Aria Spa pre-Covid and had an excellent relaxing experience. I decided to return on my latest Vegas vacation because I was staying at the Aria. Aria hotel guests can get a day pass for $100 without scheduling a separate spa service appointment. However, the day passes are only available on a first-come-first-serve basis. I came right when the spa opened and got a day pass without any issues. The spa offers a nice variety of amenities, such as a salt room, Japanese hot stone beds, a cold plunge pool, a hot tub, an infinity pool, a eucalyptus steam room, and a sauna. The common areas for both men and women include the salt room, stone beds, infinity pool, and a general sitting room with snacks and refreshments. I enjoyed the assorted teas, chocolates, and madeleines provided. All of the facilities were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The spa also offers many items to freshen up, such as body lotion, toothbrushes, and shower caps. Overall, my experience was incredibly relaxing, and the luxurious plush spa robe and calming music playing in the background enhanced everything. Protip: Go in the hot tub with an ice towel around your neck for the ultimate experience!

Yelp
Recharged and rejuvenated after spending a day at this luxurious spa. After signing in, a beautiful transition it is to be escorted to the elevator, up and away from the clamorous into a serene scene. Amazing are their treatments with certified technicians. Ecstatic I am with my massage therapist, Jae, who "kneaded" out my kinks and "centered" my back once again. I also love their salt and hot stone meditation rooms; their whirlpool & cold plunges; their women's & waiting lounges; and, most of all, the genuine welcome back & see u soon smiles from all of their staff. CHEERS!

Yelp
My 50th birthday, made an appointment to get my hair done at 5pm. I have been to many salons in Vegas for same service. The stylist was stationed right in the front, called my name, washed my hair. Not very friendly, I don't recall her name. I was the last appointment of her day and I could tell. She rushed me through, looked at the clock every four minutes and did a half-a* job at blowing out my shoulder length hair. Flat iron- extra $25 she said. She also used two pumps of a heat protector product and held it two feet over the top of my head. No other product were used. That was ludicrous. I will never get my hair done here again. Oh and an automatic 20% tacked on no mater what kind of service you get. I tried to make a review directly to Aria, but the link expired after 4 days. So here ya have it. If you have a special night planned, don't be the last customer. Might as well do it yourself and use proper products and tools in your room.

Yelp
I found that Aria had a better pricing for a 50 minute massage than the others on the strip. The massage itself was just okay, that's coming from a massage snob. The facility itself was nice but it was smaller. I didn't see a variety of amenities and toiletries. The staff was very nice and polite. I did like the outdoor infinity pool that faces the liquid pool party.

Yelp
My favorite spa to go to when I'm in Vegas hands down! I have been here probably about 5 times and my massages have always been great with all the masseuse. The shared amenity spaces are great! My favorites are the eucalyptus steam room and the warm Japanese stone beds room (perfect place to take a little nap). The facility is well maintained and clean. Pro-tip: There are in/out privileges, so you're able to go out and eat/grab a snack if you get hungry.

C J.

Yelp
Confession... I love going to spa when I'm on vacay or on a biz trip. So I go once a month-ish to new a spa. I had heard a ton about Aria so I probably set my hopes too high. To start off, my massage was amazing. Had the standard massage but added in hot stones. I'd give 5 stars for the massage. I love massages but what makes it or breaks it for me is all of the lavish amenities included. I was expecting much nicer inclusive amenities. For starters the teensy tiny outdoor pool is in full sun, co-ed and has a crappy view. The inside hot tubs are tiny and the cold plunge is not cold. The eucalyptus steam room however was awesome. Loved it. Sauna was ok but not very hot. Overall the locker room, women's beauty stations etc were good. Overall 4 stars

