Rainy Day !!, and the weather was so cold around NEW YORK.. we walked to at The Aritzia shop. At here they have the Coffee Shop inside on the 2nd floor..it name A-OK CAFE , the atmosphere very cozy.. not to loud easy to talked and we ordered hot Mocha and espresso Late' , The taste of coffee so tasty 😋 I love ❤️ it , the staffs were so nice and friendly I recommended if everyone take to shopping at Aritzia 5th Ave not forget to visit the A-OK CAFE.. SOOOOO GOOOOD.

My wife and I went walking today around mid town Manhattan to enjoy the weather and to stop at lots of shops for my wife. We stopped in Aritzia on Fifth today for the first time. The store was very busy with customers. Fortunately for me a non shopper, the store has some comfortable seating in the back on the left side. So I was happy waiting while my wife was shopping. Very nice store with upscale looking clothing. We went back to the store for my wife to return one pants she recently purchased. The return process was very easy. The staff were all so friendly and professional. No wonder the store is so busy all the time. Back again to look at pre holiday sale items but my wife wants to wait. While she was shopping, I found they have a very nice coffee cafe, A-OK CAFE, on the second floor. Got a decaf Americano and it was made just right. GREAT SERVCE. Great place to wait while shopping. Back again while taking a break from thanksgiving shopping Great service. Delicious coffee and comfortable seating. Busier today than usual.

I have never experienced such a blatant rip-off in my entire life. They act incredibly kind to your face, but then charge a completely different, inflated price at checkout. It is a total scam—like being robbed with your eyes wide open. I even had to travel back from 30 blocks away just to fix this fraudulent charge. Be extremely careful and double-check your receipt here!"

I’ve visited this Aritzia location a few times now, and each experience has been great. The vibe is always welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. What stood out, especially, was how accommodating they were when I came in with my dog they made me feel comfortable and at ease. It’s always a pleasant shopping experience, and I look forward to returning!

Went into the store today to exchange a coat I had ordered online and had a great experience. The associate who helped me was extremely helpful — she found my order quickly, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The service was efficient and friendly, and the whole process was very easy. I really enjoyed my experience in the store and will definitely come back to buy a coat in person rather than online. Thank you — the service was excellent.

I went shopping at Aritizia last Thursday, and was helped by some really amazing employees. They had a lot of great recommendations, especially since I was shopping for pants, and wasn't sure the length I should purchase. They also made it very smooth when I had to return the next day to swap out a piece, due to a size issue. I also got to enjoy their cafe, and I really enjoyed the strawberry matcha latte. Overall, a really amazing experience.

The best shopping place 😍enjoyed my time in Aritzia. I bought some things tho. Little expensive but worth it 🥰

My sister recommended checking out Aritzia for a good winter jacket. Went in to buy one and the sales associate, Dimas, was super friendly and helpful. The store didn't have the one I wanted in stock so he was able to get it shipped from the warehouse. All the staff I spoke to was kind and attentive. They also have a nice cafe spot!

Zero stars if possible because I got physically hurt in this store by an employee. For context: every time I go to this specific location, the workers treat everyone like absolute crap. The only reason I would go to this location is because it's the closest storefront in the area I live in. I will never be returning to this location again after my last experience (posted below). I would gladly rather commute 40 min down to the SoHo location if that means I never have to deal with the abuse from this location ever again. The last time I went in there to return an item, they gaslit me into thinking the item wasn't eligible for return, when in fact it absolutely was. Then icing on top of the cake was when I was leaving the store, an employee carrying a bunch of hangers ran directly into me and the top metal piece of the hangers ended up piercing my stomach. She didn't apologize, but instead ROLLED HER EYES. This was actually pretty painful, and I noticed the skin on my stomach was slightly torn afterwards.

Great store. Employees so helpful and friendly. They found everything we needed and helped with ordering things that were out of stock in store. There are two big floors so the variety of items is vast. The dressing rooms were spacious.

