Seriously, the absolute worst! I've been more than gracious, and people here are beyond rude. Customer service is horrible. The employees walk by, stare, and offer very “selective” greetings and acknowledgment. One day, I was addressed: I was asked to have my bag taken to the counter, then, intrusively, asked, “What do you do for work?” I was mortified. Literally, I frequent this mall as a resident, and each experience becomes more demeaning.
On a positive note, I want to state that the most amazing personnel are at the checkout counter. Smiling, suggesting, and ready to show up as representatives. The tall white manager with the bob has been kind and seems focused or sometimes overwhelmed, but has treated me nothing like her demeanor, just kindness. Anywho, it isn't trickling down to the staff. I decided not to order a dress from the store today at checkout because I genuinely would rather not create another opportunity to engage with such people. And I'm here because Zara is closed for renovation. Hence, the frequency of my last visits. Written on 2/17/26 after experience between 12-1:18pm.