Yelp
This spa is lovely. I came here last week and I enjoyed myself and reconnected with myself here. By far this spa has the best amenities. They have a few co-ed amenities which is very nice not a lot of spas offer that. They have two meditation rooms and they are both co-ed as well. I fell asleep on the Ganbanyoko bed!! The salt room is my favorite room here. It is so peaceful in there, you can hear yourself think. The chairs are great. My mind is very clear in there. It also energizes you as well. I arrived a couple of minutes late but still had no problem getting checked in. The lovely red head (totally forgot her name I do apologize!) assigned me a locker and even helped me when I was having problems opening it. (I must've put the wrong code in haha) the weather was a little windy when I went but that didn't stop me from going to the infinity pool outside (also co-ed) . I loved laying outside and getting natural sunlight. This is a nice feature that other spas don't offer. It is very unique here. I had a custom massage from Thi. Very strong!! Hit all the right spots. They didn't have trail mix when I went. They did had white chocolate, and some kind of coconut bars, and very juicy apples! coffee, tea, creamer, honey, etc. Besides the salt room, my other favorite part of this spa is the eucalyptus steam room. I was in there for a while. This steam room is very bearable and not too overwhelming. When I was lost Megan was kind enough to show me where I needed to go and I appreciated that! I will be coming back when it's warmer so I can enjoy the pool outside.

Yelp
so i am by no means a spa expert (this was more or less the first massage i've ever had in my life), but after having come here, i can understand the appeal -- without question i left feeling very blissed out, which is a nice if not rare thing to have in vegas, and before noon we chose the spa at aria because it supposedly it has more co-ed areas than other spas, which i couldn't find a good description for anywhere online so here's my best shot at that spa entry/co-ed lounge: chairs + loveseats in a dimly lit room. wood and stone accents throughout. on this day they had great macarons and a white chocolate berry bark for tea snacks. coffee available by lavazaa infinity edge pool: on this day it was so incredibly windy we decided not to go in; overlooks aria's liquid pool lounge through some trees, which was empty the hours we were there (before 12p) shio salt room/stone bed room: the salt room is a set of S-curved lounging chairs/chaises with salt table lamps between them, while the stone bed room has 5 or 6 raised stone platforms/beds that are heated in the center. neither room really called to us, so we spent a few minutes in each one just to do it, but would probably not spend any time in there next time, unless i really had time to burn ultimately i felt the co-ed areas were a bit underwhelming, and to select this spa for that reason alone is probably not the best choice. that being said, the gender specific areas were very nice -- great showers + amenities, in-ground hot-tubs with a cold one to plunge in to, a eucalyptus steam room which is so steamy you can't see 2 feet in front of you, and a sauna which i didn't personally go in to because another guest said the door doesn't fully close and it doesn't get as hot as you might be used to or be expecting the massage itself was great and i had more than a few knots worked out/i'm still a bit sore a few days removed. overall i would come here again but maybe just a day pass with some friends of the same sex as a place to just hang out and talk about life or maybe the crazy night in vegas we had the evening before i completely forgot to ask about day passes as a non-guest of the hotel; so my bad on that. definitely looking forward to visiting other spas on the strip, now that i'm too old for the nightclub dayclub nightclub circuit thank you for the great experience!

Yelp
I booked an appointment for a custom massage and was assigned Stacey. She is the only massage therapist to give specific attention to my most stressed areas, and she did such an amazing job I felt like a floating cloud afterwards. Highly recommend her strength, friendliness, and skill if you need a massage to revive your body. The other staff here were also very courteous, and helpful for any questions. The amenities here are nice as well, I really enjoyed the eucalyptus steam room and the hot jacuzzis. This would be an ideal experience for up to a group of four together within the women's/men's spas. There is a co-ed pool outside and an indoor lounge for some refreshments. There's also bathrooms with showers and pretty much any personal care products you might need (toothbrush, mouth wash, tampons, pads, deodorant spray, hair brush and styling products). This is a must on my next visit!!

Yelp
I love spas and was very excited to book an appointment at the Spa at Aria, especially since I read that the spa recently received the Forbes Travel Guide Five Star Award. I'm going to guess that Forbes had the spa all to themselves when this award was given, because from my perspective, the spa falls short of expectations. The spa has a Shio salt room with illuminated salt bricks said to help with respiratory concerns, Japanese heated stone beds to relax and soothe achy muscles, hot tubs/whirlpools of different temperatures, a sauna, a eucalyptus steam room, and an infinity pool. All this seems like it would be a recipe for relaxation, but that was not the case. All areas were overcrowded, and many guests were on their phones...In the locker room, in the coed areas, people taking selfies in and around the infinity pool. Although Aria has signs posted which encourage limited use of cell phones, this policy is not enforced whatsoever. This seems grossly inappropriate, especially in the coed areas! The infinity pool also overlooks the day club, so you hear club music blaring from down below. Hardly relaxing. My Signature Massage was OK, but not great by any means. The spa also charges a 20% service fee whether you receive an excellent service or not. I had expected so much more from the Spa at Aria. Next time I'm in Vegas, I will go somewhere else.