I've come here 2x in the last week and found all the girls I interacted with here to be very nice. The clothes are wildly expensive but there are some things that I love, like their super soft cozy hoodies. Both visits I was treated well, taken to the fitting room without a problem and rung up pretty quickly. My first visit it was raining and I looked like a drowned rat, and the staff was still very kind. My second visit I came from work and the staff was equally friendly so how they treat you isn't based on how you're dressed like other reviews suggest. I would definitely come again.

Was the only person in line with my stuff behind the counter while waiting for the person in front of me to finish checking out with the one cashier open. This other girl comes up behind me with another customer and rings her up at a different register as if I wasn't already waiting in line first? And then that same girl rings me up (not sure why the first cashier I was waiting for was taking so long), no apologies for me being skipped, lol nothing. Am I not as valuable of a customer just because I wasn't your "sale"? For the amount of complaints about rude employees that aritzia gets, they don't seem to care anyway

Cute clothes. Excellent vibe. Always busy and I wish the sale section followed what was online in the sale section.

Although it is pricey, the wonderful customer service and the quality clothing made up for it. Definitely my favorite store with a variety of styles.

AJ is a horrible employee and should be fired !!! Everyone else was terrific. I got welcomed by Caitlyn on her 2nd day and she was so friendly and asked me what I was looking for and everything. I go into try on clothes and AJ dismisses me as the "fat" girl and completely ignores me the entire time! I Asked for a size 2 different times to her and another woman.,. I'm ignored and hear her say "oh Callie is in there I don't think she's buying anything don't worry about her"!!!! I come out of dressing room and she's just trying on clothes and singing to a song goofing off! This girl doesn't have a work ethic and is RUDE! I've never been so disrespected in my life! Never coming here again

Sales lead or whatever she is "helped" me. She was obnoxious and rude. Snotty girl, bad for the brand.

Honestly I should rat on the girls there that much because it's how every Aritzia is, so it's clearly the company culture's fault. Staff was gossiping about their own coworkers in mean ways/ talking about their sex lives while im in the dressing area with them using that God awful "communal mirror" to try to see if the pants fit. I wait patiently for one of the 5 of them to come over and help me decided if it's the right fit. Finally after 2 minutes one of them looks at me "oh do you need something?" Which is so weird because when I was shopping around, the girls were HOUNDING me to get into a fitting room. Overall the girls there are not very nice or helpful and are honestly incompetent when it comes to doing anything besides a basic transaction. Took 3 girls to figure out how to process my return LOL

Spend your hard earned money elsewhere and save yourself the frustrations of ever trying to return anything at this establishment. Honestly, they make it almost impossible to return anything at this store and they trap you by forcing you to take store credit so your money will always be locked in at Aritzia. Don't waste your time or money. The customer service is just as bad, and there are far too many rules for returns you've made in store, but bought the item on a discount. There are also rules for returns you've made online. And separate rules for price adjustments (which are never honored). All in all, you will never see your money again, the only way you'll see it is in store credit. It pains me when I encounter dishonest establishments such as Aritzia. Well, it's safe to say you will never catch me at this establishment ever again.

Staff here is a joke. Pushy and arrogant. I feel like being in the mean girl show here. Come on, your clothes are just basic quality with overprice tags that would go on sale a lot. Don't give me your shitty attitude

Aritzia is one of the stores that I stopped in on 5th ave while I was in New York. I felt the store was pretty organized and has a pretty good layout. If you aren't sure you could just browse first and look around. After that see what colors you also are wanting to buy and go from there. If you still need help an associate will help you, just ask for it and they seriously can guide you to the right thing that your looking for. This store also has a pretty large fitting room and if your boyfriend, husband is here there are places they could sit in. The store is pretty friendly and if you have some money to spend you could totally come here and get quite a bit of clothes/outfits from all different styles. Tip- plenty of nice business jackets and they now even have exercise outfits too!

I just wanted to say their staff was INCREDIBLY welcoming and helpful when we were there today browsing.

