Aristo Saigon Hotel

Stayed at Aristo Hotel in Saigon and had a really good experience. The room was tidy, air-conditioned, and came with nice touches like free drinks in the fridge, a safe, a good closet with robes, and plenty of free amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush, toothpaste, tea, coffee, and even some oranges on the table. Breakfast was included every day, delicious, and with a wide selection. The hotel also has a massage service, sauna, and a small gym. There’s even a little bar/restaurant in front where you can grab food and drinks. Staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful—though some don’t speak perfect English, communication was still fine. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the city within walking distance of many tourist spots. The room was cleaned daily, beds and pillows were comfortable, and curtains kept the room dark enough for a good night’s sleep. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

It’s a extremely good 3star hotel. Staff is super accommodating, they even allowed us an early check in and upgraded us for a bigger room for free. The location is nice if you want to be close to the city center but still want to have a good night sleep, its very quite here comparing to other stays I had in HCM. The breakfast was also very good. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try the spa, but maybe next time.

Great value for money in the heart of Saigon, but more importantly the staff from reception to room service to restaurant was so friendly and good! Jessica, receptionist, saved me from the rain one day when she lent me some emergency cash to pay the Grab driver. Thank you

I stayed here for 6 days. The room was clean, and had a beautiful view. Every day service personnel made the bed and emptied the trash bins. It was very comfortable to stay here, and very convenient for going to the beach as it is only a 3 minute walk to the water. If I return to Nha Trang I want to book this hotel again :)

We have had an excellent 3 night stay here; thank you to Pamela and the whole front desk team for their help. We arrived at 1am and had a great check in. The breakfast was so nice to have each day and lovely staff in the dining room. The room was just fine- clean, fridge stocked with water, coke, and beer all complimentary. Clean bathroom. We had an " interior window" so was not noisy as not facing main street. As it was our first few days in Vietnam ever we had lots of questions and the front desk staff speak English and were always helpful. We are truly grateful to have stayed here!! Thank you very much!! Would recommend to anyone on a budget ( as in not a fancy hotel) as a perfect stay!

Hotel is located at district 3 and walkable to few tourist spots like war remnants museum, independent palace etc. Room is clean with complimentary mini bar. Breakfast menu changes everyday too (western style). The only down side is my room AC isn’t that strong compared to the other room and bad water pressure. Overall we had a great stay and if we were to revisit HCMC someday, will definitely book this hotel again.
