So disappointed by this location. Staff is standing around chatting while there is a line of 15 people. I just stood at the dressing rooms for 10 mins and the girls working it walked past me about 5 times never asking if I needed a room when there was obviously a few open I said can I just go in and no one responded. Walked around the store with my hands full of clothes and watched them help a few people and get them clothing rooms but never once greeted me or asked if I needed help. I never really even take the time to write reviews but this just felt necessary hope there management sees this because I normally love to shop here but not today.

The woman I never got her name but she might be a manager was the kindest lady at the front desk. Also another lady by the fitting rooms was very kind and helpful. I had to come in multiple times because there were 2 women who seemed annoyed with me exchanging my clothes and returning. Because of their frustration. I felt I didn’t get a chance to do my exchanging properly or in peace. But thankful for the other kind front register lady she repacked my clothes and just seems pleasant. She has wonderful customer service.

My friend and I went to this location with the goal of purchasing a graduation dress. When we went to the fitting room to try the pieces on, no one asked for our names. As soon as I walked out an employee snatches my items without advising me on how to get them later on. I then ask another employee how I can get my items back and she tells me they'll ask for my name at the register but if they never asked me at the fitting room, how would they know?! It was my first time there and I was very disappointed with the way the employees carried themselves. They did not offer to help us once, and they give you nasty looks as if your money is not worth it.

Went in looking for a range of just nice staple pieces and Taylor and Rosalie were BEYOND patient and helpful!!! Getting new sizes, new styles and offering opinions on fit— they were greatly appreciated! Walked out with the perfect items to add to my closet :) great experience!

My daughter inadvertently left her Chanel wallet with cash at the store after a purchase on Monday. The staff somehow searched her phone number and called us on Tuesday. We didn't get their names but there are outstanding people that work there!

This was the first time I'd ever stopped at an Aritzia. I've heard horror stories but honestly my experience was quite pleasant. The sales associate that helped me, I think his name was Daniel? Was quite friendly and helpful as I looked around to pick a few items. The store was very clean and organized. Overall pretty nice.

Amina was so sweet she personally styled me and my mom and we loved everything she picked out! We left with so many outfits for different occasions because of her! She made out experience so much more fun! Thanks Amina !

I’ve bought 2 super puff vest with the hoodie and I absolutely love their cloths! The staff from my experience have been nice compared to the other reviews on here. My sister has been able to return things with no issues. The clothing seem to be made of good quality and certified RDS goose down feather! Even have an arcade in the store to keep yourself busy when waiting for your partner to buy clothes.

Very uncomfortable environment. I agree with the reviewer who said it reminds them of Brandy Melville- it was a STRUGGLE to find anything in a size above Medium. 90% of the clothes were XS and S. The worst part- the fitting rooms have no mirrors. You have to leave your individual fitting room to come into the main room with big mirrors. So uncomfortable and awkward. Who wants to share a communal mirror with 5 other people when you're trying to figure out if you like the fit of the clothing??!!

I was blessed with the best sales associate in all of Tysons Corner Mall while shopping here! Her name was ameena and she was the sweetest! Not only did she take the items we were carrying and start a fitting room for us but she also asked us what we were looking for and grabbed a couple pieces that she thought would fall under that category that we might be interested in. She kept checking up on my friend and I as we were in the fitting room and even brought us different sizes to try to make sure that it was the perfect fit. Absolute queen! Thank you! Other memos worth noting: stores clean and organized and there are plenty of sales Associates to be found everywhere! Everyone is helpful!