They are so nice here! I'm obsessed with Aritzia- if you walk in and let them know what you are looking for they will be your mini personal shoppers. It's so nice because they know the store way better than you do. It's two floors. It's on 5th ave.

This is my favorite Aritzia location in Manhattan. It's a little less hectic and chaotic than other locations. I'm also a big fan of the layout and lighting at this specific location. The staff at the store is incredibly helpful and also provide helpful tips and style suggestions. The staff are very attentive. They also tend to sometimes keep inventory in the back if you prefer to purchase something fresh that hasn't been tried on by tons of people. I wish they had more sales but when they do, the stores tend to get more crazy and the staff seems a bit more stressed out. It's also hard to find sizes then. But the savings, prices and deals are usually worth it. This Aritzia location has big spacious fitting rooms but one word of caution - most don't have mirrors so you have to step out after trying and use the big communal mirrors. They're still in the fitting room area but not in your individual fitting room. Depends on your own comfort level. The stylists can give you advice once you're out so that's a pro. All in all, I love this store and their chic, stylish, polished and minimalistic styles! If you're close to Central Park or midtown east, definitely stop by for some great styles!

Everyone who works here is SO nice! (Maybe it's a Canadian thing?) I've never bought anything from Aritzia before but needed a formal coat for a wedding and they had some cute options. Spacious and lots of selection like most stores on 5th. A little spendy but quality better than many places w similar price points, imho. I grabbed a few options off the rack, and anytime I had more than 3 items on my arm, someone would come by to help me with them and put them in a fitting room. Really cool and helpful. Once I was trying stuff on, they were great about getting me sizes and checking in but not lurking outside the room as I changed (which I hate!) Attentive but not hovering - now, that is an art! Plus, found a beautiful coat. Yay!

I have to say the customer service couldn't be worse!!!! I don't get me wrong I love their stuff but the sales associates in the stores are RUDE AF!!!!!!!! RUDEEEE!!! This is not my first time being treated very disrespectfully! Giving one star for their clothes. Maybe Aritzia should train employee first before selling products!!!!!

I love Aritzia clothing and have slowly filled my closet with their clothing. I love the coordinating colors that make matching easy and fun. Last night around 8 pm, I came to this location bc I read it was their flagship store and was excited to shop around the giant selection. During the 1 hour I was there, NOT one single person offered to help me, let alone greet me. They were all busy cleaning up, putting things back in the wrong places so they can be out by 9 pm. You would think that staff would be trained to do better especially at these popular locations. If it weren't for not having to pay taxes on top of the sale prices right now, I wouldn't have bothered. I don't think my review will affect their business but I'm hoping someone in charge will see this and give better training. I've been to so many Aritzia stores and most have of them are so much better. You could learn from some San Diego locations also.

Nice interior and decorations, good service and attitude. There's still a few that I feel is overpriced but overall with the brand it does have pretty good quality for I'd say it's worth it. Nice seating area and clean and organized changing rooms. Would go there again

I just wanted to leave a review as a shout out to one of the ladies here who was SO nice! There was girl with dark hair and long eyelashes who was working at the cashier table on the main floor on 9/24 around 6pm who is the nicest person ever! She treats every person with respect and kindness, and she went out of her way to make each person feel good. She needs a bonus/promotion!

amazing as usual. everyone's always so awesome and nice. When i had issues with my online order, and even support stuff online were helpful and sweet, and fixed it all for me. definitely staying a loyal customer. i've brought loads of friends to aritzia, and convinced them that it's totally worth it! i have never disliked anything i got from them. and the sales girls are awesome they pick the best stuff and help me find things i didn't even consider because i thought it wouldn't flatter me!

What a great deal for Aritzia: they offer 10% discount and then the sale is final, no returns no store credit and definitely no cash. Even when you buy full price items you can get refund only at the store + for only 10 days!!! Never again!!!

