I’ve bought 2 super puff vest with the hoodie and I absolutely love their cloths! The staff from my experience have been nice compared to the other reviews on here. My sister has been able to return things with no issues. The clothing seem to be made of good quality and certified RDS goose down feather! Even have an arcade in the store to keep yourself busy when waiting for your partner to buy clothes.

First time I came in there was a lovely associate who helped me pick out outfits for an event I was having later that day she was kind and pretty helpful. Second time I came in sales associates on the floor were nice and kind, but the one in the fitting room was so rude. She didn’t say anything or talk she just looked upset and mad. I understand people can have their off days but at the end of the day your job is to help and assist customers, especially at the price point of the store.

Super confused about the low rating on this place. The clothes are pricey, but very high quality. There were people helping me the whole time, grabbing me extra sizes in the dressing room, offering to hold my picks for me so I didn't have to juggle. The Abercrombie a few store fronts down was a nightmare, it was such a pleasure to stumble on this gem.

I tried my best to understand and follow their nonsense return policy rules, but still I have to bear their bad attitude while I want to make a return. They have a lot of rules on their return policy, 14 days, no marked down items, and a new one, PayPal. They just have a lot of reasons to keep the money in their store credit. They told me if I want to have the full refund, I need to ship the items back and pay the label fees myself. I mean who they think they are! The sales associate always look like I just bought the clothes for fun then return them? Aritzia really needs to think about how to satisfy their customers but not train a group of arrogant employees.

I love the quality of the clothes but the in person experience is a nightmare. The location in Georgetown feels like a sale and everything must go type of place. The associates in both DC and Tyson’s fail the vibe check every single time. It’s like they hire people with zero people skills. The dressing room concept is a fail, there are no mirrors inside the room so you’re forced to put stuff on and walk out to the general area where there are always men sitting on the couch. It’s so uncomfortable. I started ordering online, and this last time half of my order was missing. I reached out to Aritzia concierge and was told they would investigate only to tell me “the order should have been shipped out in one box, can you check again and see if you missed the items” like they somehow would appear out of thin air. After I sent over photos of my order that arrived without the box being damaged, they said i would hear back in 3 days. I just wanted the things I paid for, and never heard back. Never received my items either. So yeah, I guess, shop/order at your own risk.

This was the first time I'd ever stopped at an Aritzia. I've heard horror stories but honestly my experience was quite pleasant. The sales associate that helped me, I think his name was Daniel? Was quite friendly and helpful as I looked around to pick a few items. The store was very clean and organized. Overall pretty nice.

Very uncomfortable environment. I agree with the reviewer who said it reminds them of Brandy Melville- it was a STRUGGLE to find anything in a size above Medium. 90% of the clothes were XS and S. The worst part- the fitting rooms have no mirrors. You have to leave your individual fitting room to come into the main room with big mirrors. So uncomfortable and awkward. Who wants to share a communal mirror with 5 other people when you're trying to figure out if you like the fit of the clothing??!!

I was blessed with the best sales associate in all of Tysons Corner Mall while shopping here! Her name was ameena and she was the sweetest! Not only did she take the items we were carrying and start a fitting room for us but she also asked us what we were looking for and grabbed a couple pieces that she thought would fall under that category that we might be interested in. She kept checking up on my friend and I as we were in the fitting room and even brought us different sizes to try to make sure that it was the perfect fit. Absolute queen! Thank you! Other memos worth noting: stores clean and organized and there are plenty of sales Associates to be found everywhere! Everyone is helpful!