Yelp
Visited the mens spa facilities over July 17 & 18. Facilities are nice and basic. Several warm jacuzzi pools, and a cold pool. Large sauna room, steamroom, and lounge area. Big spaces, but not much beyond that. Cost for a day pass, for hotel guests Fri to Sunday is $150. Not worth that cost for what you get. Only drinks offered are basic waters, tea, and coffee. Some "trail mix" type snack foods. Most men enjoy the steam, sauna, and jacuzzi facilities although the temperatures are not overbearing. Lots of opportunities for men to socialize with each other as desired, so that can be a plus I guess. But with the variety of social-media apps available, save the $150 and just meet up at the pool or elsewhere.

Yelp
This spa was a fun afternoon. When you book any spa service you gain access to their spa with their steam rooms, salt room, meditation rooms, hot tub, and private pool balcony as well as hair styling room, showers, changing rooms, and accessories. You get a Locker with a robe for your stay. It starts in separate male female areas then there are some conjoined conjoined co ed areas it's a very nice setup.

Yelp
Pretty underwhelming. The spa was lukewarm, the locks on bathroom stalls were broken, small. The people working were nice though. Caesars spa was by far superior...

Yelp
This is a decent spa overall but there are a few areas it needs to improve upon. 1. The phones being used in the wet area and sauna/steam room on the men's side are insane. This is supposed to be a clothing optional/relaxing spa and you have almost every guy sitting on their phones. FaceTime calls, speaker phone calls, scrolling the internet - I've never seen so many guys on their phones INSIDE of a spa. The attendants need to enforce this and make clear to each guest when they enter that phones are not allowed past the locker room. Encore spa does this incredibly well. I'm not sure why Aria can't figure this out. 2. The men's sauna is getting really run down. The wood is almost black in certain parts and is starting to splinter. It has seen its better days and needs to be replaced. 3. Otherwise the spa is in good shape and the attendants are really good, except for lack of enforcement of the phone usage.

Yelp
Had the best experience with Alyssa for my anti aging facial! I'm so bad about self care in the skin care department and she was able to answer all my questions about the products she was using and why they would benefit my skin type. She did lots of extractions, love! The facility were really nice. The salt room had cushiony lounge chairs that vibrated with the music and rock beds where so warm that I could fall asleep. Really nice for when you have a bad back and have been walking around exploring Vegas. There was cookies, chocolate, fruit, tea and a infused water station. You can also come back anytime before 6pm with a service. If you had a early checkout there are showers plus toothbrushes and might be a good spot to unwind in a quiet smoke free environment after enjoying all Vegas has to offer. Please note that they automatically charge you 20% tip with each service.

Yelp
I booked a massage with my cc and then when i got there they needed the card again. So i asked to put it on my room and all hell broke loose. The manager Jamie lacks customer service skills and has a bad attitude. She is course, manipulative, and I don't understand how one is able to relax and get a massage after interacting with her. I know that I could not. I ended up leaving instead of getting my massage because her attitude was so nasty. Mallory offered to reschedule my appointment before she came to the desk. When I told her that and asked to reschedule she responded "why would we do that?" I responded "how should i know, Mallory offered it." She again repeated "why would we do that". She was attempting to gaslight me into believing that i had not been offered something from her staff. The proper response would have been " i apologize, Mallory was mistaken. We can not do that." In the service industry you should be pleasant. She is not fostering an environment of calm and serenity as she should at a spa. She spoke to me like i was beneath her. She was short with me. I understand you have a policy but the way she went about enforcing it was disgusting. She is horrible. She made me very uncomfortable. She tried to bulldoze me and make me come inside. I also fear she is a racist, and a colorist and she should be more closely monitored because her behavior is outrageous.

Yelp
This spa had some nice amenities but my massage was subpar and the shared amenities were so crowded it was hard to truly feel relaxed. For the cost I wouldn't go again.