This store is amazing, the workers are so genuine, and the layout of this particular Aritzia is so comfortable. I basically come here at least once - twice a month because these clothes just fit me so well and look so effortlessly chic. It definitely airs on the pricier side in terms of clothing, but you do pay for what you get. Most of their brands are high quality and the materials are usually top notch, usually blends of merino wool or silk, to name a few. Aritzia is really good for petite people because they usually offer XXS sizes and up. I'm 5'1" and weight 102 pounds and I have a really really hard time looking for work clothes, but Aritzia makes it easy for me. A lot of the stuff I buy are usually from their Wilfred, Wilfred Free, Babaton, and Sunday Best brands I can't resist their styles. I will say, Wilfred Free, as it's more casual clothing feels very soft and comfy, but the quality is not on par as Wilfred. I've bought a tight, V-neck dress and it developed a small hole right at the point of the V after 2 wears. I also have a white turtleneck from there that had a hole on the side of the sweater, and after I exchanged the sweater in and received a new one, that one also had a hole in the armpit area. I was too annoyed to go back again and just sewed it up myself. Other than that, I own so many clothes that are appropriate for both work and going out from these brands that are so wonderful. They tend to have a lot of sales as well so definitely take advantage. Any of their sale items are final sale and you can't return them so make sure to try those on in stores. Any full price item you can purchase online/in store and be able to return within 2 weeks. I go to this store so much that one of the girls who work there remembers me, but she's super friendly and awesome and always gives me her genuine opinion on the clothes I try on.

Everything was great. Service, help, workers, were very nice. However when I bought some white jeans that were perfect for me.. I realized dry blood on "white" shorts.. I mean I guess some women was very careless about their pms.. sigh.. kinda feels dirty to wear.. but I guess ill try and erase it myself...

Nice design, quality varies greatly depends on brand, the bad ones fall apart after just one wash, the good ones are absurdly overpriced. Sales are rude, pushy, and so ingenuine to the point that id rather online shop, which then raises to another issue. Their return policy, as many other reviews have pointed out, is HORRENDOUS. I picked out an original priced jacket and the sales was like Im going to give you a 10% off on this $400 jacket, which was a nice to have. They didnt have my size so I had to order it to be shipped. Come to find out few days after the jacket arrived that ALL SALES ITEMS are not returnable and even thought the size i ordered still didnt fit, they can only make an exception to give me store credit. Yes that 10% just made the jacket final sale! Wat?! I felt like i just got scammed. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN U SHOP HERE!

Clothing is chic, well-made, and it is possible to obtain decently-priced, cute items if you catch them during a good sale. Employees were friendly and greeted me throughout the store. One girl was so attentive as I studied a purse and she gave me recommendations on other items that would match. Sweet of her. This is a store definitely for someone in touch with their inner fashionista. There are very interesting designs and cuts here. Some pieces are classic, while others are more creative. Worth a browse if you're walking down this way.

The store decor is beautiful but the customer service is terrible. I always online but decided to stop in the store and shop. I was not greeted and offered any assistance, instead, I was followed by the security guard from the time I entered the store until I PAID for my items. I will never buy from this company.

First: their return policy is ridiculous: 14 days to return online purchases, time start ticking once you received the shipping confirmation email which it means by the time you receive the package you only have one week left to make a return. Their return policy is a joke, I bought a coat and there was a discount of 10% in their page, Tried to return the coat and I was told it was final sale prices just because I used a 10% discount? Never seen a final sale price like that. I don't even think they know the meaning of the term FINAL SALE since the coat it is still in their online page with regular price...now I am stuck with this gift card.

I love this store, particularly their leggings (TNA brand). I usually buy mine from Victoria's but the leggings here are more comfortable, especially around the waist. They come in different colors other than black. The ones I bought were $22! what a great deal! The staff is friendly and helpful, even letting me use the staff bathroom so I could wear my new leggings out. The bottom floor has sale clothes. They have very comfortable sweaters, sweatshirts, and t-shirts. But they also have an extensive collection of work clothes. I will definitely be returning soon for another shopping spree!

