Aria Suites

We stayed in the Norma Suite at Aria Suites as a family of four, and it was absolutely perfect. The suite was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of room for us and our two children. It truly felt like our own private retreat right in the heart of Santorini. The views from our terrace were breathtaking — the caldera, the sea, the white cliffs — we never got tired of it. Every morning, we enjoyed a generous and delicious breakfast served on our terrace, which was such a special way to start the day as a family. Stacey and the entire staff were warm, thoughtful, and so helpful —they arranged transfers, gave us great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. The pool was quiet and peaceful, and a great place to relax in between exploring the island. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to all the restaurants and shops in Fira, but tucked away so it still felt calm and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The Norma Suite is ideal for families wanting space, comfort, and a touch of luxury with unforgettable Santorini views. Highly recommend!

I would have easily given 50 stars to this wonderful place! From the initial meet at the desk with the wonderful hostess, Stacy. To the fantastic staff that seemingly worked 24/7 to deliver a perfect experience. The Tosca Suite was perfect for my wife and I. They served us a complimentary breakfast on our outdoor poolside table every day. They cleaned our suite to a point of immaculate perfection. It was a pleasure to return to the room. Further the location of the property is near all those important photo ops. They also arraigned our final trip to the airport for us. I would gladly stay here again over and over.

This hotel was unbelievable! Don’t hesitate! We didn’t want to leave! We had villa breve and wow absolutely stunning! We had our own rooftop with Panoramic views of the caldera and water. Staff was amazing! We cancelled plans just to sit and enjoy the room with the view! We will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for the staff!

This spot in Fira on Santorini is amazing! Stayed in one of the villas - that overlooked the caldera which was absolutely picturesque. That alone was worth the stay - but the villa was huge, the one we stayed at had the spa tub outside overlooking the town and sea and the one inside was perfect. Breakfast was served on the roof deck of the villa and there was so much food that was very good. Staff is excellent and so helpful and accommodating. Great place to stay if you're going to Santorini

We stayed in the Fidelo suite with the private hot tub and private entrance for 4 days. We loved it. Fantastic location. Lovely rooms. Great service. Loved the staff - Stacy, Bacho and SoSo (apologies for any typos) were so nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and huge. We had to request them to reduce it. :-) They provided a nice bottle of champagne as a welcome drink. Free bottles of water throughout the stay

Lovely place in Fira with excelent location and breakfast but manage very poorly The place is a combination of 8 suites Located at the entrance of Fira wich make it very accesible, the suites are very clean and spacious and the complementary breakfast ( excelent by the way ) is served directly on your balcony, the suite is clean everyday and refil with water and toiletries the problem is nobody is in charge and god help you if you need anything, you should to go reception talk to anybody there ( always diferent people ) and then expect the next day to see if the message was deliver and you needs were solved, We have a very unpleasant situation with a men I have never seen before at reception during check out, I had booked an AirPort transportation because I didnt remembered I have book directly with Aria a roundtrip transportation months ago, nobody remembered me or ask me what time we need the ride, the man very rudely almost yell at me that I have to pay for that service and the arrangments were basically my problem, it was never an issue that I of course was going to pay for that service, the problem was Why you dont let me knew or arrange anything the days prior, at the end only 1 van was waiting for us to go to the AirPort so I am not even sure the hotel provide me with any service or if was the driver I have personally hire I want to thank Stacie who did the best rescueing us from the AirPort after arrival and a very polite young man who help us with our bags during check in and out So we had a lovely time in the island but for the night rate I paid I should had book a proper hotel with trained and professional staff

We stayed in the villa and no detail was left out. Beautiful spot with an unbelievable view of the town square from our deck and spa. The room itself was spacious, clean and luxurious, with another spa inside, two bathrooms and two showers. |The breakfast was fantastic with excellent cheese omelettes, Greek coffee, tasty Greek yoghurt and fruit. A definite highlight! Stacey and her incredible staff could not have been more friendly and attentive.