Yelp
Best spa experience ever! Hands down best spa in Vegas. I absolutely love all the spa amenities: the salt room, Japanese stone beds, hot/cold baths, outdoor infinity pool, and my favorite the eucalyptus steam room. I also love the massage room is customizable to the lighting, temperature, music, etc. Really cool that the bed moves electronically when you flip over to adjust to more comfortable arrangement. You NEED to utilize the shower in the steam room its so cool! Hot steam and cold water feels so nice! And then when you go to the salt room and Japanese beds grab an ice towel and relax it over your eyes, definitely really cool amenities. 100% well worth the value and would come back every single time I go to Vegas. Tip: Make sure you go on a weekday, and go early. I had every room all to myself, so relaxing and enjoyable. I could definitely see the whole place being packed on weekends and holidays. If you want to enjoy the spa, do it on a weekday. Trust me. Plus, it's cheaper too haha when I left at 3pm the place was way more crowded than when I got there at 11am. Make sure you treat yourself at least 2 hour before your service and 1 hour after. So you can really enjoy. You don't want to be looking at the clock every 10 mins when you're there to relax.

Yelp
Avoid this place. Employees of Aria Salon are frauds. Examine your receipt and make a copy of it. They can charge your card for any amount they want after you leave. I went in for a color and paid 114 with automatic 20% gratuity at front desk. As I'm sitting in the chair, I'm told it'll cost another $75 because she needs to color my roots and ends. This was a red flag due the fact that I have thin short hair to my shoulder and requested natural black, nothing fancy. There was no 2 steps. Staff then charges my card a separate transaction for $20 after I leave the facility without my authorization.

Yelp
My favorite spa on the strip, this place is definitely 5 star in terms of service and ambiance. Very easy to set up a reservation this place is relaxing as soon as you walk in. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. In terms of services they have the full range but I've only done their massages which I absolutely recommend. Their common area spaces are fantastic. From the steam room, sauna, hot tub, showers, meditation/lounge space everything is done so well to create an cam relaxing space. FYI the space is split up by men's and women's with the only common shared area being the pool and lounge areas which imo is nice to be separated sometimes. Billing here is discrete and super simple in terms of payment and gratuity. Really a big fan of this spot and will definitely be back

Yelp
Such an amazing visit! I felt relaxed and should've dropped in earlier. Only complaint was that my massage was shortened 5-6 minutes (they were extremely busy) but the manager was so kind and profession and took care of it for me. I will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone working here.

Yelp
I am shocked that I have never revised the Spa & Salon at Aria. I travel to Vegas regularly and make this a mandatory stop. This spa is amazing. First off it's the largest Forbes 5 star Spa in the world. Second, every time I get a massage, no matter who does it, is great. From the moment you walk in, you immediately begin to calm down from whatever has been ailing you. This spa has managing co-ed amenities. I usually book a service and use the amenities, but you can always get a day pass just for the amenities. You check in and get a locker, where you slip on your robe. From there you can either dip into 4 different jacuzzis in the locker room, or the lavender sauna or eucalyptus steam room. You could also go into the co-Ed infinity pool. They have an amazing shio salt room, very calming and great for breathing, healthier skin, and stress reduction. My favorite room, besides there you get your snacks and drinks, is the Ganbanyoku Beds room. Hot Japanese stone, very relaxing great for your body. Start with 15 minutes in your stomach and then switch to 15 minutes if your back. Very healing and relaxing. As mentioned there is a snack room with pastries and beverages. This is where you wait for your masseuses. I typically can spend about 4 hours here and it's worth it. I always leave fully relaxed. The salon, thus last vegas trip, I didn't have a chance to get to my barber, so I went looking for a barber, no look. Until I decided to ask the front desk if I could have the salon could do it (I prefer a barber). Little did I know, they DO have a barber tucked into the salon. Luba, she's amazing! Now I have been shaving since high school, so I don't trust just anyone to shave me, but Luba has my full trust and green light. She was a very popular barber out in Chicago before moving to Vegas and because very popular in Sin City. So happy to have found her. Will absolutely be back!

Yelp
On hold for 30+ minutes to reach someone at front desk to change my reservation but no one answers. Terrible ! Why provide a phone number for customers to just listen to an automated system for 30+ minutes. It is like they are trying to make it impossible to reach them in case if you cancel your reservation (which you really can't with no one answering the phone) , so you can't get your refund. This is so frustrating.