I found a new favorite clothing store! I found a new favorite clothing store! I found a new favorite clothing store! Okee, instead of just repeating that 100 times, I'll tell you a bit more. I don't like shopping for clothes. I like having nice clothes, and feeling good when I wear nice clothes, but the actual process of hunting them down? Not so much. So I'm pretty excited when I discover a store where I *enjoy* browsing and try things on, *and* come away with items that fit well and I can't wait to wear. Aritzia had some just-trendy-enough, versatile, and pretty things. I went all out and bought some skinny black pants that I can wear to work or to go out, a sheer black long-sleeve tee with a lovely feminine silhouette, two cute wool hats (now that I have short hairs, I need protection in the winter!), a soft gray jersey scarf, and... wait for it... a wool winter coat (which they didn't have in my size, so they ordered it from another location, and I'm picking it up today). ---Anyone who knows how much I hate winter coats will appreciate that. All of it was on sale. Otherwise, the goods here are a bit pricey, but so far I'm thinking they might be worth it. Mostly helpful and nice sales people. Aritzia has a store in Soho, and this is their second to open in Manhattan. I believe they're originally Canada-based. They have stores in other US cities, too, as well as New Jersey. TYC2

Very bad customer service! I was returning a top ,a sales at the cashier question me why the tag attached wrong way ( I don't know ! One of ur stuff was doing wrong !) I told them when I bought this just like that , she responded :"well ~ we all note on the receipt! " ok ! Obviously not this one ! I feel like they treat me like I'm a lier , very bad attitude n no service at all .

Love your clothes, the style, on point. However, as a store... Most of your salespeople are rude, pushy as hell, and a pain in my ass (but to the very few gems who've been atleast make an effort to be helpful (not in a fake ass, bitch you better buy this so i can get my freakin commission kind of way, "soooo are you going to get this or what") and have a genuinely kind human interaction with me...thank you. Terrible sales prices (five dollars off..are you freakin kidding me?!). I'd online shop for sale items, but your returns policy is deplorable (no returns for sale items, and a limited return policy for regular price clothes). *one important thing to note: there are no mirrors in your personal fitting room. They put it outside so you are forced to go out to see how you look and the sales people (who are paid to do this, ofc, but this doesn't make the customers' shopping experience better) constantly talk to you- NO CHILL

A co-worker introduced me to Aritzia when we were in Chicago. However, we only had a few minutes in the store - just enough time for me to fall in love but too little for me to try on clothes. When visiting New York, I knew that I just had to check out Aritzia and was excited to learn about this brand new location! I was impressed with Aritzia as soon as I walked through the door. My friend and I were quickly greeted and had a very attentive sales associate helping us the entire time. I only had to hold a garment in my hand for a minute or two until the associate was back by my side to take the item to the fitting room. Though this may sound a tad annoying, she did it well, and I felt very pampered throughout the shopping process. The store is very large - twice as large as the Water Tower location. The first floor was all regular priced items, while the basement was all clearance fall/winter apparel displayed by color, which made shopping so easy. Needless to say, I accumulated quite a few things back in the fitting room. My helpful sales associate even added a couple items to my large stash to try on and made awesome additions. She did a great job of understanding my size and style. Though I liked several items, I truly only fell in love with one fantastic slouchy sweater. Considering the price points - primarily from $50 for tanks and tees to $100 for sweaters and several hundred for outerwear, you shouldn't buy anything from Aritzia that you don't absolutely love. However, my sales associate was so wonderful that I felt badly just buying one item! That's how you know you've had impeccable service!

I love this brand a lot, I have been a loyal customer for this brand for years. I bought a dress and tried it at the store, but when I was about to wear the dress turned out look too baggy on me and I returned the dress 2 days later at this store. The girl at the cashier told me that I can't return the dress since I have removed the tag but I can change it to different/smaller size. One minute later she changed her mind, she said I can't return the dress at all since I lost the button on the dress, I insisted that the dress has no button when I bought it but she kept saying it has button and I lost it. I was a bit disappointed and confuse, what should I do with baggy dress that I can't wear. She was rude telling me to sell the dress to someone else. After I left the cashier, I checked the same dress that I have at the store rack and I didn't see any button. So I was right that it has no button. I don't understand why the girl had to lie just to make me to not return the dress. I told the store manager and she finally allowed me to replace it to a smaller size ( and still no refund ) I don't think I'll shop with Aritzia again after a bad treatment I had from their staff.

