Seriously, the absolute worst! I've been more than gracious, and people here are beyond rude. Customer service is horrible. The employees walk by, stare, and offer very “selective” greetings and acknowledgment. One day, I was addressed: I was asked to have my bag taken to the counter, then, intrusively, asked, “What do you do for work?” I was mortified. Literally, I frequent this mall as a resident, and each experience becomes more demeaning. On a positive note, I want to state that the most amazing personnel are at the checkout counter. Smiling, suggesting, and ready to show up as representatives. The tall white manager with the bob has been kind and seems focused or sometimes overwhelmed, but has treated me nothing like her demeanor, just kindness. Anywho, it isn't trickling down to the staff. I decided not to order a dress from the store today at checkout because I genuinely would rather not create another opportunity to engage with such people. And I'm here because Zara is closed for renovation. Hence, the frequency of my last visits. Written on 2/17/26 after experience between 12-1:18pm.

Return policy is a scam. Unless you pay full price, you will only get store credit or exchange. Spoke to customer service to confirm this. Bought some stuff on Black Friday. The discount was just 10% off. If I knew I couldn’t return for cash/credit card, I would have paid the full price. Besides, staffs were extremely rude. They thought customers came to workshop them who behaved like queens and princesses. You will not get another penny from me, my family, friends, friends of friends, or strangers I meet on the plane. 2.9 out of 5 rating. They really needed to work hard to get a rating that low consistently. Return policy: “Sale items discounted at 50% or more are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise or credit”

I had a really disappointing experience at the Aritzia store in Tyson’s Corner Mall today. When I asked the manager for store credit for a late return, she denied my request and seemed indifferent. I expressed that I wouldn’t be shopping there anymore, but she didn’t seem to care. I hope Human Resources considers making some changes to the staff, as I've noticed always that some of the associates can be quite unfriendly. It’s made me uncomfortable shopping there.

I experienced one of the worst experiences today. Some of the girls that work there are mean girls. I needed help getting a different size for some pants, I went up to one of the girls named Maya and asked if she could help me and she said “yeah if you walk to the front of the store you can find it” mind you I am half naked trying clothes on and she refused to help me. Then literally 3 minutes go by and she comes up to the other girl that’s also in the fitting room and asks if she needs help getting a different size LIKE??? I just asked for help and you told me to go get it myself. Then another girl came and they were talking about the situation and laughing about it so I confronted them and they said no and laughed about it. I literally changed so fast and left the store. I talked to the manager before leaving and she did say she was going to talk to her but their behavior is unacceptable. She should’ve gave me a different response, at least say she can grab someone else to help me but instead Maya was mean about it and decided to laugh about the situation with her coworker.

When I walked in the sales associate name Jacob I think looked me up and down with an judgmental look and didn’t even greet me. I immediately left because customer service is everything and I did not feel welcomed.

This was the first time I'd ever stopped at an Aritzia. I've heard horror stories but honestly my experience was quite pleasant. The sales associate that helped me, I think his name was Daniel? Was quite friendly and helpful as I looked around to pick a few items. The store was very clean and organized. Overall pretty nice.

Most helpful staff here! I was last minute shopping for a wedding guest dress and the sales associate helped me pick one and ship to my house the next day when the size wasn’t exactly perfect. Great experience!

I’ve bought 2 super puff vest with the hoodie and I absolutely love their cloths! The staff from my experience have been nice compared to the other reviews on here. My sister has been able to return things with no issues. The clothing seem to be made of good quality and certified RDS goose down feather! Even have an arcade in the store to keep yourself busy when waiting for your partner to buy clothes.

Very uncomfortable environment. I agree with the reviewer who said it reminds them of Brandy Melville- it was a STRUGGLE to find anything in a size above Medium. 90% of the clothes were XS and S. The worst part- the fitting rooms have no mirrors. You have to leave your individual fitting room to come into the main room with big mirrors. So uncomfortable and awkward. Who wants to share a communal mirror with 5 other people when you're trying to figure out if you like the fit of the clothing??!!

I was blessed with the best sales associate in all of Tysons Corner Mall while shopping here! Her name was ameena and she was the sweetest! Not only did she take the items we were carrying and start a fitting room for us but she also asked us what we were looking for and grabbed a couple pieces that she thought would fall under that category that we might be interested in. She kept checking up on my friend and I as we were in the fitting room and even brought us different sizes to try to make sure that it was the perfect fit. Absolute queen! Thank you! Other memos worth noting: stores clean and organized and there are plenty of sales Associates to be found everywhere! Everyone is helpful!
