Arista of Rotorua Motel

This place was one of the best Motels I have stayed in, with my family. the room is very spacious, there was 5 of us, and plenty of room with comfortable beds.The room is well equipped with extra towels for the hot tub, which is a bonus. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing after a long day out exploring. The Manager, He made us feel so comfortable. he's very friendly and easy to approach and talk to. He also accommodated us with parking, which I was very grateful for. I know he didn't have to, but I really appreciated that. the room is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Fee wifi, access to laundry facilities and close to major attractions. To the manager, you are the best! I love that you are just a scooter ride away, and Boris the cat, we really enjoyed your company too 😄 🐱 I would 💯 percent recommend this place and would totally come back!

Loved staying here - super close to everything, the Family Room was great. Kids loved the loft style room! It was clean and tidy with all the amenities, daily cleaning (which we didn't even realise was included) outdoor Spa which we didn't get to use as we didn't have enough days but wish we did. Kids also loved the play ground. We wished we stayed a bit longer! Lots to do in Rotorua.

Had an amazing stay. Best motel I've stayed in for a while, I enjoyed the room it was very roomy and had everything we needed. And the added spa pool for our room only was a nice extra bonus to our stay. Very friendly staff and owner would highly recommend. Would definitely stay again.

We had a truly memorable stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs, especially when it came to organizing a surprise birthday celebration for our 8-year-old. With their help, the decorations were perfect and created such a special atmosphere right in our accommodation. The room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained—exactly what you’d hope for on a family trip. And the highlight for everyone was definitely the hot pool—clean, relaxing, and one of the best we’ve experienced. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and unforgettable. Highly recommended for families looking for both warmth and quality!

We absolutely loved our stay at Arista and will definitely be back here when visiting Rotorua again. The place was clean and everything was provided as if we never left home. My kids loved the hot tub and drive me crazy for visiting again 🤣

We enjoyed our stay at Arista Rotorua. They allowed us to check in early (2hrs) because of our young kids and we are very grateful. The staff and house keeping team were super friendly and accomodating. The motel itself was super clean and tidy - it’s probably one of the cleanest and nicest motel we’ve stayed at in Rotorua! The location is fab - close to everything and all supermarkets but away from crowd. Our room was spacious and warm (super warm we didn’t even need heatpump despite temp outside being 2 degree!). Everything we needed was there although it would be nice to have more pans and utensils in kitchen area. The spa was a bonus and clean too. Overall we will definitely be back!

Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

Our stay was wonderful in Arista. It was nice knowing about their journey of buying the place and how they get through the ups and downs. Rooms were clean and has good heating system. Altogether our stay was comfy and cozy.