The clothes here are beautiful, well-made, and expensive. 5* (Especially if you are petite!) On the downside: The salespeople are nice but, as others have said, come off a bit pushy. This isn't a place where you can go around and do your own thing - the employees here set up your dressing room, and you have to step out into the open to look in a mirror. BUT if you're open to it, you will have lots of help and attention finding sizes, styling outfits, etc. Personally I love to take advantage of this to feel like I'm getting my $$ worth. Aritzia, you are my one true love.

Love Aritzia, but to walk into a store that charges $100 or more for every piece of clothing in their store and not have personal mirrors in each dressing room stall is so uncomfortable!

I love this Aritzia location, which always feels way calmer than the Soho store. I recently had a great experience buying a few cute casual outfits and summer basics with Chelsea, who was super sweet and helpful. In fact, I've been shopping at this Aritzia over lunch breaks for the past two years, and the salespeople are consistently very sweet, helpful and attentive. However, one thing I really hate about this (and all Aritzia stores) is the fact that there are no mirrors in the changeroom. I'm not at a NYC sample sale, so there is no reason for me to be vying for mirror space in a fitting room. I tend to feel rushed and self-conscious when I'm sharing the mirror with a bunch of young ladies and being observed by salespeople (no matter how sweet and helpful), which means I'm ultimately LESS likely to buy stuff. I can't understand how they've maintained this policy for so long, but I do hope they change it. One other gripe about Aritzia generally is that the return policy is a little unforgiving, with super short return windows and final sale on ALL markdowns, even if something is reduced by only $5. That said, I still think the midtown location is a great spot to find fun casual clothes with the help of some very stylish and friendly salespeople.

BEWARE: I ordered 2 coats online, then read reviews by a disappointed customer re their NO REFUND policy - store credit only for sale items. Aritzia should post this policy in their checkout. I emailed a cancellation 20 minutes after I placed the orders and did not receive acknowledgement, so an hour later, I called to cancel. They refused to cancel because they said the 30 minute window for cancellation had passed. Now I will have to fight this out through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Horrible customer service. Clothes are overpriced for their quality. The worst return policy in the world. And things are no better when you contact their main service center.

The lack of mirrors (you're forced to use a communal mirror, conjuring images of sample sale and Filene's Basement chaos but the clothes have much higher price tags! and also, nice salespeople but with zero chill. You literally cannot stand in silence in this store) and the terrible return policy have really turned me off this place. The designs are cute and distinctive, but don't feel particularly better quality than fabrics and stitching from Zara. I'd be much more likely to buy if I could 1) feel relaxed in the fitting room and 2) could be confident I could return things!

I loved Aritzia ever since I stepped foot in one years ago in Toronto! While in SoHo, I went head over heels for a Babaton lace dress over my budget. Mother convinced me to put it away although it kept screaming at me "Buy me now!" I, the obedient daughter, gave it back to the nice sales girls and walked away. Hours went by and I kept thinking about that dress. So I made a trip to Aritzia on 5th to go get that dress. Aritzia has a sale on right now, it's not great, but it's a sale nonetheless. The dress I went in for is full price. I grabbed the only size 0 I could find and found a flaw in the stitching (it was ripped) and walked over to an Asian lady with short hair. Politely asking her if there were any more size 0s in the store, she responded very irritated saying that it was a popular dress and there wasn't anymore. First, there's at least two of each size on the sales floor AND it's full price. She could've at least checked for me on the computer (she was already on one at the time). Then I was approached by a younger and nicer sales girl who empathized with my ripped stitching and immediately checked the system for me to see if there were anymore size 0s. Unfortunately, that was the last one. She then went to another Asian lady with longer hair who also seemed annoyed, but granted her to offer me a damage discount. I don't think I've ever been scrutinized by my race by my own people. OK, maybe they weren't racist at their own kind, but I really felt discriminated. Did I not look wealthy enough to purchase that dress? Did I not look like I would spend money? It's sad that these women are probably management and are poor models for the rest of the store, but I'm glad that sales girl and that cashier really made my experience a little better.

