The sushi quality is top. But the only reason we went there was because every other sushi restaurant in Tokyo central station had a waiting time of at least 45 minutes. The waiter did well to accommodate us in the corner of the sushi bar but they got only 3 stars for service because they could not speak English. I genuinely believe when you are a restaurant at Tokyo central station, you need to make an effort. The atmosphere is more sophisticated in the sense they make eating sushi a culinary experience, which is reflected by the high price.
