Throwback, reminiscing my meal at Arimia estate in Margaret River. Arimia Estate is tuck away in Wilyabrup and it’s close to Quinninup falls! I book about three weeks ago prior to my trip as most of the restaurants have seating arrangements Covid restrictions. The tasting menu is $85 per person the menu is seasonal depending was offered in the region from farm to table. On the menu while we were there -Soy glazed cabbage macadamia pickle capers -Sun choke Parmesan egg yolk pasta -Trout asparagus baby leek -Margaret River wagyu beetroot pepper gravy with Cauliflower will leak hazelnut -Citrus curd kakadu plum sorbet oatmeal Before the meal was served the chef showcased a little special tasting plate, deep fried trout skin with sashimi trout, asparagus tart with pancetta, nasturtiums leaf with shallots. The meal was served over a period of two hours. I will return to try their seasonal menu and this restaurant is pet friendly as you can bring your dogs and sit on the patio and enjoy the meal!

Perfect location and quality service compliment the most amazing lunch menu. Paired wines are elegant and enhance each of the food courses. Such a credit to the region 10/10

Friendly staff nice wines, great place for lunch. A little pricy but quality food. Beautiful location surrounded by bushland. Wine tastings are now $15 post covid for 5 wines so be aware of that. And bookings are needed for groups of more than 3. Wines are all well worth the money.

Had a lovely 3.5 hrs lunch experience at Arimia Estate on Sunday. The estate isn't as big as others but it was very cozy and has it's own little farm area. One of the staff offered to let my kid feed the chickens and that made his day. The team was very friendly and attentive even though it was a small team (only 4 staff). We had a 6 course meal and every dish was well presented, not to mentioned absolutely delicious. I thought the portions were just right and not too overwhelming compared to other wineries. All the produce was from their own farm and very fresh. My kid ate so much salad because he said it was 'so yummy'. He rated his pasta 10/10 and he rated it higher than his Italian granny's pasta which is saying a lot...he is a mini food critic. What impressed us the most was the 'parsley ice cream' as it was so unexpected and it was divine! If you are looking for huge massive portions to fill up your belly then this is not your winery. If you like fine dining with a touch of Japanese influence then you will appreciate this place. By the time we ordered our coffee we were told that we might have to wait a little longer but then it came after 5 mins! We really had a lovely time here and we look forward to the Chef pushing and experimenting more with unusual ingredients. The estate itself might not be as impressive as other major ones but we definitely left Arimia with a smile and a happy belly.

WOW! What an experience! Five of us were sharing a special birthday in Yallingup, so we decided to spoil ourselves with lunch at Arimia Estate after reading positive reviews and a previous menu. The experience exceeded all our expectations; with a tranquil location and lovely architecture creating the perfect background ambiance for the stunning but simply presented dishes. This was all brought together by the wonderful and knowledgeable front-off-house staff who provided a very friendly service without being intrusive, and explaining the subtleties of each dish in an unpretentious manner. Each dish became our new favourite and the subject of much discussion at the table and with the wait-staff, as the full menu is kept secret and revealed only course by course. When pressed to decide our final favourite, we universally agreed on the crayfish, crab and grapefruit linguini. The combination of the sweet crayfish and crab, slightly tart grapefruit, popping roe, and al dente handmade pasta was as close to a perfect dish as we have ever eaten. We were able to take a leisurely walk through the house-garden, between the entrees and main course, where our ingredients had been freshly picked, and speak with the gardener. She was happy to take time to tell us about the various plants growing there and the challenges of supplying the seasonal ingredients. We were even invited to taste the multitude of tomato varieties still on the vines. The overall experience made for a perfect day and we would go back again in a heartbeat to try another delicious and stunning seasonal menu.

Came here for an afternoon tasting not knowing what to expect, and was delighted by the quality of the wine and the beautiful grounds. They had some unusual varietals I hadn’t tried before and all we’re excellent (especially the Primitivo and the Verdelho Vermentimo)! The owner was lovely and really made us feel at home, and she provided a nice background of each wine. So glad we stopped in! We’ll be back next time we’re in Margaret River and have lunch there - the food looked delicious! If you go, don’t forget to say hello to the chickens in the gardens.

First time visit today and very happy we did. Once you get past the pot holed road to the winery get set for a very pleasant time. The staff know their wines and can chat easily about the varieties. Very wide range of styles and grapes presented. Lunch was excellent with delicious local produce used. Now that I have found this gem we will call again.
