Return policy is a scam. Unless you pay full price, you will only get store credit or exchange. Spoke to customer service to confirm this. Bought some stuff on Black Friday. The discount was just 10% off. If I knew I couldn’t return for cash/credit card, I would have paid the full price. Besides, staffs were extremely rude. They thought customers came to workshop them who behaved like queens and princesses. You will not get another penny from me, my family, friends, friends of friends, or strangers I meet on the plane. 2.9 out of 5 rating. They really needed to work hard to get a rating that low consistently. Return policy: “Sale items discounted at 50% or more are final sale. All other sale items may be exchanged for merchandise or credit”

Most helpful staff here! I was last minute shopping for a wedding guest dress and the sales associate helped me pick one and ship to my house the next day when the size wasn’t exactly perfect. Great experience!

So disappointed by this location. Staff is standing around chatting while there is a line of 15 people. I just stood at the dressing rooms for 10 mins and the girls working it walked past me about 5 times never asking if I needed a room when there was obviously a few open I said can I just go in and no one responded. Walked around the store with my hands full of clothes and watched them help a few people and get them clothing rooms but never once greeted me or asked if I needed help. I never really even take the time to write reviews but this just felt necessary hope there management sees this because I normally love to shop here but not today.

I appreciste Aritzia Tysons so much. I called in after trying to track down a coat for my wife across the country. They found it for me in stor and mailed it on time for Christmas. Huge props to the team over there for helping me!

This was the first time I'd ever stopped at an Aritzia. I've heard horror stories but honestly my experience was quite pleasant. The sales associate that helped me, I think his name was Daniel? Was quite friendly and helpful as I looked around to pick a few items. The store was very clean and organized. Overall pretty nice.

I’ve bought 2 super puff vest with the hoodie and I absolutely love their cloths! The staff from my experience have been nice compared to the other reviews on here. My sister has been able to return things with no issues. The clothing seem to be made of good quality and certified RDS goose down feather! Even have an arcade in the store to keep yourself busy when waiting for your partner to buy clothes.

I liked the store, a mix of high tech and nature. Staff was friendly when i went, its bright enough, cool mirrors, overall nice architecture. Clothes are pricey tho

To the young associate who helped me pick out gifts for my daughters 21st birthday - she loved them all ! Thank you for helping me so kindly and gift wrapping to make her day perfect.

Very uncomfortable environment. I agree with the reviewer who said it reminds them of Brandy Melville- it was a STRUGGLE to find anything in a size above Medium. 90% of the clothes were XS and S. The worst part- the fitting rooms have no mirrors. You have to leave your individual fitting room to come into the main room with big mirrors. So uncomfortable and awkward. Who wants to share a communal mirror with 5 other people when you're trying to figure out if you like the fit of the clothing??!!

I was blessed with the best sales associate in all of Tysons Corner Mall while shopping here! Her name was ameena and she was the sweetest! Not only did she take the items we were carrying and start a fitting room for us but she also asked us what we were looking for and grabbed a couple pieces that she thought would fall under that category that we might be interested in. She kept checking up on my friend and I as we were in the fitting room and even brought us different sizes to try to make sure that it was the perfect fit. Absolute queen! Thank you! Other memos worth noting: stores clean and organized and there are plenty of sales Associates to be found everywhere! Everyone is helpful!