Yelp
Should be a 4.5 star. Amazong concept...I have been coming here for years when in town. My masseuse was AMAZING. I get massages regularly and he was TOP NOTCH. He knows body parts well and how to get to the route of a particular problem. I love a VERY deep tissue massage and told him I needed more therapy versus relaxation. He delivered AND I fell asleep. Wow. You should definitely retain him (wish i got his name, but hes the guy about 35 with an Irish accent). I really do wish this place had more coed spaces, but ...America.

Yelp
Booked 50 min massages with my sister-in-law here and we both agree we had the best massages of our lives (I had Lauren). We stayed for about 2 hours after to enjoy the jacuzzis, cold plunge, sauna, salt room, stone room and steam room. Of them all, the steam room was disappointing. No eucalyptus smell, more of a musky smell. The room was dark and not that appealing so we turned right around. The outdoor co-Ed infinity pool was closed for renovations, but there was so much to enjoy indoors and we weren't doing massages with husbands, so no big deal for us. All the amenities and staff were so sweet and amazing, this place still gets 5 stars.

Yelp
What a GLORIOUS way to spend an afternoon!!! I should start off by repeating, though, what others have said. I tried calling and leaving a message, with no one answering and no call back. So, my husband and I walked over to the hotel (we were not staying at the Aria) to book a couples' massage directly with the desk staff. They were able to fit us in the next day, on a Friday, for an 80-minute couples' massage. We came two hours early to enjoy the amenities. In the women's locker room, there are three tubs: one cold and two hot. I think they said the hot ones were different temperatures, but I couldn't tell the difference. There is also a redwood dry sauna and a eucalyptus steam room. As for the bathing amenities, there are several shower stalls with soap/shampoo/conditioner/shaving cream, many many lockers, sinks with free toothbrushes, mouthwash, hair ties and bobby pins, hairbrushes in antiseptic, an area to dry/iron/curl your hair or do your makeup, etc. The co-ed areas include an infinity pool (bring your sunglasses!), a lounge area, and two meditation rooms. There are small bottles of water or gingerale throughout the locker area, as well as tea and some small snacks. I would definitely suggest that you come at least two hours early to enjoy the amenities, and if you're able to spend time after your masssage or facial, to stay longer as well. My massage was toward the end of the day, so I only had about 20 minutes afterward to use the amenities again. I could have easily used another hour AFTER my massage to fully relax some more!! If you're a "spa person," like me, two hours before and one hour after your massage would be heaven. And PLEASE--for the price you're paying, take advantage!!! My only wish would be that they were open later in the day/evening!!!! My massage was very nice. I was thoroughly relaxed, although my massage therapist didn't totally listen to the areas I wanted focus on/areas to ignore. But it was a good massage. My husband, unlike me, is NOT a "spa person," and he found the afternoon to be a waste of time and money lol. You're either going to like it or you won't. I loved it!

Yelp
I've been going to the Aria spa for the last few years when I visit Las Vegas. I switch between a facial or a massage. This time I had a facial from Marissa and it was amazing. The one complaint I have is that it didn't go longer than 50 minutes. The spa is always super clean and the employees are always super friendly. I also get there an hour or so my appointment to enjoy the hot tubs and cold plunges. If you're teetering on going to a spa in Las Vegas I definitely recommend the Aria

Yelp
I used it on a week day. One of the best Spa I've been. It's expensive to use amenities only. They give priorities for hotel guests because it gets packed. But totally worth it. Men side has a nice lounge with some fruits, tea, crackers, and water. They have full size lockers. Bath robe and slippers are provided. Employees are very helpful. There are four hot-cold tubs at various temps. Wet sauna was very nice, dry sauna was also very nice. Clothing is optional in men only side. There is an infinity hot tub between men and women side but you must have swim suit on. There is plenty of water everywhere. There is also a coed lounge that you can have some cake or chocolate and coffee. Salt room was super relaxing and hot stone room was nice to warm up. They offer shaving and hair products for you to use after. Showers were very functional and modern.

Yelp
Beautiful state of the art spa! The coast for the week is only $100 and includes the great gym.

Yelp
The Spa at ARIA is stunning and the service I received was excellent. There are many amenities (steam room, pools, relaxation rooms) to take advantage of and the vibes are incredibly luxurious and relaxing. It's not a bath house; the amenities are accompanying features to the main services, but everything was pristine and clean and the whole experience was fantastic. I particularly enjoyed the salt therapy room. The massage was fantastic and I think everything was fairly priced for what you get and where. I'll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Vegas.
