if i could give this location negative stars, i absolutely would. i came in-store to exchange an item i had initially ordered online, but they did not have the size i needed in-store so i opted for an in-store order. there were two associates assisting me, one seemingly new (white, blonde-ish hair) and one (also white, brunette?).
red flag 1: they took my package and wrote down my shipping details on the floor on a notepad, instead of initiating a return at the register.
red flag 2: they kept on reassuring me that i was all set, but did not provide me with a physical receipt of the exchange. i've never shopped at artizia before so i assumed this was standard until i realized i never received an email or update on my account either.
i reached out to concierge almost immediately and after 2 WEEKS, they told me there was no return initiated and that they'll have to check the cameras to prove that I EVEN RETURNED THE PACKAGE TO THE STORE!! the way this was communicated made me feel horrible, with their tone insinuating dishonesty from my part! its almost been a month and i have not heard any updates despite the constant, "you'll hear back from us in 3-5 business days". i even went BACK to the store to see if there was anything that could be done and they straight up told me its out of their hands as if they aren't the sole reason for this problem. i have yet to receive a refund or the product and it was a hefty sum!!!
aritzia. your customer service is ABYSMAL. zero accountability and communication, which is ironic considering the way you guys pride your stores on being "premium". i've spent weeks chasing yall down for a mistake YOU guys made and haven't even been offered so much as a genuine apology for the inconvenience.
ya'll managed to somehow eff up the one purchase i made. do better -_- this is my first and last time i'm shopping with you.
