I don’t know how to describe it. I didn’t have any idea what to drink and what to eat. Just let bartender decide and he surprised me. It was really good what he offered. Atmosphere, drinks, foods were special. If you want to feel special and quality, you can come here.

Menu: it was decently priced and the portions were average sized. Staff: the waiter wasn’t too friendly but we were there late at night so she could have been tired. Bar: they have a massive bar menu and the bar is separated from the restaurant. I thought this was a great idea so that the restaurant itself can remain quiet and classy and all the drunk people are next door in the bar.

Very nice place with professional service and very good drinks. The location is modern and very clean. Good variety of cocktails and good staff. Despite the long list of cocktails some more traditional shall be added to the list in order to make it superb! Not very crowded on Thursday night.

Food good and staff friendly. Menu in English. Several people spoke good English. Had trout and a traditional fish soup. It was very affordable...not sure why rated $$$. I think less than $20 for full dinner and a premium beer

Love this place! Went here three days in a row! The cocktails are amazing and the snacks at the bar are super delicious! I had the bruchetta with tuna, sooo good! I also tried the cheese platter, superb! The atmosphere of the place is great! It is not too big but not to small either.

The cocktails are very average and weak. I took the old Smokey - where there was supposed to be 10yo whiskey but it was very sweet and very weak - I didn’t feel I drink good whiskey. We also took an aloe sour with tequila - it was too much lime and very few alcohol in it it was not balanced. Not recommend for cocktails, even interior is very nice

Arka can be anything you need it to be. A place for a quick bite, hang-out with friends, a nice long meal. It is upbeat, lovely, very friendly service. Now, I am sure you want to know about the food. Well - it is absolutely wonderful. Wide selection of dishes, all cooked to perfection. I couldn't stop myself from ordering borscht each time, it's that good. It is located in the heart of the city and became my go-to place on my last visit.

Modern high-end drinks and nibbles combined with a very late license make Arka ideal for post-theatre hanging out. The bar is intimate and chilled, and while the food and drinks are on the upper end of the scale, the quality and inventiveness more than justify the price tag. There are a few classics on the menu, but the real pleasures are the modern twists and unique creations, often using traditional Russian ingredients and flavours. We've been here a few times; we were never disappointed, and always left swearing to visit more often.
