Arista of Rotorua Motel

Great little motel. Easy to find and plenty of space and well equipped rooms. The staff here really do seem focused on ensuring everything is ok. We needed help on a couple of things and they were swiftly attended to. It’s a basic place to stay but pleasant and the hot tub out the back was fun at the end of the day. Well positioned but ideally have a car.

Great family apartments The apartment was very spacious, which worked perfectly for our young family of six. The location was excellent—close to most attractions—and we appreciated the free parking and Wi-Fi. The private spa was a nice addition, and the kids really enjoyed the playground on site. Pros: • Private spa • Convenient location, close to attractions • Free parking • Free Wi-Fi • Built-in Chromecast • Great playground for kids Cons: • Only one bathroom, located downstairs • Cleanliness could have been better • Bathroom and spa felt quite rundown • Towels had an unpleasant smell • Light switches dirty

Arista was a perfect base for us for our weekend in Rotorua. Great sleep, the bed and pillows were very comfy. Lots of space to relax and the spa was a great asset and enjoyed a couple of dips. The motel was full but we weren't bothered by any sound from other guests or the road which was fantastic. We would definitely stay again when we next travel back.

We had a lovely break at the Arista. The staff were friendly and everything was lovely and clean and so close to all the hot spots. Stairs a little creaky though and need to keep the air con on during the night especially in November as it got a bit warm. We really enjoyed visits from Boris the cat during the day. Thank you again 😊

Arista is just what we needed for a short stay! Mahki was so kind and helpful at check in and Laura was so helpful too!! The little room had everything we needed and the hot tub was a plus! Quiet and easy to feel private in the city! Loved it. So grateful for laundry ability too!

I was so happy to stay at the poppies vila. So luxurious kitchen and big space for family. Heated pool and BBQ were fantastic. Great location as well. 9 family members were all enjoyed stay there.

This place was one of the best Motels I have stayed in, with my family. the room is very spacious, there was 5 of us, and plenty of room with comfortable beds.The room is well equipped with extra towels for the hot tub, which is a bonus. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing after a long day out exploring. The Manager, He made us feel so comfortable. he's very friendly and easy to approach and talk to. He also accommodated us with parking, which I was very grateful for. I know he didn't have to, but I really appreciated that. the room is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fee wifi, access to laundry facilities and close to major attractions. To the manager, you are the best! I love that you are just a scooter ride away, and Boris the cat, we really enjoyed your company too 😄 🐱 I would 💯 percent recommend this place and would totally come back!

The location was good as it was near many attractions and restaurants. Didn't have to drive far. Service was great. A shoutout to Ms Lara who kept tabs of our arrival. The rooms were spacious and has adequate towels and amenities.