I have been a fan of aritzia for a long time now, and although expensive I have always found something that I loved. This location is downright awful, and changed my opinion of the shop. I wasn't helped by any of the sales people, who were all behind one register chatting. When I went to try on a few items the dressing room lady just stared blankly at me until I asked for a room. She never said one word to me, hanging my clothes in the dressing room. The room was probably 3x3 feet and very dark, not to mention there was NO MIRROR!! I don't even know why stores do this, as it immediately detours me from buying things. I ended up looking at my perspective purchases on my phones forward-facing camera, and didn't buy anything. Very disappointing.

Full disclosure: I have a shopping problem. Because of this known "issue" I certainly wasn't looking to add another store to frequent and overspend in. So when I was walking back from Lord & Taylor on my way to get a cheap blazer from Banana Republic for a work event, and instead walked into Aritzia, I was both devastated and in a state of pure, unadulterated bliss. The store basically has everything I'll need for any occasion and has pieces that are perfect for a single, 31 year old New Yorker who wants to look cute without looking silly, sexy without being slutty and put together without looking boring. I walked out with three pieces: navy blazer ($125), pink camisole with lace ($65) and a sexy-ish sweatshirt type shirt ($35). I would've bought more if I had any money to spend but there are about three dresses there that have my name all over them (about $165 each). It's good to know I'll have something to spend my next paycheck on. Save your pennies (it's reasonable but not cheap by any means), clear off at least an hour (the store is pretty big), and get ready to be wowed by a shopping experience in a city where I didn't think was possible any longer. ENJOY!!

If you've ever shopped for anything online at Urban Outfitters, but have somewhat become sick of shopping there, the next step in your life would be to shop online at Aritzia. Why do I endorse such a place? Mostly because almost every fabric in that store feels like it fell down from heaven, it's all so soft. I bought a fake fur stole from there in the winter and once accidentally fell asleep in it. I know. That's pretty money. But it was just that comfortable. They've recently started selling online and I've only bought one item so far. Why was it great? Well, because they send you a full collapsable shipping bag incase you want to return it (with postage!), and that's just thoughtful as hell. And rare for a business to do. Anyhow, give a gander. Maybe you'll be all, "Liz! These clothes are ugly!" and I'll be all, "Well, that's your opinion."

Excellent customer service! Very professional workers. A bit too attentive, though I wasn't bothered thanks to informative Yelp reviews that let me know in advance how pesky the sales associates could be. And just like a girl from around the way that is forced to wear headphones in her ears to avoid the constant cat calls from men who are trying to "holler" on a regular basis, I was able to avoid interacting with the well-meaning associates asking me if I needed help or if I would like for them to start a room for me. Nah I'm good. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and though I have never been to an Aritza store a day in my life (that I can recall), I decided to map the store out in my head via a quick scan. Thank goodness it was relatively empty. The store is very very neat and organized. The displays are nice with dark colors if you like that kind of thing, and they have a variety of casual and work clothing. Also, their items are high quality only! Like remember when jeans were that thick material that lasted a really long time and you could pass them down to your siblings or whoever? Yes like that. And remember when regular shirts and sweaters that were plain in color could be bought from anywhere. Well that's this place!

Staff so friendly and nice. Great clothes. Great sales.

First time shopping here and their service and return policy are non existent in comparison to the usual brands. Pretty rude sales agents at the Flat Iron shop. I wouldn't shop here again.

Other than its nice layout--an escalator to downstairs even, try that vacouverites lol, disappointed in lack of real sales. great location.
